Out in town for the next couple of weeks and had a free evening for a hunt! I pulled up right next to GZ and surveyed the area before having a decent look. A quick find and I replaced it just in time for a car to swing past me. A favourite for creativity, TFTC!
What a pearler! Found it after using our vehicle to hide us from muggle scrutiny! Fav from us!TFTC WheatbeltScience
Blo.y amazing. Have a fav point for that one. Thanks. Last one was DNF so we feel better now.
Now that's a good use for solar panels. Must generate a fair amount. After a bit of looking i decided to give kne spot a look and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for placing
Out and about in Northam after balloon flight cancelled so let's go caching..quick find by Geoc.Great cache idea..cache and log in excellent condition tftc
Very nice hide, very nice! A day out for some solid caching, trails running from Goomaling to Northam and return, with some Northam caching as well. Signing as SAA, for sacada, albida, Aquilus1. Caches found with good coords and in good order. Great day out, thanks for the cache!
A caching trip from Canberra, ACT to Cape York, Qld and then around the gulf to East Arnhem Land, NT then over the top of WA and down to Perth.Interesting detours to Thursday Island, Mabuiag Island, Mornington Island, Doomadgee, Hells Gate, Nhulunbuy, Wadeye, Litchfield National Park, Wyndham, the Gibb River Road, Monkey Mia, Meekatharra, Wiluna, Laverton, Warburton, Kargoorlie, Westonia & Goomalling.TFTC. Signed as SAA for sacada, albida & Aquilus1. A great day grabbing a power trail and lots around the Northam area.Nice quick find here. Awesome container.
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 70 - Goomalling Day. The day was a little overcast, but it has been a very cold night. Not freezing, but cold enough. I was joined by Sacada and Aqulus1 today as we did a trail south to Northam. We did some Labs in Northam and a few caches which were along the way or near th labs. Lunch was at one of the Northam bakeries before getting back in the car to head back to Goomalling via the second half of the cache trail. A great day with friends normally on the other side of the country. The evening turned wet and I stayed inside to cook dinner. This was out last stop on our walking tour of town, and the object just called out to be tested and there was the cache. A very impressive hide. Thanks for the cache WheatbeltScience48286.38 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & First Geocoin in Orbit Gold A#106**Albida**
Thank you for the cache and pointing out the ingeneous solar structure that serves double duty.
Found with Crafty Dusty and the geopooches on our road trip from Sydney around Oz. This was really neat! Hopefully Ill see more of them over the coming years. Thanks for showing me this
After many gruelling battles which had not given our hero much time to hunt treasure in many months, Achilles finally had a chance to get away from Troy and into the countryside to spend some time adventuring. The most difficult part of this challenge was waiting for scheming Trojans patrolling the area to vacate so Achilles could extract the treasure chest and make his mark on the scroll.
We both agreed that this was one of the most amazing things we have seen. It didnt even dawn on us that the entire car park was one big solar array until we read the cache description. I could have parked under one and not even twigged to the idea of what was above us.On top of that the cache as an absolute cracker. Adding another favourite point to the pile as its the best hide we have found on our holiday to Swan Valley. tftc
What a beauty. Found myself staring at it thinking..surely not.had actually had a feel around at one point too. FP For this one for sure. TFTC WheatbeltScience
With no finds for quite some time we wondered if this one was still there. But it turned out to be a walk-up find - nice hide (and TFTC).
Found it TFTC Found in good condition. Looks like it belongs there. Replaced exactly
Very cool hide. We are touring Northam today collecting a few smilies we missed when weeere here last week. Tftc

Found this one ages ago back in 2019 but found that while we were visiting today for the Magic Maker event that we hadn’t logged it. TFTC ??
We wanted one more before attending the event nearby. Once at gz a brief search turned up the prize. We added our names to your log and returned the cache back as we found it. Love this one, great camo. Favourite point coming up when I get a fresh batch delivered. TFTC WheatbeltScience.
On our way to the event we parked and made our way to gz. What an awesome cache! It was overlooked at first but gave itself up while exploring about. Complete surprise followed. A definite favourite for cleverness here. Cheers for this good one WheatbeltScience!
This is a cache that definitely deserves a favourite point. I almost fell over as I didn't expect the cache to be the cache.
The last time that happened was a Roy Merc cache in Albany.
Thanks for the joy of finding a great cache.
We were here on a very quiet day so no trouble with being seen by non geo types.

After attending Geotrakka’s event this morning it was time for a few caches and AdLabs before heading home. This was a definite favourite of the day. Great construction and blends in very well. Have a favourite point and thanks for the cache
Overnighting in Northam ahead of the Maker event tomorrow. Had a plan to make a dent in the GG series today, plus pick up a few extras that I passed on the way This was one that I stopped off at while pottering around after checking in to my accommodation. Something quickly caught my eye here and a little nudge proved me right Awesome camo construction - have a fave point. No problems here today - TFTC
Found while staying a few days in Northam. Enjoying the caches on a overcast day. Worth a favorite point

Love the hide! Had to play avoid the muggles. Here's to hoping I was stealthy enough!
Full time nomads stopping in Toodyay for a while.
Headed in to Northam today to do some shopping and stocking up. Managed to grab a few caches along the way. A great variety today. Headed back to Toodyay in the drizzle, a bit of a change from the last few days of 37degrees.

Haha very good. My maps were about 6 meters out but eventually figured this out.
This geo has always eluded us. Came back with my nephew & finally found it after returning to Northam after a few years. Very clever hide. TFTC
Finding a few caches while visiting from New Zealand. Thanks to the COs for the hides.
A well executed urban camo hide, made me look a couple of times to make sure!

Got the chance to go back and have another look, found it but pen wasn’t working.
We were spending a couple of days in Northam as Muggle Husband was feeling a bit under the weather. While he rested, I indulged my hobbies, shopping and geocaching. This is a very clever cache. Fortunately I got lucky and found it quickly, but it could have taken me much longer. Brilliant engineering and camo in play here.
Took my girlfriend 3 goes to find this but I had to show her it was not so hard after about 15seconds of looking
Day 1 of WAGB22 week, the plan was to go to Northam and do a few along the way including KEP Series near Clackline and the walk up the hills in Bobakine Nature Reserve. Did some GG Series but had to miss a few and some missing in the roadworks sections.
66 Finds and 4 DNF, and 1 not willing to swim in the Avon.
Thanks to all the CO’s for their hides and maintaining the series.

Very quick find on a very short visit to Northam for work. Impressive bunch of solar panels! Thanks for the cache.
Finally in the Friday evening I made a find! I have had my hands in the cache earlier but today I accidentally moved and made a find, tftc!
Find 2 of 23 l with 1 DNF on a driving day from Perth to Kulin, with some unfound LGAs being the main objective.
Nice hide, super solid piece of work.

Very sneaky but a quick find no pen to sign but can prove via messages if needed tftc!!!
After Mr dimor grabbed a few hours sleep after finishing work at 8.00am we headed off for a few days away with plans to stay in Northam for two nights and then Bruce Rock for another two.
After checking into our accommodation we headed into town to grab Subway and a couple of caches.
This one was a nice quick find, while Mr dimor went to check elsewhere I knocked this with my foot and it moved, bingo got it on first thing I looked at.
Signed log and took the time to place back neatly.

TFTC WheatbeltScience. Terrific construction. A fav. Jimmytherat with Noelle04
Thanks WheatbeltScience. Our last day in WA, so decided on a road trip for the day from Fremantle where we are visiting family. Flying home to Victoria tomorrow. This gets a favourite for the well constructed camo.
Stopped by as my last cache in Northam before leaving town Perth bound again. Was a quick find, but a very well crafted cache. For that in awarding a favourite point. Cheers WheatbeltScience!
With only two weeks until I relocate to the east coast for work, it was time to get out and see some of WA. I borrowed a car for the weekend and planned a micro-adventure. Mundaring, York, Northam, and overnight in Toodyay. Tomorrow I'll visit New Norcia before heading back to Rockingham.
This was a great little cache, but I was most pleased to be shown the solar array on the carpark roof!
Thank you for the cache that brought me here

Great initiative with the arrays. Hopefully more councils follow suit. As with all WST caches, great cache! No tupperwares in the bush for you guys. TFTC.
Neat cache here and a fave point from us!
We had a trip planned for this neck of the woods in March but the ‘Rona virus put a halt to that and we have only just got around to booking some free time to get away from home. This cache was one we targeted for our two day mini-adventure, cheers and TFTC.
G’day there WheatbeltScience, I was in this area today and found your cache WST - Solar Array GC78XM6. I added my name to the log book at 7:02 am on 8 October 2020. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

WOW so excited that we found this one. Brilliant that something doesn't look like the others.
That was good! Thanks for the cache! Had to walk around while waiting for this car to leave.
Thanks to candybubbles96 and her clumsy feet, myself and Whitburn2321 were able to find this amazing hide
