Looked around for about 20 minutes and found nothing. There was one spot that would have been a perfect hiding spot, but it just wasn't there either.
Hopefully it's not lost, but since it hasn't been found in about 11months, maybe someone should check to see if it is still intact.
But then again, I've been having a terrible run of luck as late, so anything is possible.

After finding Itchy Palms we felt confident about this one but it was not to be.
The area was crawling with muggles but eventually they cleared off and we started searching around. The GPS was all over the place so we used the map image from the website as the general search area. A few empty kinder surprise "eggshells" on the ground got the boys excited but apart from that and a dead bird (!) we came up with bupkis. I'm really starting to wonder about my powers of observation.
Oh well, maybe third time we'll be lucky...

I took 4yo son with me and after searching for 10 mins had to give up and take 4yo to the toilet! I think a GPS might help as I am pretty much guessing the general location - near the waterfall - or maybe I'm just crap at finding them!
Yes a GPS will work a little better than a 4Yo child, although sometimes they will look in places you may not even think of... but a gps will at least get you to ground zero.
better luck next time.
better luck next time.
Had a shock the first time here 9:30pm 15-1-04 when I stumbled into the creek and almost stepped on some sort of eel. Needless to say I left in a hurry without the treasure.
Came in the wrong way 2nd time round but found it quite easily in the near dark of twilight.
Very peacful here at night.

Not such an easy cache to find, since my GPS decided to to go haywire under the trees.
It didn't help that I took a non-obvious route to get to GZ.
A nice time was had by all, and we enjoyed the waterfall.

AN easy find at Midnight, Left a birthday message for MikiGecko who turns 7 today.
Took Nothing left my mark, and left a 5th element TB Earth

Nice easy find as a diversion to our mission to get the 5th Element. Had no kinda things so swapped a floating Keyring for a Tigger Punch.
Thanks Monkeys

Didn't have to turn on the GPS for this one. Took all of two minutes to find. After filling in the log and swapping a bird for a frog, I covered GZ with a few leaves to make the hiding spot a bit less obvious. Even though it rained last night the waterfall was barely on show, a shame because it is in a great spot.
Thanks Geomonkeys for another great hide.

Nice little walk to the cache. There were a lot of lizards guarding the area. We could imagine how nice the waterfall would be with a bit of water running through it.
Swapped a Tigger paper embosser for a dinosaur egg.
Thanks,
The Oompas

Found the cache after some guesswork. Dropped off two Kinda's and picked up two. Had a 'Geocaching green' friend along. Gotta keep introducing them to Geocaching
I'm guessing the cache is so easy to find that the clue decrypts to.. well.. just hit Decrypt and you will understand :-/

Darn, Red Dwarf beat me to it. I had a similar photo and Microsoft joke lined up.
Nice location, nice cache (left a frog), shame about the neighbours ...
Coming out of the track from kinda eggschange to the car, I saw a woman hosing her lawn and trees. I figured it was a pretty irresponsible thing to do, so I remembered the address and took a quick photo, in case I decided to report it to Sydney Water. She asked why I took the photo, and I told her Sydney Water might be interested in it, and she started ranting on about harrassment and that there's a fire nearby (I didn't see any) and that the water restrictions are voluntary (they aren't, but there are no penalties at the moment).
I tried to say ok, fine whatever, and leave it at that, but she kept on ranting on. I got in the car and was putting my camera away, and she came across with a notepad, taking down my plates and threatening to call the police and get an AVO (I never went anywhere near her or her property, or made any threat to do so). For someone who thinks she is rightfully watering her lawn, she sure seemed keen to attack me. Understandable, in a way, I guess, but if she'd let me get a word in edgeways she'd probably be feeling more at ease right now.
Then she kept telling me to get lost and I was trying to calmly explain about the water restrictions and how watering the trees this far from the fires wouldn't do much good for anyone. So I gave up and left. So much for being a good citizen.
I was going to try purple place and one in 100, bit Alex wasn't well, and I was feeling kinda anxious about this woman almost jumping down my throat, so we went home.
Anyway, thanks for the cache, Geomonkeys.
Sorry for using your cache page as a dumping ground for my side of the story.

Found by Mary & David at 1310. A nice easy walk to GZ, but then the mozzies descended. Some wriggling and slithering in the bush nearby too. Took unassembled toy still in its egg, left a barking dog toy. Coords eggsactly right. Thanks to GeoMonkeys.

Our first find of the day. Took about 20 mins searching everywhere around the waterfall except where we should have. Lizzy Mac eventually made the find just as we were about to give up. Took one of the Yowie toys and left an Oak keyring with dinosaurs inside. (it kinda fits the theme?!) Thanks Geomonkeys for another great cache!
It did! It did! It did make a difference!
Found it, took a Santa (purdy snowflakes (or are they albino mozzies?)) and left a green python. Not a real one, just a Yowie one.
Our first solo find! I already see a pattern emerging; the bearded one buys the stuff, does the computer bits, then the prettier one actually finds the caches...

OK, a GPS really does make a difference!
We knew this was near a waterfall, and we found that on the map, but there's a lot of ground near a point when you don't have a nice LCD arrow pointing to the likely spots...
We'll be back after parting with some dollars for a GPS!

We did this one at 9:00pm. It was a cinch to walk to the cache torches blazing.
A nice easy night time cache.
A nice easy night time cache.
Rex had to do this one solo after Nick abandoned me to go play cricket.
After waiting for some small children who were playing at being knights to clear GZ I moved in, nice easy find.
Great idea for cache in a great spot.

My 2nd cache for the morning and a nice easy one. but I think I'll have to curtail my caching expeditions in summer - too many snakes. 2 snakes seen as I walked in from the car.
Thanks Monkeys.

Is this a waterfall, or did someone literally try to log this cache! The waterfall was full of logs! Whatever, this was a lovely location, an easy find, and the cache was in good nick. Our 3rd find for the day and it’s only 10:10am, at this rate we’ll find our quota by lunch time… Swapped a boggy monster for a dinosaur.
Found this one in no time and then had time for a walk around. Cahce is (from memory)3/4 full. nothing eggchanged this time.
After rescuing Sarah Connor, who was hiding nearby, I decided to try this one again... This time, my GPSr was very decisive and firm and I found it within a couple of minutes... I was about 1 metre away from it when searching last time...
It was a lot easier to concentrate without the distraction of looking after mini-Leek... Took nothing / left nothing because I didn't have anything suitable with me...
Some bush-clearing work has just started and they are currently about 10m away from the cache, so I'm not sure how long it will last...

Nice easy find for this one. Did anyone notice the way the water actually starts at the top of the falls? Issues from a natural bridge! Left a yowie, took nothing...cache container still has lotsa room.
What better way to spend your sunday then trudging through the rain to find a cache. Found it without too much trouble. Thanks GeoMonkeys.
Sorry you missed this one too Leek, and Leek Junior ( or is that BIG leek , and Little Leek he he)
Ive placed a hint image on this page. It might help you.
Also, can anyone who found the cache, give me an update on how the containers holding out. I think I might have to upgrade the container. maybe even enlarge it to hold more eggs!.
thanks,
Pesky Prime.

Ahoy GeoMonkeys!!
With a day as nice today, the pirates abandoned their lulling beast and headed inland. First a stop over for a Kinda surprise then off to the choco cave. A refreshing stop in the suburbs and a quick find. We lobbed the surprise into the 3/4 filled bucket and looted a kinda aeroplane.
I am surprised locals haven't found this one. It sure to be a popular spot. Perhaps the dogs hurry them on.

Spent a bit of time wandering around - our daughter kept her unbroken record in tact and found it ... again
Our second for the afternoon. A nice area and a pretty little waterfall. One of our eggs hatched after the protective chocolate was removed so we swapped a newborn and an egg for two eggs.
Decided to try something easier today after my failure with Sarah Connor...
However I still didn't find the cache and had to abandon the search due to the fact that mini-Leek had walked through the creek and then spent the next 20 minutes moaning that her shoes were wet!!!
I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that caching with a 3 year old is not ideal...
Nice location though and we enjoyed our chocolate... Guess we'll save the contents for another day.

Braved the loud braking of the neighbouring dog to find this one. Had no kinda things, so swapped nothing. An interesting waterfall in the middle of sububria.
A cache that requires the consumption of chocolate - as if we needed an excuse!! After munching on a couple of Yowie's, we went looking for the stash. Night was upon us, but we found by torch-light. Turns out we missed the tree-huggers by only 15 minutes!!!
We added our Dinosaur and Banksia to the collection.
Gratitude to GeoMonkeys

Great cache Monkeys!
Very nice little area, and would be an easy find for any kiddies.
We found the !!Snifter!! tree, but alas we forgot to pack the camera on this trip.
Didn't swap anything, just logged this one.
Daddy says these toys are a choking hazard (whatever that is) but I think they are cute.
He also said I'm too young for kinda (whatever that is) but I think he's wrong 'cos I can turn on his computer and log onto the internet! BTW Tigger who's Bouncing Around Australia is enjoying the night at our place. Wow my first sleep-over. Cya from The Loonette.

I sweem and I sweem and my leetle doggy is getting very wet. Chili is not too far from my home. Why do you do this to me senor.
YOWIE found all the little treasures and had fun eating the chocolate before we put them into the cache. Took a dog and left 3 done ones and 2 new ones. What a pretty place and so close to home. Just a note to EcoTeam...you better get down there before they cut all the trees down. Photos to follow.
