Sadly we are having to archive this one! It is too hard to keep re-creating! Very sad as it is our second highest favourite points cache
It's gone missing!! It's not small and would have taken some effort to remove all the parts!!
Been there a couple of times, no luck so far. Most the other caches in the area I've logged.
Unfortunately did not find for now. Was not sure if the geocache was supposed to be located in the location pictured below.
Very clever hiding spot. Harvey liked the treasure box. He also says it said it was small bit it was bigger than expected. Be careful if you sit to have a rest here...
So much fun!! This one really tested your muggle skills!
A note, don’t loose the hole…..

Out for my 5km walk and a few local caches.
Wow.. after cleaning mud from something which was eventually unrelated I then found the actual GZ... got me a beauty. Thanks. Fav.
Thanks to GJMMelb for the placement and fun.

At the request of the CO I dropped in here today to check on this cache. All is fine, and dry at present.
Now I need to go back home, it's just 5km away.

Great way to hide it in such a high muggle area. Both our girls learnt how to drive on these circuits

With the lockdown over and the weather better it was time for some caching fun to occur.
Always a great day out on the hunt With Rebel Acts putting some smiles on the map.
Awesome camo and effort on this cache, favourite point for sure.
Cheers for the cache

With Restrictions easing once again I could now go caching with My caching Mate Omegaman1971, We were glad the Metro, Regional restrictions were now over, I live in Regional but he lives in Metro.
As always there was plenty of Banter and laughs as we made our way around finding caches.
This is one of the caches We found today. A nice hide this one.
Thanks GJMMelb for the cache.

Although we found a few Adventure Labs during the Covid lockdown, mainly for some exercise and because we didn't need to touch anything, this is the first physical cache we have looked for in several weeks thanks to the easing of restrictions today. Not sure why we haven't looked for this cache before but we don't seem to come out this way as much as we used to and there are a lot more caches in our local area these days.
The geobeagles love Westerfolds Park so today we decided to drop by for walkies and to finally look for this cache, particularly as we noticed it had lots of faves. We parked nearby and wandered over to GZ. We searched a few likely spots until we found the correct one. We retrieved the cache and signed the log at 2:50 pm. We took a smurf and left a rabbit, which we thought was appropriate as we saw quite a few. We then carefully returned the cache to its hiding spot. We used hand sanitiser before and after finding the cache as well as using it on the swaps.
Thanks GJMMelb for the cleverly camo'd and well-crafted cache in one of the our favourite parks. The geobeagles loved going round in circuits smelling the presence of roos and rabbits. A terrific cache in a beautiful park so this cache definitely gets a fave from us too.

Nice! Two other spots right near by which distracted us as we thought surely they were it, but no. We started walking the other direction then GeoKid kicked it and found it
Great little hiding spot this one, muggles everywhere but didn’t see us find it, TFTC!
That was a lucky find. It was thanks to your clue here that I looked in that spot. Nice neat tricky hide thanks GJMMelb
I headed to Westerfolds Park to pick the partner up from a day of canoeing and I just "happened" to park close to the posted coordinates. I'm not sure if it was luck or skill but I also just happened to find the cache in the first place I looked. That is a successful caching experience! All in good condition here and some nice swaps for the youngest in the family. A few trackables were visited today. TFTC GJMMelb
Out and about today out north to go out and get some caches before I have to attend a card tournament just around the corner. With the 2001 cache and Earthcache in the reserve being my main targets for attending. During my walk through there were many cyclists and rollerbladers zooming through the area. But nevertheless had a great little time in the reserve and can't wait to be back in the area.
Thanks for the cache and the little adventure.

Similar camo sourced. Now working on putting it all together and drying, then putting in place. Only another week or two hopefully !
As discussed with Bunjil, we are having trouble sourcing a like for like object for the cache camo. Also the park authorities not returning our calls. We really would like to re-establish the cache in the same or similar area so will keep trying. Thanks
Cache visited as part of our exercise on 23/10 to discover it is completely gone!!
Awaiting reply from Parks Victoria as to whether they still have it. Will make decision regarding the future of this cache based on their reply .... Sad as it is our second highest favourited cache!!

Sadly, here we go again. Stay safe and healthy everyone. Hopefully see you in 6 weeks
Wow. Wrapping up my day in the park I went for this last cache. No where near as simple as I first expected. Searching in under and ontop of everything I didn’t come up with the goods. Spotted a few good locations but no joy. I eventually contacted the CO for a hint. Just as I was about to leave the CO wrote back and suggested where it wasn’t. It has to be something I had tried before but that can’t be. It was getting dark so I tried again and low and behold there was the very clever hide! Worthy of the favourite for the time it took to find. Thanks for the hide and for the response!
Some time ago, before the Covid-19 restrictions, I searched for this one but couldn't find it.
Today, while sitting in the car waiting for a quite moment I noticed something ever so slightly different from the surroundings.
The log was signed before the next group of parents with kids appeared in the car park.
This cache deserves a fav point.
Thanks for the cache GJMMelb.

I came here are couple of years ago with no luck. I thought the cache was missing. Even messaged the CO about it. Haha. Yes I was wrong, now I completely know why.
Great cache. The type of cache that give caching a good name

Searched all over the place for this one and could not find, I think i know where it should be, will check with cache owner to see if it is missing or if I am in the wrong spot..
Now the restrictions have lifted and we are able to be out and about again it's time to find some more caches, today my wife and I ventured to Templestowe and around Westerfolds Park. The Weather was just right for caching not to warm or cold and dry. This was a great park to cache in as this part of the park had 14 different caches in it, today we found 10 caches and had 2 did not finds. It started to get dark so will have to come back another day and also tackle the other side of the park. Great to see some old caches here from 2001 and a few great hides.

May we suggest that you please use hand sanitiser before and after finding this cache - thanks This cache is being re-enabled with the hope that Community spread of Covid19 remains extremely low. We will visit each cache in the coming weeks to make sure it is still there and in good condition.
So fun! We really thought this one had been smuggled because there were other great spots around that look like geocaches for sure! So surprised when we found it, well done
This cache certainly lived up to its name, i was going around in circuits for a long time! I found a lot of red herons, had a lot of potential places, and just couldn't get it. I had a muggle come and park looking at me after about 20 minutes of searching, and that was when I called of the search. Westerfolds Park has been an amazing adventure today, but I only got about half the caches, I'll have to come back. I was parked at one of the southern car parks, next time I'll park up here and use my car Vivian as a bit of protection. Thanks anyway GJMMelb, I look forward to finding what sounds like a fantastic cache.
Very muggly here on a lovely Saturday morning, but fortunately they were all otherwise occupied.
Once the GPS settled this was easy enough - just took a good but of geosense and logic.
But very clever, well done and worth a favourite point. TFTC

No luck here. After four other finds in the park we gave this one a go but despite a decent effort it wasn't to be this time. Look forward to coming back to try this one again some time. Well played.
We had searched for this one before, with no luck. Back in the area today, and I was determined to find. This time, I practically walked right up to it and found it! How did we miss that?!? Well, the other one close by lead us on a wild goose chase last time, but today something didn’t quite seem right about this one, and I was right! Nice hide! Fave point added. Love it! Tftc
Hello Geocachers,
I am seeking an update on my TB One Pink Koala ( https://coord.info/TB7YB12 ). It was dropped in this cache in March 2019 and seen no activity since apart from one log suggesting it is not in this cache.
Could the next finder please let me know whether it is still in here or not?
Thanks,
Itsonlybarney

Most hilarious find ever, were looking for ages before Tra4ce fell over it. At least the nesting magpies no longer at GZ!
We'd been looking for a little while when I practically fell over it. Fav point awarded for the camo and making ozlsn laugh so much. TFTC!
The area was fairly quiet compared to normal, but still a constant enough stream of people that I couldn't find this one. Next time Gadget, next time!
That took a little bit longer than expected but onceI read the hint I checked something nearby then soon had CIH. Very cleaver with spot on coords.

Out looking for kangaroos with my daughter. Finally another decent made cache in Melbourne. Fav in for the good work. Cheers! TB and German wooden coin in as well.
Nicely tucked away. Needs a new ziplock bag for the logbook, otherwise all good. TFTC
Firstly, apologies for the lateness in logging.
Despite my tardiness, you can be assured I enjoyed each and every cache found and not found.
Apologies if this is a generic log, my memory is good, but not that good.
ThanksGJMMelb

My goodness this one was hard! This took two visits to find. The first time was myself and two geokids and we went around and around the area and came up empty handed. Today I came back determined to find this elusive cache. The GPS settled in a different spot to last time which probably explains why we couldn't find it last time. There were a few muggles about but luckily they weren't interested in me. Log is signed and two TB's are on their way to a new adventure. TFTC GJMMelb this one gets a favourite point from me.
Popped by to drop off some some travel bugs while taking the geodog for a walk. Cache in good condition, but ziplock needs replacing - didn’t have a spare on me unfortunately.
After a previous DNF log from the last person we hoped that we would find it and we did.
Found it almost straight away, just had a feeling where it could be and there it was.
Great hide and construction. Would have been difficult on a busy day though.
But today was perfect. TFTC GJMMelb and a fav. point from us too.

Fun. I spy this pocket of caches along the Yarra and the adjoining parks. And what a great little pocket to explore on a bike on such a nice day! Glad they were all there and in good nic TFTC
No luck for DebW64 and I today, which is a shame, as all the logs mention how clever this one is. Will have to wait for another day, thanks anyway Geoff
I've been at nearby Simpson Barracks for Professional Development day. They put us all on a bus to Westerfolds Park for a BBQ lunch, despite the weather! I mentioned geocaching to the presenter, and she knew about it, and said she'd come with me!
The overcast weather and umbrellas meant that it took us a while to even find GZ. Once there, we did the same looking around and getting sidetracked with decoys thing that everyone else had. After confirming with the GPS for a fourth time that we were in the correct location, I took a step back to survey the scene. I noticed that something didn't look quite right. Lo and behold, there was the cache! I sat down to sign the log for both of us, then rejoined the group.
Thanks for a great cache and a cool lunchtime adventure

Very creative and well-hidden cache. Like many others, I thought I had found the cache, but it turned up nothing. After I searched around for a bit more, I stumbled upon the cache. All in good condition. Fave point from me. TFTC
Accompanied with my granddaughter on her first caching day. She did enjoyed her hunting. We both found it. Good one!! Thanks GJMMelb for placing the cache
Didn't find this one but end of a long ride and getting rather tired so didn't stay long. Need to study previous logs better
This is just brilliant. Like everyone else I thought I had nailed it, and got a shock when there was no cache. Hmmm. I read previous logs and decided just to search, search, search. Eventually I came up with the real thing. Just amazing.
Very excited to find this cache. No hints for me but found it after just having completed some atsmug caches & they trained me in looking at things in a different way. Loved this one. TFTC
We’d been eyeing this cache for a while, and the Carnival seemed like a great time to give it a try. After reading past logs I was ready for long, difficult hunt, but my caching partner found it almost immediately after going in cold - so much for preparation!
Really fun and clever hide, TFTC! Dropped off a Travel Bug as well.

One of those occasions where three sets of eyes are better than one. After n0w0rries and Pam checked out a couple of likely spots, I found the cache much closer to GZ.
Next stop Yan Yean Reservoir for a picnic lunch.
Thank you GJMMelb, very clever.
Took the "Jeep 4x4 #3741" traveller. Will take it to Cowes tomorrow.

Caching with +Wife, our Geomutts, EveTheStaffy and MaxTheCollie.
Muggle Mate Pam along for the ride as we wend our way towards Yan Yean Reservoir for a smoked trout and cheese platter lunch with a view. Dropped by on the way through.
I spotted something straight away which seemed too good to be true and it was.
Pam crossed over to investigate something that took her eye nearby, alas, also no luck.
It's a good thing +Wife was along to do the heavy lifting. She soon had this cleverly hidden cache in hand.
Perhaps I should just set up camp in the back seat and let Chris find them all for me.
Thanks for the ingenious hide GJMMelb.

Excellent hide...kids a little freaked out as a rather large spider was keeping the cache company..tftc
