Cool find abit away from gz location left a trackable

Took a bit of looking but found it

People dont over think it. Clue: Rock pileNet to road between bushes

Dont follow coordinates theyre about 5-10m off and on wrong side of path, you dont need to go far into the bush at all, its basically along the road

Could find if a hint would be nice

Found 19/7/2023 - As per previous finders, the navigation is incorrect but not by far. Cool find!

I’ve been working in Katoomba the past few weeks and grabbing some caches while I’m in the area

I’m working not far away and I’m now on my way home and wanted to grab this on the way to check out Minihaha Falls
I want to earn the Wheel of Challenges souvenirs, having earned the 2day streak, I’m now aiming to earn the 7 day streak.
This one was a little tricky to find with the coordinates being a little out as read in previous logs.
As I increased my search radius I spotted it and completed the formalities.

A hike on a cool sunny morning. Agree with previous cachers Gps out 7m both my devices. Glad I read previous and persisted. Left a taso. Now have a soccer players pen top. Tftc

Found while visiting the beautiful Blue Mountains area from the Hunter Valley.
My last find in the Katoomba area on this visit, a cache I had to find, particularly because I'd come so close to it without realising. TFTC

Detoured on the way to the waterfall to find this one. Good hiding spot, stick to the left side of the road/path when you’re searching. When we found it we also discovered a thick spider nest so was too scared to mess with the cache.

Found with Storeyteller and Wshoeii. Well it took the 3 of us 15 minutes of scratching around. So simple when you find it. Gps was all over the place! Tftc

Quite a tricky find given that our GPS was indicating the other side of the road. It was good to be in an area we have not explored in years, but living in such a large LGA gives us plenty of scope for walking during these covid times. Cache is in good condition. Signed and replaced. Thanks bliss baby for placing the cache in this wonderful area.

Nice walk into the nexus between North Katoomba and North Leura. You can feel the crackling.

Close to track. Arrow pointing to the wrong side of track.

In the area so decided to take the short walk to GZ. Cache found quickly but on the opposite side of the track to where the gps was pointing.

Found on a very warm morning after last night's thunder storm. The cache is in good nic, and is dry. Was discovered alongside by my Geo Buddy Mystic Seer and geo rabbit and dog. SL and replaced as found ready for the next geo-adventurers.

After a wet and windy night, an early morning start. Beautiful skies this early, but still windy, loved all the little walks to the caches and was home for breakfast.

A shortish stroll from the Mini Ha Ha cache along the track and I soon had cache in hand.

Had to throw the long jump skills into action. Creek was up... Made it to the cache and back unscathed and feet remained dry. TFTC

Walked up from the Minnehaha trail after discovering that most of the trail to the falls is closed due to erosion and damage. The bit of uphill walking while wrapped in multiple layers of winter clothes sure warmed me up enough to make the day out bearable.

Up at frazeydaze's retreat for the weekend provided an opportunity to grab some caches around north Katoomba. After a nice little bush walk and once at GZ it was a quick find. Cute log and pen. TFTC blissbaby.

The sixth of 7 caches on oldmorty's list for today. A lovely sunny day in the Blue Mountains. Our biggest problem was to find the path that led from the Mini Ha Ha Track Car Park to the cache. We decided on one direction and came up against a fence. We then headed off in the opposite direction and found a well trodden path crossing the Yosemite Creek. Following the steep track we found our way to the crossroads. Easy find by oldmorty. TFTC blissbaby
