Logs
After coming up to Nyora for the CITO and doing our bit to pick up other people’s rubbish, beckmonts, papi4507, Crank1 and I joined together and spent the afternoon finding caches in the area.
After a through search we could not come up with this one.
Thanks Bounty Trackers TFTC.

We came in with x4 geofinders to try and locate this one. A great piece of history which has been well maintained/restored. There were a few grey nomad muggles having coffee nearby, but with enough kids in our group we were able to look reasonably inconspicuous (I think). We spent a good 15mins searching but in this instance couldn’t come up with the goods. Thanks for the placement anyway.
After searching for ages, I PAF which proved that the cache is missing. This area has recently had new mulch added so we sifted through as much as possible but no luck sorry. Ill watch this one to find next time. Thanks anyway. Such a cool historical building I never knew about even though Ive been to the Market here so many times.
Despite the previous logs, we were close to gz this afternoon and decided to give this cache a crack. Unfortunately, after a pretty good search, we conceded defeat and went back to the car.
Thanks for highlighting this interesting spot that we wouldn't have known about otherwise!

Today we had to say goodbye to the Prom. Our trip led us back to Melbourne and along the way we found a few boxes that were easy to access. Found and logged together with Swerik, Mikaching and GPS-Wickie.
Today we had to drive to Melbourne. On our way we collected a couple of caches.
Thanks to Bounty Trackers for placing and maintaining the cache.

Found it this was not in the right spot on the map but luckily found it good luck to the next person
Lovely little cache in one of our favourite places. Olive by loch is a fabulous place to eat. Tftf
Find #4586
Since I did the Oxfam Trailwalker event (and numerous training walks prior) with Lost_and_Found_79 we have threatened to arrange a caching day out together. We finally agreed on the Grand Final public holiday and we headed south east to an area where neither of us had found many caches previously. After a few finds along the highway Loch was our next stopping point. I had been here before but obviously hadn’t stopped to find the caches. After a find nearby we headed on to this one on foot. IT took a bit of searching around the likely area until we spotted a clue in the vegetation and a short time later I had the trickly little cache in hand. Our sixth find in a busy day of 35 total finds and a couple of DNFs. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache Bounty Trackers.

Annoying Tarbit and I decided to head to this area today for some caching. It ended up being quite eventful, with a rather diverse range of caches attempted (and mostly found!).
At this GZ, we circled around the Lock-up looking for the cache. My GPS was pointing in a slightly different direction to where the cache ended up being. Somehow we missed the container time and time again until Annoying Tarbit made the find. TFTC!

At last - blue skies and warm weather. Fingers crossed it stays for a bit. I made the most of it by driving out into the countryside and finding some caches.
A few parents at the park watching their kids on the playground as I made my way to GZ. A quick find, signed and replaced.
Thanks Bounty Trackers

Since moving from New Zealand in 2016 I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches.
So far I’ve knocked off 4 of the states. VIC, SA, NSW and A.C.T all multiple times.
No two areas are the same here and almost every place I go to is stunning. The beauty of caching is that it takes you to so many places you would never usually find.
Thank you to all the cachers out there for hiding and maintaining their caches. Especially to those who put so much effort into creating unique and fun hides.
I enjoy finding well maintained caches in fun and unique cache containers. No one likes finding a mint tin – but a find is a find after all.
Well she was an American girl
Raised on promises
She couldn't help thinkin' that there
Was a little more to life
Somewhere else
After all it was a great big world
With lots of places to run to
Yeah, an d if she had to die
Tryin' she had one little promise
She was gonna keep
Oh yeah, all right
Take it easy baby
Make it last all night
She was an American girl
It was kind of cold that night
She stood alone on her balcony
She could the cars roll by
Out on 441
Like waves crashin' in the beach
And for one desperate moment there
He crept back in her memory
God it's so painful
Something that's so close
And still so far out of reach
Oh yeah, all right
Take it easy baby
Make it last all night
She was an American girl

We were heading down the South Gippsland Highway this morning and took a short detour into Loch to look for this cache. Accurate coordinates and an obvious hiding place led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Bounty Trackers for the cache.
Cute little nano, easy to find although took a bit longer rolling the log book back up! Thanks for leaving the cache here in pristine condition!
This was a familiar location where we have previously found a cache. It was a pleasure to return to this lovely spot and sign the log. Thanks so much for highlighting this excellent piece of history Bounty Trackers.
Found on our way home from looking at some properties in the area. Pretty cool lock up.
Having visited this location for the previous cache a few years ago now, I knew of this little lock up. A sweep back and forth and I was able to find the little thing. I can't say that I have seen this colour before.
Thanks to Bounty Trackers for placing this cache and for providing an excellent reason to return.

We had a couple of kids telling us where we couldn't go here, which was quite funny. I must say I love Loch. We had some food in town and bought some chilli peanut butter to take home. TFTC, we got it in the end.
Close to the area so we decided to do the new version of this cache. We struggled to find it then realised it’s now a nano. Hmm. Geohubby made the find soon after. Thanks for the new cache.
L plater needs hours, so geocaching it is! Had found this one in its previous life so knew sort of where to look. The place was empty, so the finding part was easy. Sat down nearby to do the signing and what happens?? All these muggles appear! The place was like Grand Central Station. The train must have been in, because no sooner that they were there and they were gone! A quick return in case of another invasion and walked away with another smiley. TFTC
Had been here before, so knew roughly the location. The log was full so I replaced it. Luckily I had been doing maintenance on some of my own caches today so my kit was in the car
Found but no where to sign log so had lunch in stead tftc

A quick grab on the way past - apologies for the late log, it was a busy day and I had forgotten until now
Having attended an event today at nearby Nyora, we travelled on here to Loch to have lunch at a lovely roadside cafe, then wound our way up to the top of The Hill, but could not find the one at Cape Hope, we did find a heaps of tents and cars and gazillion people all listening to Doof Doof raucous sounds alleged to be music, before coming back to this delightful, quiet little town, where I was lucky to have found this after a short search.
Muggle Hubby and I loved what this town is doing to reinvent itself. Its popularity as a tourist attraction was very evident today.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our edification and enjoyment.

Had a look around, understood the hint. It couldn’t figure out how to use the hint to find the cache. A few muggles stopped me from looking at one or two spots, but pretty sure it wouldn’t be in those places anyway.
Found at 11:11 AM GAFF1 in the company of xambo4u..
Why is it always the case that we find the cache in the last spot that we look [B)]
Gosh - you wouldn't want to be locked up in there on a hot day!
Thanks Bounty Trackers.

Out and about with pprass for a short run around our favourite camp site. I had been here before with no joy but it was a quick find this morning by the prass. This is one pretty park to a picnic but I bet the old inmates would not have seen it that way. It would have got mighty hot in there with such little air access.
Thanks for the cache Bounty Trackers.

Found by Mary & David at 1423. We love facts and figures and history so really enjoyed this one. One of the prettiest towns in the area. Found it ok after a short search. Our thanks to Bounty Trackers.
Mr Geo decided to take me on a romantic drive for my b'day and if course it had to involve caching, as all our drives do. Found the love notes, didn't read but it is great to see kids now writing on paper rather than a txt or snap. Cache was quickly in hand. SL TNLN TFTC
0/2 on my rest stop in Loch en route to the prom. Thanks for pointing me to a nice rest spot if nothing else
Took a bit of looking for this tiny one today. My excuse is I’m not feeling too well and didn’t have my good looking eyes on today. I resorted to PAF because I was desperate. We’d come so far to find, it was threatening rain etc. Obviously someone else it was a good place to hiding things as I found a (I presume) a teenage letter drop in a gorgeous handmade container in the same vicinity. I had to check it, just in case, but I didn’t delve too far when it was so obvious what it was. Nice to realise not all young people use electronic devices for communication these days.
Feeling poorly today, called in sick for work. Had a little extra time with the Geo-princess before collecting the prince.. With her cache spotting eyes in hand we set off on a little adventure..
This was our second stop for the arvo, a quick search from mum came up with the goods while miss 4 tried her hand at superman flying on the swing..
All in all, a great afternoon

I have spent 9 lovely days exploring Gippsland with muggle hubby and the geokids but alas we must work tomorrow so we are homeward bound. A few quick caches on the way though to raise my tally a bit! Felt like I'd found gold here after spending far too long looking in the wrong place! Finally! Many thanks for the cache.
Another good find today while on the road. Nice little town with very cool history and great coffee too! TFTC
Today we explored Loch and surrounds using Geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way and this was one of them. An easy find.

I attempted this one many many months back when it was still a multi and was successful in getting the final coords but not successful in the final find because of muggles being on the adjacent property for aaaaages!! Today I was finally back, and after some initial confusion ("but I had the coords saved, where are they... oooo it's a traditional now") I was on the right track and the cool weather was scaring away the muggles. A few turns on the spot, one delve into the unknown, and then I happened to sight the little tacker! Easier than initially expected. Thanks for the cache and the history tour!
Caching day because the weather was great
Found it with good condition

A nice piece of Police lock up history. Lock up is in excellent condition . The cache was found by geo wife and was very sneaky indeed. Log signed and back safe again.

Found with OzHockeyChick and Kelly (of Mark&Kelly) on a day trip to Wilson's Prom.
This was an unexpected thing to find in this area. Pretty small! Wouldn't like to be a guest.

A girls day out with Kelly from M&K and sharkiefan, caching our way to and around Wilsons Prom.
Looked around and around, and then I finally spotted this nicely hidden cache.
Thanks for placing this cache.

A quick detour into town to stretch the legs and a toilet stop lead us to the beautiful little park with a touch of history. After a read of plaque we were in search for cache. Spotted by OzHockeyChick when she happened to be on the right angle we soon had our names in the logbook. A favourite point from us for location. TFTC

We packed a picnic lunch today and remembered the great shelter here. Alas the wind was howling through the shelter so we decided to settle for a cache instead and lunch at the nearby cafe. The object was circled many times before the tricky little hide showed itself. I really was overthinking it.
Thanks Bounty Trackers for bringing us here again and this time I left nothing behind.

Found with Gonefishen07 on our way home from Alice Springs. After a huge day on the road that started at 7am and finished at 2.30am, we got a few hours shut eye and decided that we needed just one more cache for our trip that saw Gonefishen07 and myself almost find 1000 caches each in 3 weeks. Thanks Bounty Trackers for my last cache for awhile.
Needed a cache to fill in a gap for the month, decided that this

With ceebee2013. Took a bit of zeroing on but the younger eyes of ceebee2013 prevailed. TFTC.
23/04/2017 - 4.16pm - No. 874 - 1st for the day - with dgfb33. It was decided we needed to find a cache today but as dgfb has found almost all the close ones we needed to go a little further afield for one for him. When we first pulled up there were a couple of muggles sitting at one of the tables ... oh dear ... luckily by the time we found get-out-of-the-car parking they had moved on. Phew! The hunt took a little longer than it could have but it was found & we were pleased to see we could fill in 2nd & 3rd spots on the nice new log sheet. Signed, sealed & returned as found. Thanks for the cache.
Found with Hearse068 on our way home finally after a fun and eventful time in Alice Springs. Thanks for taking the time to place this cache so we could have a little break from driving.
TFTC ha ha quick find our very last cache for our adventure. And what a good nite to finish off on.

Sitting at home and Geo husband saw that a new cache had been published. Thought we might be in with a chance so decided to give it a go. Got to a familiar GZ and started to search. Looked where I thought with no luck so expanded search area and after a slight decoy find I muttered those magic words. A FTF as a bonus. TFTC
