Logs
I found this without any problem by relying on feel. TFTC. I signed way up in the corner of the full log sheet. We are walking this track from Riddells - quite a mix of vegetation along the way. Nice to stop here for a view of the town.
For a beginner I searched high and low, with the help of the logs I finally found it ..yay!
Forgot to bring a pen! Thanks for bringing me to this spot, indeed a great view TFTC Have attached photo for proof of find
bother and blast. Searched above then below the track as the gps settled on the track itself.
After coming over multiple bags of dog poo I gave up.
After coming over multiple bags of dog poo I gave up.
No luck for us on this one. We will have to have another look the next time we are there.
Speedy find... Was a bit wet and log is getting a bit full. Nice start to an afternoon of caching. TFTC
Found this track after visiting an open home down the road. This track is great! Great view point and bench at the top! This cache was very wet.
That one took us a couple of minutes. When I saw the hint I was looking in places like this but missed on our first look. Easier when you approach from a different direction. That should be the second we need for 22222 day. Also wet but not as bad as no 1.
Last time here there were too many muggles here. Found in the first place I looked
good find , thanks to looking back at previous logs realised it was in the bush , could be seen from the track if looking carefully but very obvious once up close !! paper soggy and almost full needing replacing soon )
Picking off caches in the forest not found on my last trip. Spotted quickly. Quite wet but waterproof paper so ok. Put upside down for better camo and keep water out.
In town for a few days for a wedding and all the stuff that goes along with it, hiccup, burp etc. Mr 13 and I did an early morning run through the forest tracks today. Still in the open, it didn't take too long to find the correct fingers.
Very heartening to see the native plantings here - it will make such a difference in the years to come.
Having a day out caching around Geraldine. This cache was a quick find. TFTC.
Staying in Geraldine for the night. A lovely evening for a pre dinner walk. An easy find once I read the description.
Easy find - easier than #1. And now one last coffee break before heading home.

My 6 year old spotted it b4 me water got in the container through the bag and paper is all wet:( cant write on it so have left another piece of paper in it
We had to go to pick something up in Geraldine, so didn't bypass as per normal. Had a bit of time, so we came back to have a look for this one that I'd DNF'ed last time. It still took a while, but I think perhaps the info has improved. I think last time I was expecting a small rather than a micro. TFTC.
After not finding Pekapeka Gully #1, we were very happy to make a quick find here of the micro sized cache (advertised as a small). With this info in hand, we had another go at #1 on the way back to the car, but still no go. TFTC.
We visited this area while on a trip from Nelson to Te Anau. Geraldine was our first over night stop. This was a nice area to take a morning walk before our drive to Mt Cook village. A few muggles planting plants, riding bikes and walking dogs this morning. No trouble making the find. TFTC.
Out in Geraldine today clearing off a few caches we missed last time.

Found on a humid Sunday afternoon while walking our trusted 4-legged companion for a walk. TFTC
Found today with Kea69, her first since loading the App yesterday. Shes in, hooked. My 148th since loading the App in London in May2019. Booyah.
Plenty of little helpers made this a fast find. Out caching while on holiday with Trishr
Had to look a bit harder for this one but it soon answered our call and log was signed. Now it is time for some lunch. tftc
The hint “knee-high” meant to me that it had to be in……… I looked around and I was correct. The log paper is rather soggy but can be signed. Great view of Fresh Choice from here
Nearly at the end of the walk, really enjoyed it. Cache was quickly found and signed. TFTC
Needed the hint and then realised it could be seen from the path haha. TFTC
Didn't take too long to find with Busy paws, signed and returned. Nice Hide. TFTC!
Quick find as it was able to be seen from the track if you looked hard enough. Covered it a bit better. Thanks for the cache.
