Located in Tulsa,OK. I had to ask my coworkers where to find some topiary. One of them knew exactly where I should go! I think this is supposed to be an ostrich. TFTC
While out for a day of geocaching, I found these topiary goats. They have been "dressed" for Christmas, but they grow here permanently. They are located in Pittsboro, NC in Chatham County. TFTC
This is mass of pom poms in the next valley over from us in Marin County, CA. It has to take a while to keep this one in shape.
This collection of topiary sculptures found in the front yard of a home in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Many cool Topiaries at this location, The Green Animals in Portsmouth RI. The one I liked best is the elephant, just love the animals, and here is one living right in my home town! Another picture included for GPS proof
Tree shaped into a spiral, located in the gardens of The Minnetrista Cultural Center in Muncie, Indiana. There are actually several of these trees in the gardens.
In Tucson, AZ on Swan, South of Grant. There are a series of offices, a couple of which are occupied by Dentists. Lots of other topiary around the building. I spotted these a couple of months ago, but just got around to photographing them.
It is with heavy heart that I claim this cache. This topiery is shaped in the form of a dinosaur and is located on the front lawn of Petners funeral home located in philadelphia pennsylvania at Levick and Frankford avenues. I was at a viwing of a childhood friend who passed away last week. As I was talking to old friends I noticed this bush. I came back today to claim it. Rest in Peace Dan.
Cute topiary of a family and dog. Had to get this one in before reverse caches disappear!
Location: Gerechtigkeitsgasse, Bern, canton of Bern, Switzerland.
We found these two little bears during a caching tour in the city centre of Bern, the administrative capital ("Bundesstadt") of Switzerland.

This is a garden in an apartment complex in Ft Wayne, IN USA. Unfortunately it was 8 degrees outside and the gate was frozen shut so I couldn't get in to get some really good pictures. The dinosaur didn't turn out as well as some of the abstracts.
Located on the outside of LaPorte IN USA
On highway 4.
Unfortunately somewhat snow covered.
This is a squirrel with a nut.
The nut has the snow on it.
If I owned it I would have cleaned him up.

This lovely garden is filled with many more topiaries. It is located across the street from Tacoma General Hospital, and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. What a nice place to visit if you are at a hospital!
This topiary, a living billboard for a Ice Cream shop/restaurant chain headquartered in Wilbraham Ma, can be seen only from the Massachusetts Turnpike. More information can be found at http://www.friendlys.com/ including their logo, which the topiary is a copy of. It has been there as long as I can remember, maybe stretching back into the 60's. It is even viewable from space - checkout picture below from maps.google.com. I always have enjoyed watching for it on the pike since I was a kid, especially covered in snow. Therefore, the picture was taken the day after a foot or so of snow fell here in Western Mass. From time to time, you will see kids sliding down the left or right side.... Not today however....
This topiary was found in a garden in the small village of Hewelkroon, Western Cape,South Africa. The residents told us it represents hanging baskets. The pics show the topiary and GPS.
Found this house in Ames Iowa that I have admired for years. I wish I could have gotten a pic before the snow fell. It gives an interesting spin on the topiarys, tho. This yard is always in tip top shape. I don't think I have ever seen a piece out of place. Pyramids, spheres, squares and rectangles surround the yard. I really love this yard.
His is a small very well maintained garden in Muenster / Germany with som enice ormanmental trees.

Found this topiary alligator at the Disney Resort, Vero Beach Florida. Very nice, since I am a Florida Gator.
'Topiary Utopia'! Disneyland, Anaheim, California
Visiting Disneyland where the ‘Topiaries’ run free! Finding one is easy…finding one that hasn’t already been logged, not so easy!
I found this Mickey outside of the North Tower of the Disneyland Hotel. He is surrounded by Christmas Poinsettias.
Checked with Locationless Proximity Analyzer. There does appear to be a log from April 1, 2005 of a similar topiary near the South Tower, but is not this location.

5:08 p.m. - A couple of days ago Rymer wrote "This Topiary Panda sits outside the new Panda Express Restaraunt in Davis, CA. Neaby are two topiary baby pandas." As he logged the adult panda topiary. Our topiary is one of those two nearby baby pandas. This building has had topiaries out front for many years and as the franchise changeds so have the topiaries. This is a recent change to pandas so these are a work in progress. I'm sure they will improve and look more like pandas in the future. If they do improve before the demise of locationless caches I will post an updated picture.
Thanks to Rymer for the heads up about this topiary and thanks for the cache.

We found these smiley face and flamingo(?) topiaries outside a Benihana in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, FL. Very cute. TFTC!
This guy is at the corner of Helios and David Streets in Englewood East, FL. A few weeks ago, the owner decided to put in the eyeballs and spray paint parts of the shrubery to make the colors more uniform and distinct (I guess) but I think it looked better as basic topiary.
However, it is still a great "Eye Catcher".
Thanks for the cache,
Tom and Chickie

I wish we could have found a beautiful topiary. No, we could only find ordinary ones, or this one. In my opinion, the worlds ugliest topiary.
It looks like a wall, I think. Maybe not so "special".

So far, this is the most unusual location I have ever spotted for a topiary tribute. Thanks for maintaining this locationless cache for the past three years!
The Corsham Court Yews, well over 100 years old and still lovingly pruned annually to give them the eerie look alongside what used to be an entrance way to the Historical building. They look like something out of Lord of the Rings from New Zealand, instead of in the grounds of a stately home in Wiltshire, UK. There are both male and female trees, the male has the red berries. They are most impressive and trinmming them is a Health & Safety nightmare these days due to access and height.
Spotted a nice round 'bush' in Delft, the Netherlands. We call it a 'conifeer' and you usually don't see them in this shape.
It is a mascot of Japanese Tivoli Park.
A Tivoki Park is a park cooperating with Tivoli Park of Denmark.

This is the other seahorse topiary in front of the former Ocean's Journey, now the Downtown Aqaurium in Denver, CO.
This is at a funeral home located in my hometown of Oregon City, Oregon. It has been there at least 30 years.
This topiary is situated just outside a jewlery store in a plaza in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
#114. Found this small garden on Rt. 31 in Hampton, NJ. There is a nice pizza resturant here as well.
Another dolphin topiary. This is located in front of the famous Pier 39 on the embarcadero in San Francisco, CA.
WooHOO - finally found one of these I liked, and ISN'T logged! This cute alligator is in the Broadway Plaza shopping center in Walnut Creek, CA. Rexy and I stumbled upon it after lunch, and dashed back to the car for GPSr and camera. Photos to follow promptly. YAY!!
Did this one at the same time as doing the sundial one, found at Lilleshall.

Found these two in the garden at Bally's Casino on the Las Vegas strip. We'll claim the dinosaur on my wife's left, and there is one on the right. There are TONS of them in the garden! TFTC.
BeerSnob and I found this topiary of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Disney-MGM Studios in Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida. We had a great time at the park and there were so many awesome topiarys of Disney characters all over the park. Pretty amazing!!
I'm not sure exactly what this is supposed to be but it's obviously not a just a hedge. Maybe it's some kind of fantasy animal. It's located on the N sidewalk on Ventura Blvd, just W of Burbank Blvd in Tarzana, California.
This photos were taken at Donaupark in the 22nd district of Vienna. As a bonus, I found a Web cam which shows the landscaping from above. Every year the arrangement of flowers, trees and bushes are different.
My brother is a gardener and he loves his job. I guess that is a reason why landscaping and tree cuts are appealing to me.

QUEENS DRIVE, CHESTER, UK.
All the way to Chester (on a shopping trip) we were looking in gardens, but without any success. Then having parked in Queens Drive and got out of the car, one was right in front of us. We turned around and there was another! Two for the price of one from the same place

I drive by this place every day on my way to and from work. I think this is supposed to be a beaver. It is in Westland MI.
This is The garden of Chateau Lednice. The Area of Chateaus Lednice and Valtice is one of the most precious pearls in historical and cultural treasure of Czech Republic. Since 1992 it has been listed in the UNESCO World Heritage.
These neatly trimmed shrubs beside RT-16 in North Conway, New Hampshire, spell out "Merrill". Someone has put a lot of work into keeping this maintained but I don't know who "Merrill" is.
Found Gilbert the Dragon in central Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK. Unfortunately, my GPSr could not get a fix due to tall buildings, so the co ordinates given are those of Salisbury Cathedral Revisited Virtual Cache which is some 400m away from where I saw Gilbert.
Gilbert apparently moves around the city centre during the summer.
See more about Gilbert at http://www.bbc.co.uk/wiltshire/features/dragon.shtml
