777Tiger invited me to go up into the air on a plane today, so we went around for a buzz. Afterwards, we grabbed lunch at a burger joint down near the station. We had a spare bit of time to kill, so we grabbed a couple of caches around the local area afterwards.

Eventually found this were 777Tiger's GPS was indicating. Cheers Barnzy12!

Out with Lachlan1.77 today buzzing around in a plane at Jandakot. Afterwards we had a bit of free time so came out this way to grab some caches. Nice hide, TFTC!

As the year draws to a close, I thought I would take the nothing to do day and grab some caches. I could achieve the new Souvenir and increase the finds for my best yet year of this pasttime.

Thanks Barnzy12 for bringing me to this location. I found the cache at 10:10:00. This was my Find 12 for today out of a Total number of 37 Finds and 1 DNF for for this Caching Outing. The cache was found in Good Condition and I returned the cache as I found it.

This find brings my total number of Finds to 4433.

Clever hide TFTC

Hi there Barnzy12. Oops! I nearly didn't notice the current GC Challenge for December. We came out today just to see if we could amass enough points for the current challenge and pick up the Souvenir. The container and log are in good condition - SL. Thanks to Barnzy12 for this cache - our find #6092.

I was in the area today, and with some free time up my sleeve, I decided that I would have an attempt at finding this cache. It was second time lucky with this one, after I trusted the coords and re-read the description many times, until I finally noticed something that lead me to the cache.
Barnzy12, I found your cache ‘Top of Treeby’ today. It was the second find of two finds for me today and my total count now lies at 1076. The cache was found in a good condition, so I added my name to the log book and I replaced it as I found it. Thank you for the cache, the hide and for bringing me to this location.

Trying to dodge the awful weather and pick up some caches today, gotta make the most of Mrs RLAU annual leave! Nice quick find, log book signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC

While in the area with McFonz we thought we'd try our luck at the local hides. All found in good order. TFTC

Hi there Barnzy12, we were out geocaching in this area today, 19/11/17, and found your cache Top of Treeby GC7AF11 at 2:45 pm. Thanks for taking the time to place this cache out here for us to find!

This brings our cache find to a total of 9077.

After attending the Treeby event, it was time to find a few more caches before heading homeward Given the hint, this one lead us astray for quite a while as we remained on the path trying to find the cache... Perhaps the hint allows for walking along the rock wall Nice hide.

Took me a few moments to track this one down as I think the hint is a little misleading. You do need to leave the concrete path to reach the container. Nice views from the top. TFTC

Ventured northwards today with geobuddy marke8183, the reprobate who got me into this crazy game in the first place. Not that I am complaining though as geocaching has taken me to some amazing places, pushed me to do things that I had thought I would never do, or never do again, whichever the case may be. It has been a grand adventure and no doubt will continue to be so.
Wasn't able to get up here to the event on the day these ones were published, but enjoyed the fresh air as we explored the area today. It will definitely improve as the trees grow up and provide a bit more shade in the landscaped areas. Thanks for bringing us here and giving us the ability to claim a few more smileys. On the way to a West Oz meeting today I decided to grab some caches in the area.
Came from the wrong direction and almost consider driving to the top but thought better of it

After a meeting in Jandakot this morning I thought I would see if I could avenge a DNF on this one. No one using the equipment today so I able to search unhindered. Didn't need long though as I found the container in the first spot I checked.

Barnzy12 I found your cache at 12:46pm, this was the 3rd of 7 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 4169. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Approached this from totally th3 wrong direction but after reading previous logs we realised the error of our ways and it then wasn't long before we were signing the log.

My second attempt at this one after some help from another cacher, I guess you don't need to enter the garden if you stay on the wall . The set of steps to nowhere, interesting.

Heading home after attending WA Goes Big Event. Couldn't resist grabbing the Treeby/Calleya series. The hint here is a bit confusing as the co-ords are out 8mts and there are signs of disturbance in the garden beds. Co-ords are 299 & 539. Thanks Barnzy12

My gps pointed my always 3m in the garden beds and i could not find it.

After a lengthy search, I failed to find this one. Maybe my GPS was not reading too well in this area.

This one took a bit of searching and researching as the gps refused to give an accurate location that was near any possible cache hiding place. Extended the search and finally found it. Nice hide. A fave for this series as it was good to get to hunt close to home. Now for Cravo's new series of caches. Tftc.barnzy.

Heading for the nearby event I thought I'd have a go at a few recently published hides. Parked up behind Chwiliwr's car here and he informed me of what should be looking for. A short stroll to GZ but there was a young muggle fitness fanatic running up and down the steps and I didn't feel comfortable searching while she was in the area. I'll be back for this one.

Barnzy12 I couldn't find your cache, this was my 1st DNF for the day. I did have 12 finds today so all is not lost.

Last of the caches for the day after the attending the nearby event, I wandered around the suburb to pick up some of the Barnzy12 caches in the area. This cache took me a little while to find, but once I spotted the hide I knew what it was.
