I concede... they win!!!!
I just can't compete with the school students that use this bus stop. No matter where I hide the cache they keep finding it.

#5308 Found on a stop-off on the way back to Canberra from a quick trip up to Sydney. I figured I could spare about an hour to find caches before I needed to hit the road again and thought this area looked interesting. I loved the walk through the bush alongside the railway, no trains today.
Last one for today. Getting dark & cold.
Thanks HappyUke!

I haven't found one of these cache containers in ages - they are kind of fun and kind of gross! This one was very tricky to track down as it completely blended in. Pleased to spot it after abbit of a search. TFTC # 14,167
The journey to the mega resulted in a lot of driving, with a few select cache finds, due to the distance I had to travel. If only there was time to find them all! Once at “The Gong” as there are so many caches, yet again, sadly, only some could be attempted. Today, Crank1 and I spent a fair time looking at bus stops, waving on a few bus drivers. Or maybe it was the same one, who thought we were mad??? Thanks for placing the cache HappyUke
Driving to Canberra for the Queen’s Birthday long weekend. A beautiful day to be driving around the slow route there and enjoying the sights and caches placed in the countryside by our awesome cache owners. TFTC
After a successful day down here in the Southern Highlands last week with some great walks and caches in interesting spots I decided to give it another go this week.
This time I chose Willow Vale, a town I've never stopped in before.
Funny thing, there was a lot more traffic today but it was a much quicker trip - how does that figure?
First stop, petrol as I drove into Braemar. Its very cheap down here!
I met an old Sydney Swan, Plugger in the payment queue. We had a great chat, fun start to my expedition. I knew it was going to be a good day!
First caching stop, the Bus Stops Here #1.
Wish I could have caught the bus here!
The cache was a quick find. As I sat and signed the log I was surprised at how busy this town, so many cars passing.

Left Port Macquarie heading south to the Mega event At Canberra.
Our 4th stop on the way staying at the Mossvale Showgrounds.
Headed north to Mittagong so Hubby could do a bike ride & I walked the fenceline then meeting up again to find some other. This was a great way to visit the area,

Out with TARDIS 0061 for a Southern Highlands cache run with the main aim of finding some mystery caches that we have been working on recently. Whilst we where out in the feild we also took the opportunity of grabbing a few other cache types as we passed. With the cache in hand, we signed the log before replacing as found. Thanks for the cache HappyUke.

Came down to the southern highlands on a puzzle collection run with Team Merlin after a solving binge. We decided to get these in passing Thanks for the sticky placements HappyUke. All good at the cache. Cheers
Out and about on some non caching related business and swung by to grab these (after passing them umpteen dozen times already). Phone GPS was a tad off track but I still found it fairly quickly. TFTC Uke!
We decided to brave the weather forecast for today and head to the Southern Highlands. It turned out not to be too bad with only some light misty rain while we were there. We found all the caches that we looked for, with most being quite easy. Each log paper was noted with our name before the cache was replaced where it had been found. This was actually a drive from home and then an easy walk to the cache. The hint suggested what type of camo to expect and that proved to be right. Our thanks go to HappyUke for this cache placement.

Visiting some friends in Moss Vale I decided to take advantage of the trip by finding some caches on the way there. Grabbed the 4 Bus Stops Here prerequisites in the hope that I would have time to solve the puzzle that night (but it never happened).
Like the previous bus stop, I was able to search in peace and quickly had my hand on the cache.

**This Cache:**
A familiar camo here! Didn't expect a bus to come so easy parking as well.
Signed the log and replaced, thanks

**The Day:**
Day 2 of an extended weekend caching trip, and a family member's 50th up in Sydney!
Started off a bit later today given that I was already at my destination and had a good rest the night before. Today consisted off cleaning up the remaining puzzles, highly favourited caches and golden oldies in the area. As well as all the other traditional caches I came across along the way! Another successful day of caching, with 51 cache finds all up!
Thanks to all the CO's! See individual log about each cache above ^^

OCW marj01. Todays plan was to visit the Moss Vale area and complete the Yarrawa Road Trail and the Forgotten Australian series, then grab any other caches we could on the return journey back to Sydney. This cache was found without much effort. Thanks for placing this cache.
After attending the nearby IGD, quick find, signed log and replaced. Thanks to HappyUke.
TFTC,

(16 of 16 today)
I need 16 more caches to get my final Hidden Creature souvenir after getting a bunch yesterday. And I only have today and tomorrow to grab them.
Never to be one to leave it to the last minute (yeah, right), I was hoping I could get all of them today.
I'd failed to complete *The Crow* series before going overseas - and I still have eleven of them left. With a few others, that'll get me my souvenir.
Unfortunately I left home a lot later than I should - I blame jet lag - and only started into the reserve at 2pm. I should be back to the car by 5, but then I'll still have more finds.
Used the same tactic as last time and looked to head straight to my furthest target then make the finds on the way back - well, mostly.
Got back to *The Hademobile* on time but that still meant that some of my final finds back near town were in more dark than I'd have preferred.
But I got my sixteen!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Final find for the day.
Like the last it was a quick and easy find.
Did the legals, grabbed the clue and time to head home.
Souvenir obtained. A good day all round. And my iPhone tells me only 15,000 steps. I'll feel them later!

Up from Canberra for the CITO and for a Sunday geomission around the area
Pulled up to this one and had to wait out a neighbour to move on before going in for the hunt. Felt around a bit before I stepped back and spied something...yup...there it is!
Thanks for the hide, HappyUke

This one took us a while to realise that the thing we had been cautious of was the actual cache itself. Fits in well with the theme! TFTC
This was another park around the corner, walk back and collect the cache. It was difficult to hide the container in a better way, it seems to be quite visible. Thanks HappyUke for the hide.
Out and about today with The Rats and Steeba, walking and locating solved puzzles in the Highlands. An excellent day of walking with good copmany... And a fair few caches as well.
A couple of snakes kept things interesting. Thank you to all of the caches hiders, especially to The Crows for the major series that we had a crack at.
Cheers

Teamed up with steeba and Hoojar for a day on the Southern Highlands. For me this was my second trip up here in as many weeks, which made me realise how many unfound caches I had up this way. Under clear skies, warm temps and smoke filled air we made an early start as we set about finding the plethora of solved puzzles we had in the area.
With much of our time spent in the bush the wildlife kept us on our toes as we seen numerous snakes, a blue tongue lizard, a couple of foxes, wallabies, kangaroos and a herd of deer.
Thanks to all the CO's for the great caches that we found today.

Today was a day off work to get out and about in the Highlands with Hoojar and The Rats. With plenty of puzzle solving beforehand and a lot of walking during the day we managed to knock out a lot of finds. Plenty of wildlife and a few snake sightings made for an interesting day. Thanks especially to the 154 Crows crew for the great Crow series. TFTC!
A quick find here today, it’s been a while since I have found this style of container, thanks.
Waiting for scouts to finish a camp before driving them home. A quick and easy find. TFTC

En route from Sydney to Kangaroo Valley for the annual KV Show. No time to collect the rest of the series today but will return before too long. No buses came by while I was here. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Quick find after the last one.
Took the clues from this one and No2 for the bonus cache but not sure if I have the right info as they were written different in each cache.
Time will tell if I can find 3 and 4.

Today saw us out and about on a little caching trip that added 7 traditional finds to the collection. This was find number 2.
Thanks HappyUke for this place to stop and cache a nice easy find once I put the eyes on the target.
Grand Cache count = 517 total consisting of 487 Traditionals, 17 Multi, 5 Mystery, 4 Earth and 2 Virtual.

After nine hours hiking through the Alexandra Reserve, found just enough energy to grab this one on my way back into town. Will come back for the rest of the series another day.
N had time to waste after her 3-hour walk through Alexandra Reserve, so grabbed this one while waiting for A to swing past and pick her up after he finished working nearby. Bus stop was a welcome place to rest the feet!
