### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information.. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by megawat60 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayangCommunity Reviewer -Australia
Every time I go to this, I always find it, but now Im too far away so CBFed looking after this anymore!
Same as the title. People are playing boat in the morning. Will visit again in difference time.

Great spot, here doing the AL and thinking how is this the only cache here? It's beautiful!! TFTC
Found it. TFTC megawat60. Happy to make the find here, replaced as found.
last time I came here there were people having a picnic on the steps. I was in the area doing a AL and remembered there was a cache here, bingo

No one to bother my search early Saturday morning, no boaters but several coots asked what I was doing.
Cache is in excellent condition.

A nice early start had us heading NOR to target a couple of areas that we had not spent too much time in before now. We followed our GPS from cache to cache and picked up this one along the way. Cheers and TFTC.

At last! This DNF has been spoiling my map since June 2018! Every time I am nearby I remember it... slow the car... look over to see the host is in use... and carry on driving. Today though IT WAS EMPTY So I zoomed into a parking spot and quickly walked over for a look. Didn't take too long working my way around the structure before I had success. Very pleased to finally put a smiley here. Thankfully no problems here today - TFTC
The Better Half and I came north of the river today to do some of the newly published caches and others around them. Once at ground zero cache was found without problems. Log signed and the cache returned as it was found.
Thanks megawat60 for placing this cache for us to find.

Felt like we really committed to the search, no luck! Looks like not seen since September
Had a fairly thorough look, but it was hot so we might try again another day.
Thanks very much DCell, for the new log sheet! The water must have been up a lot higher than usual this winter! Thanks again.
Nice find but log was wet and I was inblento write in it here is some photo evidence
Braced myself for a long search but actually found after a few mins. Log is soaked so have taken a pic if co wants proof TFTC
This one was beginning to look like a DNF, but observing GZ from multiple different angles eventually paid off.
TFTH .

Found after several attempts. Had to ask CO for directions. The cache is well concealed and hard to find. A favourite point awarded. Thanks for the hide on the lake.
With the water level lower than before I felt confident having another look for the cache. Alas came up cache-less again. Will have to ask the CO for a clue on where to find this elusive cache.
Ooh this took some time. Luckily there were people sailing remote yachts and we could sit and search relatively unhindered TFTC
Took a bit of searching this one, but when I finally just took a seat and relaxed I found it in the first place I looked TFTC
Found with Timmo2402. Took a lot of searching for a well camoed but not too hard to find cache. Don’t know how we missed it so many times even with nudges from the CO. TFTC
Doing a maintenance run and all still all good here. A photo of the blank log sheet and the cache looking at the race course!
Can’t see that the D rating is wrong, so its staying at a 2* rating

I check this one so often, and I always find it, so maybe I should up the D rating? Doing some work out of town so will have another check when back in the area.
Catching up on a few logs that I’ve never got around to sending. Please excuse the generic log. Thanks for the find.
Looked a bit more thoroughly, still plenty of muggles, made the find after 5 minutes. TFTH
Yes the last find was catpacity.
Yes the last find was catpacity.
Doing a maintenance run and all the DNFs I thought I’d best check but all good. Strange that AtCatpacity was the last signature I could see.
First chance to search with no boat people standing on GZ. No joy. Searched 20 minutes and did a little research.
Who would of thought 2:30pm on a Thursday there Wittber 30 people racing boats here - standing on the structure. Come back later.
We clearly can't cache on a hot day with bored children. Mr 6 was occupied with the mud though
After spending the last 2 days completing an unforgettable personalised geo-adventure, we found ourselves at the nearby restaurant with the organiser, blinknurdead. Following a quick lunch we decided to take a walk around this beautiful park. Luckily there were no "boat people" here this afternoon, and after a thorough search, we finally made this find. TFTC Megawat60
After organising a secret Santa geohunt for atCapacity, it turned out the final stop was in this park. What a perfect excuse to go geocaching (pfft, like you need an excuse). I managed to stick my hand in some green bird scat before eventually finding it.
TFTC!
TFTC!
We were lucky today there were no boat people in sight so we made a quick recovery and replaced it where found. Thanks for the cache megawat60
Found this cache today in between muggles. Did not have a replacement log with me. I will try and get back with a replacement. TFTC megawat60
No boats today but a constant stream of muggles. In a break in the walkers managed to get my hands on it. Log is soaked and barely usable. Managed to make a mark. TFTC
Sorry Megawat even with a hint from a previous finder we were unable to locate the prize and not sure that knees will stand up to another search. Maybe we will have to ask the grandies to help next time.
Headed out today to cleanup a few caches North of home. Started with a couple south and then a loop through Mosman park, Wembley Downs, Woodlands, East Perth, Maylands and then back through the city to home in Cockburn.
Had a great morning out with all finds and good to cleanup a couple of DNFs from previous visits.
Thanks to the local COs for their caches and I look forward to finding more down the track.

PP1 found it before us. Enjoyed watch some boats - very impressed they have thier hobby... Thanks megawat60.
Got wet feet & a cache, although the former was quite unecessary. TFTC & showing us this lovely spot Sir Megawat60
All good to go! Walked up and had it in hand in a nano second, exactly where I left it on the last check.
3rd DFN today. Like previous cacher, gave the area a rather thorough going over but nothing
Searched all over this one in between muggles coming & going... Oh my I am really not an urban cacher!!! Must have been here for about an hour before calling quits, pretty sure I gave the structure a good going over, but obviously not good enough

With 2 DNF's and the fact that I was in the area today, I thought I would pop in and check on this one. Boy I was pondering archiving it and starting again, but I persisted in my search and finally found it. It had moved a bit so cache creep was in action, but all good and replaced in its original position.
Happy hunting

Nice hide in this beautiful area. Took us a while to spot this one as there were many muggles around. TFTC
Looked under and around with 2xextra eyes. No luck however.
No boat launches today so was a free and easy search.
Will declare, no one was brave enough to go reaching into the unseen corners (arachnophobia )
Will come back another time as we come to this excellent park fairly often for walk or play or bbq etc.

No luck here today, not helped by the 1000’s of muggles going past on this fine Sunday afternoon!
This one didn't take long to find on a lovely cool morning. It was where I expected it to be. Had to search carefully as there were loads of muggles around this morning, but no 'boat people' to be seen. Signed log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache.
Came back at night time with a torch, not sure if I'm more visible this way or in day light. Signed the log so all is good tftc
Out and about with The_Hall_Pack on a smiley hunt today, happy to say we didn’t encounter any boat people and we came up trumps here today TFTC
Not going to log a dnf, only a half hearted attempt as muggle less than 10 metres away. Did try the reverse camera trick and tying up my none existent laces.
We came on Wednesday afternoon right in the middle of a comp. we watched the races and then when they were all packed up we were able to have a hunt around. What a great little hide.
