Early start to the day to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympics. Now having a quiet morning collecting a few local caches. Nice little park with nice easy parking. Perfect! Tftc
What a great effort for a first cache. Nicely hidden and recycling gear and it seems to have stood the test of time. TFTC.
This is the first time we have come here to find this cache. bunadoorian found this first. Thank you for the hide - congratulations on your first hide - TFTC MandyLou25
Nice easy find. Left a shell in the container and placed it back where we found it!
I just left wrong msge. It is a dnf. Not sure if mia, we searched all around. Zilch..
TFTC!
Good spot.. obvious but not
If next cache-hunter could bring a couple of napkins or tissues to dry out the container that would be great !

Nice easy find on our bike ride from Palm Cove to Earl’s Hill for a hike and back. Container had some water in it. Log is a little damp but okay. Happy Twos-day. 22/2/22. TFTC
Quick spot on approach, largely because the cache was opened and laying about along with some rubbish. Container was filled with water and had a lovely piece of glass in it - might just blame this one another jealous lion and not some stupid muggle. Anyway cache log was dry and only took a sec to clean and properly hide. Now both cache and den is looking good enough for a mighty lion. Overall, nice little spot, Tftc!
Back home in Cairns for a little while, thought we had better get a few, 3 September 2021 3:48 pm Tyfc MandyLou25 total caches now 2282 thanks enjoyed your caches be back in 12 months.
A straight forward find for our last one of the day. We’ve had a great time driving around this area, our niece calls it paradise and we’re not about to argue with her!
We’re currently staying at Kewarra in our caravan with our niece and her family having escaped the winter and Covid lockdowns back home in Victoria. Decided that today we would drive up to Port Douglas and check out all the lovely little spots we have just driven by on our previous visits. A lovely bonus to find quite a few caches as we travelled. Thanks to all the local CO’s for placing and maintaining them.

What"s that crawling over my feet.looks like overly friendly ants. Apart from those the cache was an easy find ... just ss i like them. Thanks for the cache. KillBillAgain
I went on a week long trip to Cairns to escape the Canberra region and do a little diving and some exploration with caching to keep me busy. The warm weather was refreshing after the Canberra winter. As usual after flying up there was lots of walking but it was great to be out. Day 4. After a few days Diving I had two days to spend before my next trip. I hired a car and went on a bit of a trip after some early caching around Cairns and the Northern beaches. First stop was Kuranda, then Mareeba, Mt Molloy and down to Pt Douglas for dinner.
Ants everywhere, but if you do not stand still, it will be fine. I had to scrape myself down before getting back in the car.
Thanks for the cache MandyLou25

Took kids to geocache after not doing since earlier this year. Kids fighting over the car. Left some coins to next geo kid to find
Found! On my way to port Douglas chasing caches today. First find of the day, left a travel bug. TFTC!
First time finding geocache so weren’t really sure what to do but had a lot of fun
Container might need replacing as logbook was wet and barely managed to sign. Still a good DIDO. Tftc
We visited Trinity Beach for a delicious dinner and a short walk at the beach. On our way back to Cairns we have choosen this cache for a quick Drive-In.
Regards from Switzerland.

Today we found Lions Den on our travels. We are visiting from Melbourne. Having spent a lovely week at Palm Cove we are sadly on our way home. This one was signed on the way.
Thanks MandyLou25 for being part of our geocaching fun.

Found this one with Team Bombas. A nice little park in such a busy little area. A rainforest environment so close to the main highway. THank you for bringing us to a lovely area. TFTC.
On a lazy tour of the northern 'burbs this morning,
I stopped by this park that roared
Very muggle free !!
Maybe the Lions ate 'em all ?? [:o)]
So the cache was a quick find for me
I do like it when I'm the one saying that
I dropped in the "Under par" TB
