Nice and easy find on a sunny Wednesday morning.Aren't many spots left to write on the paper though.TFTC gg
We had been staying in Wonga Park for the weekend as we attended a wedding on Sunday. After leaving the Airbnb, we headed to Werribee so Mrs Dromaniax could go to work. That left a few hours for Geocaching, and we had planned to check out Moonee Ponds and Maribyrnong. However, a first-to-find popped up, so we headed towards Sunbury. We missed the first-to-find but decided to stay in the area and log some finds in the Hume Council area. After we had waited for a few muggles to pass by, we were able to make a quick find of a familiar container.Thank you, UltimateGeoCacheTeam, for this Traditional cache.
Staying at a nearby hitel before catching an early mornin flight so figured id hunt around for caches. I can see why theres alot of DNF's but i found it. Was a little burried so i placed it so it a bit more visible. Hint certainly helped thanks!
I stopped by on the way to the airport to pick up two iTEEM members. Couldn't find my head torch before I left home, and no luck finding the cache by phone torch light.
I recently decided to try and start to work on qualifying for [Jamin Appleford's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=8b39e499-2ef1-42f7-8b4e-07e9ed9799b3&wid=66162ad7-e5a6-46c0-a6be-4ffbe5c99f2f&ds=2) [* WCT * No Trespassers Challenge](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC9DPFK) and so I have been on the lookout for caches with the "Not in Private Yard" attribute. So when I was caching in the area today and I saw that I was going to be near this cache I knew I had to stop to find it. I was able to park the geomobile fairly close to GZ and then it was only a short walk over.Unfortunately there were a couple of muggles fishing in the nearby pond, so I still had to use a bit of stealth looking for this one. Luckily I have seen this cache container alot now and so I was able to home in on the cache fairly quickly.I thought I was very stealthy looking for this cache, but when I looked up after signing the log, one of the fishing muggles was staring at me.I guess I am sure I looked a bit funny walking into the corner of this park, looking around and then dashing away.Oh well, they were far enough away that there is no way they saw the actual cache container and what it was so it should be save!A big thanks goes to the [UltimateGeoCacheTeam](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=9c63b404-80a2-45e5-8559-e9f5d3798c86&wid=08cfaf93-41d8-4220-a305-40330ba37094&ds=2) for the fun today. TFTC.**Cache Maintenance Status**The inner and outer cache containers were in good shape and the logbook was clean and dry with plenty of room for future cache finders to sign.
Quick and easy park and grab after a.visit to the world's biggest lollies shop
A speedy father and son find today. Had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the sound of birdlife as we spotted a cache with a familiar camo. Next stop, Texas! TFTC.
We were saying in an Airbnb near this one so went for a nice walk around the pond this morning and picked up this cache. TFTC
This cache is not really far from home, but without a car, it is a bit awkward to get to. Today I decided to take the bus to GZ, where the cache was found speedily.
Having flown in late last night and with a connection home later this morning, Rednight2000 and I went for the closest to our hotel so he could pickup the Victoria souvenir. Very easy, spotted it from the path, signed and back to the hotel within a minute.

This cache was very close to where we had to drop the rental car off , We had decided to do just that instead of spending another few hours caching before heading to the airport but it was silly to not sign this one off. TFTC and kia ora from Aotearoa/New Zealand #19,549
One last physical cache in the Land of Oz before heading for the airport. We've had a brilliant week, 600+ caches, caches of every size shape and description - - including the Rutherglen Mega, 4 more spots in my D/T grid upgraded from 1 to 2, 2 100+ caching days, lots and lots of fun. - - - Plenty of time for sleeping when I get home .
Thanks for your contribution to the fun UGCT - - long may you cache .

Team SPINZ have been in Aus for a week for the Rutherglen Mega, we are on our way to return the rental car but missed the turn so going around the block again (or maybe it was deliberate to get one last physical cache before going to the airport). Took a few minutes to spot the cache. Log signed as SPINZ (Sidewaze, Paddle Chick, Isis58 and Nanzie from NZ). Thanks UltimateGeoCacheTeam

This is my first trip outside New Zealand caching and enjoyed getting this cache with SPINZ
Stayed in this area bc I had an early flight the next morning. So I was looking for caches nearby and found this one. Nice camo! Thanks & cheers from Germany
It was fun, me and my dad were searching for about 20 mins. This was our third one. Good hide
Found today whilst awaiting on someone on a delayed flight at the airport. Thanks from D B-A
Outnabout on my own today for some solo caching. It’s always a great day for caching.

Photo as proof as had no pen and after an hour of looking around kicking through all the leaves and sticks and rubbish I manage to kick it from base of a tree tftc this one sucked to find at night
This weekend, it was a flight and trip down to Melbourne to attend The Whittlesea 2022 Mega Event. I arrived on Thursday evening and had accommodation in Mill Park, which was a good strategic location between Whittlesea and Melbourne. I joined a few South Aussie friends as part of the “Aussies on Tour” (AOT) team, which consisted of e.gregory1, Freddo, gridge98, and Team Waldron.
Several geocaching series were completed, which included the Commonwealth Star Series (CSS), Whittlesea Puzzles for Beginners, Whittlesea Event Gadget Trail (WEGT), Whittlesea Challenge Wander (WCW), and the Whittlesea Compass (TWC). In addition, we targeted uncommon cache types, rare/unique D-T combinations, older caches and those with high Favourite Points. It was great to have visited Victoria's two 2000 hidden geocaches too (Victoria's 1st (Melbourne's 1st) and Devil Bend).
We were treated with great weather for the first couple of days, but then it deteriorated from Saturday afternoon with rain storms and high winds overnight and on Sunday.
It was a bright and early start, needing to wake at 04:00 hr in order to allow ample time for my flight. I thought I would be heading straight to the airport, but I made a few calculations in my mind that I had time to make a short stop at this park and geocache. It was very brisk and cold as I walked from my car along the paths to GZ, and it took a couple of loops around and reading past logs, before eventually making the cache find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. This looks to be a pretty area, but unfortunately, it was hard to fully appreciate it at 04:30 hr. Thanks UltimateGeoCacheTeam for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Needing to kill 1/2 an hr before heading to the long term airport parking, we picked up a couple of caches in the light rain. Found the cache quickly with accurate coordinates in the obvious location.

Stayed a night at the Quality Inn between the flights from one side of the earth to the other, saw the cache nearby and decided to try it. Searched high and searched low for two hours. Found couple of mushrooms, few stones, an assortment of plastic bottles, broken glass, plastic bag with rubbish, and wet roll of toilet paper. None matched the hint. Nothing else caught my eye. No joy for me in Melbourne. TFTC.
Found at 2:02 pm.
Today the weather was finally a bit better so we had the scooters out to try and finish off this series today. Well for me anyway, OzHockeyChick still needs some in the fenced off area which was closed. Apart from one DNF I have now finished off the series in this great park.
Plenty of off track finds today and gladly had the off road based scooters as well otherwise we may have well of walked everywhere. Ah, fun times, headed off for a chicken burger before doing this one to regain some energy. Nice quick find once at GZ.
Thanks UltimateGeoCacheTeam for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

A lovely, sunny day for a scooter ride with spiffy-, to find more of the Woodlands series, chatting to numerous kangaroos along the way.
After finishing at woodlands, we stopped for a burger before heading here for a quick familiar find. Definitely no maintenance required here.

Heading over to do some dog sitting for my son and thought this was too close to pass up. Parked nearby and walked to GZ and t was only once I changed directions that I saw what I wanted.
Returned it to same spot but covered it a little more.

Prior to picking up my wifey from the airport I thought I'd get here early and do a few caches before hand. I mean why not. In the dark I stumbled around a bit hoping no locals would mug me. Quickly signed the log and headed off to the next find. TFTC.

Arrived in Melb today from Perth and just staying one night closeby before heading to Nagambie for the National Rowing Comp.
Had an awesome meal at Azooba and needed to walk it off. What better way than to grab a cache.

Back in Melbourne getting Loz established at LTU. Some time on my hands while waiting for my flight, time enough for a brisk walk and a quick find.. thanks..!K
Out with Bunadoorian to pick up some rapid antigen tests - ready for a trip North. While at lunch Bunadoorian said there's a cache around the corner- so off we went. What a great quiet park - I wouldn't have known there was a park here if not for geocaching. TFTC and for bringing us here UltimateGeoCacheTeam.
Grub62 and I were passing through and thought that we would drop in. A reasonable easy find after reading the hint. A replacement logbook was supplied. TFTC.
Found with dalerious whilst visiting family for Christmas, and traversing one end of Melbourne to the other, picking Jasmer and Challenge Cache qualifiers along the way. So many miles travelled and so many wonderful places seen . I was born in Melbourne many moons ago, but I have seen more of the city and surrounds just on this weekend . This little beauty fulfilled a challenge for me. Thank you UltimateGeocacheTeam for filling in the "U" I required. U Got The honours for making it happen .
Found and signed while on Christmas hol's with catnap777.
Our first Christmas together and we spent it chasing challenge caches and those needed to fulfill them. This was the last cache needed to fill cat's alphabet of CO's so thank "U" UltimateGeoCacheTeam.
We also had a somber event to attend later in the day as we finally got to farewell dear Aunty Maz among family and friends, but we had plenty of time in the morning to pick up a cache or two which would honour her globe trotting adventurous spirit. [^]

Yep needed a trad for my grid today and after a failed attempt at a nearby one while walking this became my next target. After a detour due to roadworks I made it to GZ and although I didn’t spot it on my first pass, I soon had the cache in hand and the log signed.
The log is full and requires replacement. I managed to get my name on it sideways.
Thanks UltimateGeoCacheTeam for the cache and for contributing to the game.

Over in Melbourne town for work and being out and about at various locations, I did a quick check of my map to see what’s nearby.
The cache was found after a brief hunt, signed and replaced as found.
Many thanks to UltimateGeoCacheTeam for placing and maintaining Going Global. We were here at 1:30 pm on Saturday and this is my find 9225.
