Found this on a picture perfect day for caching. Love this type of cache when places like this are where you least expect them. Emailed Answer
Found this one tonight with Leelelee and BearTerritory. We are really enjoying learning the history in Georgia from the many Virtuals in this area. Answers to be sent on soon.
Leelelee tracked this one down in the dark. Thanks for pointing out this sign that would otherwise have been bypassed.
Without this Virtual, this monument would live in obscurity! Thank you for putting it on our geocaching radar! TFTC!
I had a great time on Saturday grabbing caches and attending a couple of events. I visited this spot and really enjoyed the history. TFTC. TFTV.
It is hard to read the plaque in the dark, so we took some pictures instead. We hope that will do. TFTC
Found while on a cache run with Raspberrytruffle. It was kind of hard to read the plaque, but we figured it out.
Like a previous finder, we also asked the guard if we could briefly drive in to look at the monument. He was a bit leery and it took some convincing, but he finally let us in. It was only when we reached GZ that we saw there had been a convenient parking spot nearby, which would not have required us to bother the guard. We've emailed our answer. TFTC
Visiting from St. Louis for the holidays. Was able to make this an early morning find. A lot of history in this area. Thanks. Email to follow.
[red]I stayed in the Atlanta area an extra night where I could get some of the virtual caches located around the city. Another cool virtual! Thanks for placing this virtual cache and keeping it alive and running![/red]
Stopped by on the way through GA to see scattered family. I love the war history Thanks for keeping the old virt going. Pic attached.

Found this cache with Motrin Man and Blinky7 on our 23 state, 2 Canadian province, 5,900+ mile road trip across North America! On our way home to NC, we stopped in Atlanta to find a bunch of virtual caches! Email sent. TFTC!
US12. After a day caching around the outer edge of Atlanta, I headed into the city for a look around. I only managed one cache and this was it. An interesting spot. e-mail sent. Thanks.
