I remember this series going out and being very pleased, thinking I’d catch them all. That was five years ago, sadly most are now archived and I only found about 70% of them. I did better on the GameBoy games.
I parked in a driveway down the hill which clearly isn't used much. Oddly enough, what I can see of the property makes me think the owners were very well off around the time Australia discovered Pokémon, but now not so much.
Perhaps unsurprisingly for an older cache in prolonged wet weather like this, the logbook is sodden. I have a pen which can write underwater but when the paper is 50% water it really struggles.

We have travelled from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Emu Plains for a short 3 day caching holiday, staying in a park cabin at the Ingenia Nepean River BIG4 Holiday Park at Emu Plains, and are planning to explore the areas between Penrith and Warragamba, including a stop-off on arrival day at St Marys. Hoping to collect some previously solved Puzzle caches and to also complete the Adventure Labs at St Marys, Penrith and Warragamba. Will also be on the hunt for Natural Wonders and Solar System Wonders, to complete the Wonders of the World souvenir challenge.
Today is the last day of our short Penrith holiday, but before heading for home we will be visiting the Penrith Showground Markets (ended up purchasing a pair of blue Budgies and a pair of Gouldian Finches) before completing the Penrith Tourist Trail Adventure Lab (but sadly ended up DNFing it's associated AL Bonus cache), then caching our way to Mulgoa, and finishing up with some previously solved Puzzle/Mystery caches at Kingswood. This was our 17th find of the day, and 69th find of the holiday.
Another nice quick roadside "park & grab" along a quiet road. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. The hide reminded us of a Pink Floyd song . TFTC Booo Booo.

CACHE #186
Time: 18:20hrs
Finds today: 5 of 5
This one took a bit of time, only because my GPS had me about 5 metres away. After thoroughly searching and finding nothing, I stepped back and scanned either side of where I'd been looking. I immediately noticed some organic camo a short distance away. After moving it to the side - CIH!
I took a cute little charm, and replaced it with a swap.
Signed log - replaced as found. TFTC

#2120 after work came down to Orchard Hills and found 2 caches this one was the first one it wasn't where I first thought it was going to be but didn't take long to locate it. Haven't taken note of any of the previous creatures required for the final. May need to find them again if I get that far
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache Booo Booo

This seemed like an absolutely perfect day to be out and about looking for a few caches.
It was a day that made you feel like singing, so most of the finds were related to songs, but there were some others we caught as well. This was a nice easy find and the log soon had our name listed on it to acknowledge our visit. Thanks go to Booo Booo for this cache placemen

Attending a conference in Penrith, took advantage of being OOA for some cache stops along the way. Managed 34 smilies (24 by the Boo clan so sorry for the influx of log emails!) including eight more in the “Gotta” series which are usually quick PnGs to add to the tally. Conference ran over time so the homeward run only added another seven with this first quick one as the sun began to set. Quickly found where I barely needed the gps to point.
Out and about doing a few caches in the Mulgoa area on this fine sunny winter's day. A quick park & grab here, thanks Booo Booo.

I had a medical appointment in Penrith, and realised it would be the perfect time to ensure I found at least one cache this week.
This one was perfect - not too far to drive & spot on coordinates made it an instant find. After a year of Pokémon go, i recognised the clue instantly .
Thanks

This was the first of two finds for today. After a quick shopping trip at Penrith, Geomum and I headed for this cache because it fills in a missing date in my dates hidden calendar. We arrived at GZ and quickly found the camo hiding the cache. SLTNLN. TFTC.

On the way home stopped by a few road-side caches along the way. This was the 15th find of the day.

14300. Found while in Penrith for a work visit.
Headed out after work today for a number of caches. Next one for the day. Parked across from GZ and wandered over for a quick find at GZ - simple but effective. Signed the log, returned the cache, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks Booo Booo !!

TFTC a great old school pokemon, my personal favourite. Kids swapped chains for other nic-nacks.
I'm sure I had caught this one before but it seems like he must of escaped. Glad to get him back. SL #3141 on streak day #1768 TFTC
#3976 (2 of 3 today)
Decided to head out west this afternoon. There are two previous DNFs to avenge and one previous find that has been archived and relisted.
So thought I could clear them out. Found all three!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
I'd finished this series a while ago - well not long after it was originally listed - but a few have gone missing, been archived and replaced.
This is one of those - time to re-find.
Parked over the road and initially went too high.
Spotted a likely place and checked it - CIH.
Took back to the car to sign - at which time the neighbour drove out and past...
Once they were out of sight I returned for the replace.

One last one while my family went shopping. The dog loved running along here. She couldn't catch this one!?!

Streak Day #1359 - Nice easy find with dave8153, needed a quick find so we can go our separate ways for errands to be done. TFTC
30/3/17. 1:30 PM. Cache #4907.
3rd of 5 finds today - Ropes Crossing, Claremont Meadows, Mulgoa, Emu Plains, Penrith
Still raining constantly; I came here after finding "Meadows Walkway". I hadn't found the earlier version of #18 that was in Wallacia, so I needed to catch this Pokémon. Luckily he was an easy one to catch. Had to be careful where I stepped as there was a deep trench of water right in front of the cache. Took it back to the car to sign (& took one of the two TBs); after replacing it I headed on to "Emu Plains". TFTC.

We finished this series a while ago, but I guess when there's a problem with one in the series, they sometimes get republished, giving us a new cache to find. We were on our way to Penrith this morning, so we decided to find three new caches just out of Penrith. This was the first. An easy find, too, with no one about. Thanks
#4136- NickoHeap was home today since he has exams, and bikerbuudy and I had a bit of running around to do. So it was a quick sweep past this one before a few new others and then to Penrith shops. We Caught #18 again easily, in the first place bikerbuddy looked. Thanks
FTF! Saw this one was published around 2pm while l was still at work. I was just about to start cooking dinner when l thought l'd check to see if it had been found yet - it hadn't! With a quick 10min drive down the road, l had CIH and also a blank log book - TFTC =)
2TF while on my way home tonight. Surprised I was able to still get 2TF!!
Thanks for continuing this series. It's good, simple fun
Took a rubber band thing and left one whole dollar
