I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Team Binningup, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address any issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Team Binningup and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Didn't look promising with dnfs and shows gz in the middle of the road for me.
Three beautiful days in a row and my third day out exploring Forrest Hwy. I am surprised how busy this road
Too overgrown and busy with trucks to have a decent look.

Hi there Team Binningup.
We tried caching north of Bunbury today & found your cache **"Florrie's Cottage"** at 10:09:00 AM .(This makes our find count 23622).
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thank you Team Binningup for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Another quick find. Really nice container.
Since the last round of Virtual caches were released, I have begun a bit of a mission to try and clear all the Virtuals in WA. With 2 in the south west it was time for a road trip.
Arranged with Kyzabra and his geoboy Chickenhawk07 to make a day trip to Pemberton and returning via Bunbury. Combine this with a need to get caches for the Mystery at the Museum and it looked to be a good day.
Team Binningup SVKR_WA found your cache Florrie's Cottage today at 07:57:23 19 Jul 2019.
Team Binningup - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling the state and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

SVKR_WA, Chickenhawk07 and I planned an assault down south today with the end goal being the virtual atvyye Dave Evans tree.
We grabbed a few on the way in between showers and chats. A great day out.
A cool hide here and giving a fav point
Many thanks to Team Binningup for placing and maintaining Florrie's Cottage.

A break in the weather, so off to a cache for another tick on the grid. This one was fairly close to home in an area l hadn’t been to or knew of the history of the remains the cottage which is in better condition than further up the road. The cache was dry & in good condition even though the paddocks close by were flooded. I enjoyed the rural drive. Tftc
Tried at first with the phone, kept going from one side of the road to the other. Had to load co-ords into gps. At least now I know I am looking in the right place. Really liked the tricky little hide and the history lesson.
A big TFTC

I will let you into a little secret. We have been here twice before & come away with nothing but grass seeds in our socks. I walked straight up to it today & hey presto TFTC Team Binningup
Well, another month rolls around and it’s time for another big day trip towards the south. We are slowly clearing the map around the Bunbury area and headed to this area once again to clear a few more green dots! This cache was one we targeted for the day (mainly looking for park and grab types today). Cheers and TFTC.

This took ages to find; really I need to put fido on the task! The grass is long here at the moment, making it tough going. Pleased to add our names to the log. Thanks.
A bit of a search to find with GPS showing different location but eventually found it

Day two of my last road trip for 2017 with cravo10.
We started a bit later today, with a sleep in til 7am, we collected the few remaining caches around town before leaving town and heading towards Deanmill, Donnelly River, Nannup, Dunsborough, Busselton, Bunbury and finally back home to Perth.
We had a huge day collecting forty plus caches, even with a short detour to dunsbrough for work.
Really enjoyed finding some more of the Munda Biddi epic geocaches from their 2013 ride.
A great days caching. Thanks to the local COs for their hides over the last couple of days. We look forward to finding more caches on our next planned visits to the south west. Thanks

Headed out with Kristybelle and Ben-was-1992 to pick up a few caches. This one took us a while to find as it seemed to blend in very well TFTC Team Binningup
Afternoon caching with S'n'N. What a beautiful area. Easy find once we'd looked at the hint. TFTC.
Find this one soon after publication, but somehow forgot to log it. Better late than never though. Thanks for placing this cache for us to come and find - love these caches that show us a bit of history that we would probably not have learned about on without geocaching bringing us to these out of the way places. Thanks Team Binningup
Joint *FTF* with Rach2 (naturally) and richlink
These were published just before my computer died so didn't give them another thought.
Then yesterday had problems downloading to GPS but late last night got that sorted so when looked at these this morning with still no finds Rach2 and I thought 'why not.'
Bit of a slow trip near the end as a massive oversized was in front but thankfully we turned off.
Couldn't find Runnymede so came down to this one. Co-ords put us in middle of road but we searched obvious place then richlink pulled up and a minute later Rach found cache.
Nice one
TFTC you ladies are rockin it

Joint *FTF* I was heading north to attend the Rockingham Event and at last minute decided to detour to check the new caches out. After having found the Runnymede cache I spotted Rach2 and Dimor as I approached this site. Round and round the feature we went but it was Rach2 who spotted the camo first. Thanks Team Binningup
Spotted the ruins of Florrie's Cottage hidden in the trees. Dimor and I were having a good look around when Richlink pulled up. She must have brought luck because I had the cache in hand moments later, right where dimor looked. We didn't think it would be blank as Bazza65 had already found the other one, so that was a nice surprise. TFTC
