Quick find after visiting my Dr nearby. TFTC RoddyC

New cache in place.

It was 39 degrees today so I was looking for some caches that didnt involve being out of the car too much. The Drenched in Sweat AdLab seemed like the perfect thing. As I was driving by this multi I realised it would probably be a quick find so I pulled over. It a whole 5 seconds to spot the shards of the outer container and the inner container lying out on the ground. The log was very damp but I still managed to write on it. I replaced the outer container and rehid the cache as per the hint. Thanks RoddyC for this nice quick find!

With a few hours to spare, today, I headed to the southside to find a few caches. This was the first cache of the day. A quick find was made. After adding my name to the log and returning everything as found, I continued on my way. TFTC

Over on the Southside for some more caching therapy and a visit to some friends; plus there is that excuse to continue my personal challenge. I saw there were two caches in this little area so I decided to go for a little walk. I was given a few hints by a previous finder, so off I went. I walked around a few times and then I saw my prize. Oh, wait there is another up the road, so off I went. Thanks for the fun here, I signed the log and replaced as found, then went back for a drink or two with friends. Thanks for the cache and the nice container, all good with this one.

Looking for something to fill in time whilst not studying, it was suggested that I finally get around to logging THOSE caches long found but never logged. Some even have funny stories of being visited not only once or twice, but a few even have had a third or fourth visit before realising I've been there and done that. Over the last couple of weeks I have been on a bit of a puzzle solving bender (all the wet weather keeping me indoors has certainly helped). Today I headed out in the bright sunshine in a valiant attempt to try and reduce my ever growing solved-but-not-found puzzle list, as well as picking up any other caches of interest along the way.

A little fortunate here to spot the cache in the very first spot I looked. TFTC

Out and about in the area doing some masked tent shopping and thought I would clear up a few caches while I was out here. As I approached GZ I realised I had been here before when the cache was missing. Today I was able to turn this smiley yellow. Neat little hide, TFTC RoddyC

After dropping off my dog clippers for repairs, I have decided to grab the few caches remaining in this area that we haven't found.

At GZ found the cache quickly. SL then returned as found. Since the CO placed this cache, there has been sails placed over the play equipment. Large enough park for a game of footy though.

An open park with some great trees.

I thought this place would not be deserted this afternoon but it was. This made for a quick grab and replace.

Going pass so I called back in and found it ..mist this cache some seven months back. Cache is in great condition

Last time I visited this park, there was major work going on with the fence... no worries today though, was able to make this quick find and retreat to the car in no time at all... tftc...

An aborted hot air balloon flight due to strong winds at Kooralbyn brought Tenkae and I here. We got invited to join the first wheelchair on board (which actually pushed through the day after.) So quickly activated Plan B. Can't cache all day as we have an early start tomorrow, so we decided to head home.  This cache was screaming, might as well pick it up. Another one won't hurt.

Was struggling for a while and was starting to think it had been mufgged again. But, no, it was just well hidden. Needed to use more than just my eyes. Keeps were no help. They were distracted by the bright shade sails.

On our way home we took a lengthy detour to this cache, which we'd arranged to replace for the CO. Coincidentally, the cache fills a gap in our "date hidden" calendar. We placed the cache in the spot indicated by the hint and covered it with a SPOS.

Came by here as I took the back streets towards home.
The cache was easily found, it might be too obvious, tucked it in as best I could.

Parked the car and started to walk into the Park but Muggles were playing there so I was going to have to give it a miss but I saw a suspicious container on the ground away from GZ so I picked it up and found it was the cache, I put it back as best I could without causing any suspicion but not in the right place I think as I had to stay out of sight. Signed the log and replaced cache as best I could. TFTC

To complete our 4th DT loop, a trip south was in order, so a morning of caching around the Browns Plains area was included. Quick park n grab here.

I had dropped the missus off at Spotlight and decided to have a second attempt at finding this cache.

There was no rain around like there was last time and I soon spotted the cache.

It was quick enough that I decided that I had time for another find before I had to pick the missus up again.

Felt like looking for a few caches, so put my geodog Scruffy in the car and headed to the Brown's Plains area for the day.

What a hot day its going to be! Out to do a couple of caches and get back to the comfort of the AC at home. Interesting spot GZ - had a look here, and a look there, but eventually spotted something and that was the cache. TFTC Mr and Mrs Roddy C

Found it .. it was open so I put cover it ... finally beautiful day now ... doing today near my home so 3 more to go TFTC

I thought I might have to miss this one today. A dad and kids in the play area. Luckily GZ is a good distance from it, and dad was too busy keeping his kids amused to even notice me.

The bike is always a useful distraction when hunting. You can stop and nobody really pays you any attention if you fiddle with it, or take something out of your pack.

A lucky find here being in just the right spot to start with. [^]

Found @ 7:27am on another morning walk while holidaying with friends

A nice quick one to start, perhaps the cache wasn't "hidden" where it was meant to be? The playground does have shade sails now.

It had started to rain just as we arrived so I checked the radar and could hardly see the patch of rain on the screen so I knew it wouldn't be raining for long but it was bucketing down so I sat in the car for 5 minutes until it was light enough to head to GZ.

I started searching but couldn't see the cache so I widened the search a bit until I noticed a poor fledgling which was trying to keep hidden and dry under the nearby plants so I gave up the search so that I didn't disturb the poor thing.

Very exposed. Parking available on school side of park. Don't do at school finishing time. Nice one.

We were sitting down at home & about to log tonight's two FTF's when a quick look at the Geocaching map revealed a 3rd new cache!

Back in the car, another cache in a location very familiar to Immyky!
Minutes later we were on the scene for another quick find & our third clean log for tonight.
