Poked around and under the rocks until a lady with a watering can turned up to water some flannel flowers that she had recently planted next to GZ.

Wanting a cache today to keep my streak alive I looked for something on the way to the Royal National Park where we were going to spend the day. I decided to try for a couple of caches in Kareela, a suburb I have not been to before.
I found Bumble Bee Park easily. It looks like a fun park for little kids and I liked gardens beyond the playground that were landscaped with native plants.
The cache was a quick find as it was exposed.
I signed the log and rehid the cache more thoroughly.
Looks like a nice area, thanks for placing this cache here which has shown me a new area.

Geo 3 yr old and I came to visit geohubster at work near by and grabbed a couple of geocaches on the way home. Geochild was very excited by the Bumble Bee and was also excited to get to explore the landscape and find a geocache. Quick find once we decided where to look. TFTC and for the chance for a play ground visit.
TFTC. Quick find as it was out in the open. Put it back where I thought it should be as per the clue. Cheers
Found it under a rock on 4/6/18 and we are daboyz but there was no pencil to write anything down
A nice littel playground which was deserted when we came. Found the cache and signed the log. We also cleared the cache area from rubbush as it didn't look nice.
Jeanovanwam I found your cache Bumble Bee Park on 21/1/18, 11:59 am. This is my find 1890 and find # 4 today. A quick find, no muggles in the park. Cache container was exposed, hidden it a bit better. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
Out with the grandkids picking up some caches. Few muggles but managed to get the cache.
Found a box here, found a lid there, nothing to sign, in need of repair.
Gathered them up, added a log, re-hid at GZ and your Uncle is Bob!

Whilst in the area I thought I'd grab a couple of easy ones to top off my afternoon. Park was nice and empty when I arrived, but the kids had just finished school and were coming into the park when I left. It was sad to find the container devoid of treasure and I had considered going back to the car to get something to add but because the muggle kids had invaded, I decided against it. Thanks Jeanovanwam.
The Cache is empty, but the park is really nice, I took my younger cousin and she loved it
This is a cool little park at night lit up by the streetlight. Noisy frog in the background somewhere. TFTC
Quick park and grab lots of goodies. Surprised this hasn’t been muggled by mischievous kids yet tbh. TFTC!!!
After a quick stop for lunch at the nearby shopping centre I made my way here.
The park was deserted and I soon spotted a cache in excellent condition with plenty of swag.
Well done kids, a lovely hide

#4268 (7 of 7 today)
In the city around lunch time today.
Went for one before getting there, and then headed south to the Shire for a few more later in the day.
Didn't find the one before, but got seven afterwards - and was muggled out of another.
And I was home just in time... to pick up Geoson #2 from the train station. Lucky me!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Final find of the day - and a nice easy one to end. Even spotted the bee!
Took well away to complete signing duties - which was a good thing as a few muggles came though the park on the way to the shops.
Grabbed the trackable and replaced. Then off to the shops myself.

TFTC,
Took some time out this afternoon to take in some fresh air.
Came here first but found families using the playground. Saw where we had to go but had no choice and walked away
Enjoyed a walk around the area to grab o couple of caches.
Visited some trackables and swapped one.

Came here earlier to nany muggles around. Out in the sunshine, looking for a couple of caches. Wazza9 soon found the container, signed log and replaced. Thanks to Jeanovanwam.
It was dark when we called in here on the way north after a family visit, so a small torch came in handy. I moved to GZ then realised I had to try a different approach. Not long after I spotted the cache in the torch light from some distance away then logged and left one of our new TBs. Thanks Jeanovanwam and family for a good hide in a nice park which would be even better in daylight.
So many surprising little parks around the shire.
This is another nice one.

We thought it was time for a cache this afternoon with this one newish and not too far away off we went.
I was using my phone today which I don't trust all the time so it got us there but it was geo instincts for the rest of the hunt.
Oh no! that's it over there I exclaimed. It was lying in the open but everything was intact. So we signed the log and I visited two TB's and dropped two TB's. I returned the cache to where it was pretty obvious it belonged and carefully hid it. TFTC jeanovanwam.

I had a great caching day yesterday with 22 finds in 3 hours. Today i had twice as much time but only half as many caches! One would think that with more experience I'd find more caches, but find the opposite true as there's less around I've yet to find. Today was about finding those odd caches that i missed on my other trips out this way.
Another quick find after waiting for some muggles to leave the park.
Thanks for the cache.

22/6/17. 11:02 AM. Cache #5132.
1st of 10 finds (& 1 DNF) - Kareela, Taren Point, Caringbah South, Port Hacking, Dolans Bay, Macquarie Park, Marsfield.
I started off today's caching in the Shire, specifically the northern areas where a few new ones have popped up in cleared suburbs. First one was "Rainbow", but a DNF there, so only a short drive more to this one.
At first the signal was taking me to the southern side, where there were plenty of rocks, but no cache. I did find a groovy painted rock (and later read that this is a new fad for kids - see [this article](http://www.smh.com.au/national/forget-the-fidget-spinner-move-aside-pokemon-go-and-get-ready-for--rocks-20170622-gww3xd.html )).
I decided to try the north side which seemed to have more options but wasn't where I had been led by my phone... except when I got here the signal decided to settle and tell me that this area was better anyway. And sure enough, made the find. SL and replaced, next off to "Taren point reserve". TFTC.

Find #41
Found this while out on a Southside cache run with the littlies. Cute little park with great equipment for the kids to play on. They had fun playing with the bumble bee! Then to the cache. I waited for the phone to settle enough to give me a rough point in the cache direction and it was a quick find. Geoboy was impressed with the swag and after a swap and sign of the log the cache was back in its hiddy hole, good timing as some muggles turned up not long after.
Thanks for the cache jeanovanwam and the third to find!

A quick find to fill in one of the many holes in my calendar. Nice little hide.

I was almost home from Leichhardt where I got FTF on a puzzle when the notification for this new cache less than 2km from home popped up. Were all the other Shire hounds around to grab it before me? Looks like no, as I arrived at GZ to find no one else around and after checking a couple of rocks, I unearthed the cache and found a clean log sheet!
So it's another [FTF] for the day @ 1700. Nice hide, nice container and a nice drawing inside. I didn't have any swaps but saw a neat painted rock sitting nearby, so dropped it inside. TFTC and I enjoy these hides by the CO around Kareela.
