Attended while in Edithburgh for the June Long Weekend event, my fifth attendance at this amazing event. This was one of the many caches that I found while in the area.

Another fantastic dinner event, everything about this was great. Really enjoyed the games between courses, and the food was super. Sadly, our team had to leave a little early as our game day cache hide wasn't going to sort itself out, and someone had to dig the holes!

This was find number 5 of 5 for the day for me. TFTC McKee Clan!

Awesome night

11-Jun-17
We sat we ate and had a good laugh great company meal was great. But all night trying to work out what the bowl of what we thought was water on table with a spoon in it was? Well asked waitress at first she said I don't know what it's for, but it is Vinegar?? With one young lad with bad amount of excessive gas. Having to remove him self from the table several times even a spray of perfume on him could not take the odour away at times but was a laugh. But then over excited Squeaky decided it best for Dianne ( Snappytomcats) to wear her drink between her legs, now all sticky with squeaky trying to help clean up his mess poor Di did a quick retreat to the loo to recompose herself . A great night THANKS

Great meal and great company. Thanks for organising it.
Sorry About the late logging of this cache and as it was a long time ago I can't give you any specific experiences or memories at the location but I'm trying to catch up on some logging to get up to date with them.

Found it on 10/06/2017 on our visit to avoid the cold rain in the home state.

What can we say? Delicious food and great staff. The whole event was well run and from our point of view the kitchen handled the task of feeding so many hungry cachers very well. We certainly will recommend this hotel as a great place to eat on Yorkes!

After attending my first JLWE last year, I was keen to attend this year also - this time with my Victorian buddy micaparamedic. Although we didn't participate on game day, we did enjoy all of the events and catching up with everyone whilst caching around the YP.

Although we missed the cut off date, the amazing Candice arranged for us to join you all for dinner - very cool.

We grabbed some tables and I ended up enjoying the company of my two favourite Garys = micaparamedic and FeatherWaite - so much fun!!

Thanks so much for the fun yet again McKee Clan Smile - see you next year!!

--------------------------------------------------------------

Woo hoo, the lovely Micaparamedic and I decided we would attend the June Long Weekend Event in South Australia (Edithburgh) and make the most of a road trip to the glorious Yorke Peninsula by spending a week away - NICE! [^] Cool

We particularly enjoyed exploring Innes National Park and focussing on the new earth caches on the YP and in Burra.

Today Gary and I meandered around the YP focussed on visiting many of the new earth caches in the area today whilst others prepared their hides for tomorrow's game associated with the JLWE.

We enjoyed seeing other cachers at various caches and had fun at the group dinner event Big Grin

Some of the cache hides today were easy, others were more challenging, but overall we enjoyed yet another wonderful day with fantastic weather.

The GOTHs (me, mogni and Alternika) had a great night at this dinner to finish off a great day. Games were fun, fellowship great and drinks and food consumed. I was driving so I only had a few drinks but there are a few stories about some other people. Wink My lips are sealed. Razz
Thanks McKee Clan for another great JLWE feast. Big Grin.

10-Jun-17
This was my first ever JLWE! Although I didn't participate on game day, I really enjoyed the social aspect of the weekend, attending all of the events and catching up with everyone on YP. Thanks for organising the weekend Geocaching South Australia and the awesome dinner event McKee Clan!

The Bee's could not miss this amazing Dinner opportunity.
As always the JLWE Committee did an awesome job of ensuring that we were all catered for.
The meal was awesome and the mid meal entertainment was worth the laughs Smile

10-Jun-17

Hi there McKee Clan.

We attended your event **"Exhilarating Edithburgh Endeavour Feast"** at around 6:00:43 PM today.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here this evening. We caught up with old friends, and made some new ones. We spent plenty of time chatting and laughing about all things geocaching.

Thanks for hosting the event today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

With a leave pass for a day trip to the Yorke we had enough time to call into the feast to say hello to everyone, learn the 10,000 cache find secret handshake before making the long trip home, picked up the odd cache along the way to prevent fatigue and was soon home again, hope all had a good night and look forward to seeing everyone at a event soon TFTC McKee Clan

Great meal, god time catching up with other geocachers. TFTC.

10-Jun-17
Mr Tardis was out on an adventure down Yorke Peninsula with Mr froghoppin today.

We said hello and had a quick chat with a few attendees, sadly we didn't have time to stay for diner, our leave passes from "those who must be obeyed" said we had to be back home by a decent hour.

A nice pub, and it looks like the dinner would have been a blast.

Thanks for the event McKee Clan
