Had a look for this one yesterday as well as this morning for about 1/2 hour. But no luck. With a 1.5 difficulty, we think this could do with a check by the CO.

Hello TheGeocachingTrio thank you for the cache.

As it was Australia Day I just had to go and find a cache Wink

I got up early and went for a walk to find a Trig point before it got too hot. After that I came down to Huonville to get some more caches that I hadn't already found this one of yours was on the list.
I parked the car in a nearby street and found a track that took me to the lovely path as I walked along watching the numbers on the GPS count down I spotted a couple of muggles approaching towards me as I was nearly at GZ I sat on a seat and waited for them to walk past.
I was extremely surprised on how quickly and easily I found your cache.

Hi there TheGeocachingTrio.

We found your cache **"Skinners Creek Walking Track"** at 9:47:00 L today. (This makes our grand total 18743).

Today we headed down to Huonville and then back to camp via Cygnet, Kettering and Snug. - Ian's parents used to live in Snug, but we have never been able to recognise the house no matter how many times we drive past. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip & ended up finding a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route.

Our cache count was 10 caches today, with 2 DNF's. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** Just another mint tin cache.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.

Thanks for the hunt today,

Regards

Ian & Penny.

We completed our GC calendar some time ago. As an extra challenge we set o goal of at least 5 caches each calendar day. With that achieved we raised the target to 7 and the bar is now set at 10. Today we needed to find two caches to achieve our goal for today.

We cached after tea and cam back into Huonville after 7pm to look for a number of caches. This was one of them. It took us a few minutes to find the best way to access the area. After parking then car within about 160m, we set off on the walking track and soon came to GZ. We had to wait for a muggle to move on. Once the way was clear, the hint and reasonably accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks The GeocachingTrio for the hide.

Found quickly after our group of 10 enjoyed some fun on the Huon Jet Boats. Massive bee seemed to be stalking us so we didn’t hang around longer than required to sign and carefully fold the log back up. TFTC!

A mornings caching saw stainless-steel-rat and I covering Kington, Snug, Kettering, Cygnet and Wattle Grove, this was our last planned cache before a late lunch in town.
With some expert navigation to thank, we parked as close as we could and ducked down a little sidetrack to the creek pathway, We were enjoying the walk with no rain and caught sight of some ducks on the way Smile . But when they caught sight of us they flew away. As I like ducks I was a little disappointed but we had a more important task to focus on so focus we did. We arrived at GZ and immediately had the cache out and signed. We put it back and set out sights on lunch, all be it a late one. Thanks TheGeocachingTrio for bringing us to this area and for the cache

The last cache of the day for myself and Goose of GooseandEgg, we had a grabbed a few down this way and now was time to grab this cache as we heading into Huonville.

We parked on one of the side streets and made the short walk to GZ and then it was the simple matter of finding the cache which we had no problems with and we were soon adding our names to the logbook.

It's a nice little area her and I'm sure I have been here before, cant remember when but i'm sure it was while I was caching lol

Thanks for the cache.

Today was the first time that we have walked on this track and it was a very pleasant experience. We encountered 4 muggles and 1 pooch on the track but your clever placement let us find the cache and sign the log without exhibiting any sort of suspicious behaviour.

Congratulations on your first hide. We hope there will be more to come. Thanks very much to TheGeocachingTrio, especially the youngest.
