I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, LeelaDayz, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

Out and about again, travelled east to Cheyne’s Beach and worked our way back to Albany. A couple of the terrain ratings were a bit low considering the effort in getting to GZ.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

##Cache Maintenance Required please.##
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner needs to either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page.
See the maintenance section of the [Geocache Hiding Guidelines](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance).
If there is a good reason for a delay in enabling this cache, please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on.
When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "Enable Listing" log, and then post an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.
I will check back in 30 days to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided.
If there has been no action to repair the cache, or explain the situation, unfortunately I will need to Archive this cache. Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Good instructions and I followed those to GZ. However log is sodden. This needs a new log, plus container, as it’s obvious the container leaks. Nice succulent garden beside the toilets. TFTC LeelaDayz.
Found it but it is soaked and in very poor condition it really needs maintenance asap as I was in able to sign the log, photo below shows the condition of the cache . Tftc yet another one of my list
Too wet to sign. Container needs to be replaced. We're local so will see if we can find something suitable and return to replace.
I found this tiny little chap on the way from Jerramangup to Albany. The log was very wet and my pen was not performing well, so I took a photo of the cache as proof of finding.
Little log too wet to sign and I didn’t want to break it. Some serious wood chipping going on on the other side of the paddock
Quick pit stop on the way to camp.
I came, I saw, I signed the log. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
Cache is in good condition.
*Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*

Quick find on my way back to Albany from Bremer Bay. Logbook had seen better days so I've popped a fresh one in the cache. Tftc
First find since downloading the app. Was fun. Thank you for creating this geocache.
Dug out the soggy old log and put the new log that someone else had started inside the cache.
On my way to Albany, I stayed here overnight. A quick find in the morning. Like previous finders have said the logbook is wet. Tftc!
We couldn’t get the disintegrated paper out so wrapped a new sheet of paper around it and placed a bit of bark in front to try and keep it out of the weather. Cache needs replacing.
Outnabout heading back to our accommodation. Arrived just as campers started arriving looking for somewhere to spend the night. Took a while for the GPS to settle but the clue helped. Wish I’d read the previous logs as the log really needs a delicate hand to remove.
We found the cache easily, but the logbook was soaked.
We had some spare time so we dried the logbook before signing it.

Going for a drive with Neva2old and decided to go and go and log this cash. TFTC
On the way back home (aka. Wellstead) after being in Albany with the geoboyfriend @jamesknowlson for over a week my brother Koda and my Mum Candy, we finally decided to find this cache along with a few others that we drive past so very often.
The navigation was jumping all about and my brother was looking in the complete wrong place for a bit there, we even looked at the geocache 3 times and didn’t spot it! Eventually I spotted something in the corner of my eye that looked a little geocache like. BINGO! That’s exactly what it was, the geocache! The log was way too wet to sign and sadly I didn’t have anything to replace it with. I have added a photo of the cache container as proof so don’t look if you don’t want spoilers . Thanks for another smiley on my map. TFTC LeelaDayz

Got it! Thanks for the memory of the previous cache that was here. I remember coming here with my wife and two very young children, now both late teens. TFTC
Found it. TFTC Leeladayz. Walked round GZ for far to long. But then something court my eye The log was water logged so I left a new one..
Thanks for the cache. Unfortunately water has penetrated and the log paper was soggy so a signature was not possible.
A new log sheet is also required.
Many thanks again

Log is totally soaked and we only just managed to sign. bonus find nearby of hakeas.
We found another one! Thanks for hiding this! The log book is wet so we didnt sign it but thanks for hiding!
We thought we were heading over to SA for the Mega at Millicent, but how things change as days go by.
The updates aren’t looking good, so with the Mega cancelled, we have decided to stay in WA until thing settle down.
That meant a little detour down to Hopetoun, a place we had never ventured to before, then onto Albany.
A surprisingly quaint little country hamlet here at Many Peaks with so much history around.
We found your cache tucked away nicely and with signing duties done and dusted we replaced the cache as found.
Though the cache log is soaked, sorry we didn’t have a replacement log.
Thanks for sharing this interesting location.

Day 5 of our road trip in WA and we are travelling from Albany to Esperance. Stopping for a few caches along the way to break up the drive. Many thanks to all the COs who have placed caches along this drive - it is greatly appreciated.
Quick find while we made a pit stop.

Megawat60 and I are now on our way to Albany after 2 enjoyable days at Cape Riche. Quick find here, log still damp and did not have a replacement this size. Powertank pen did the job. TFTC!
Staying in Albany for a few days, this cache showed up on the Nuvi as we were leaving Normans Beach.
A quick find of a potentially evil hide while the kids used the nearby facilities.
TFTC LeelaDayz .. all good hear.

Finding a few caches during the Christmas holiday in and around Albany.
Thanks LeelaDayz for the hide.
Thanks LeelaDayz for the hide.
There were a couple of cars and a few muggles in the hall but I don't think they even realised we wre here today.
The cache was quickly found near the old playground. Bet this equipment doesn't get much use compared to its more modern rival on the other side of the hall.
Thanks.

Down in Albany to have a crack at a big walk in the stirlings tomorow, I had an appointment in Forrestfield this morning and then drive down with a brief stop in Arthur River for a drink. Arriving in Albany a bit earlier than I had or planned so I had some time to grab a couple of caches out to the East of Albany.
I attempted the cache at Manypeaks Hall, having found the old Jaydreams cache there many years ago which must now be archived.
After that I attempted the Fish Ladder, a Cache that I couldn’t find the track to some years ago, but found it first time and drive within 20m of it. An absolutely fascinating site that has some very useful information and the first fish ladder I’ve ever seen. Thanks for highlighting it McFonz.

Weve been here before to find the original on the hall which took us ages to find and was very satisfying when we finally found a! So on our way back from a few easter nights out at the bluff we called in to check on this cache wondering if maybe we forgot to log it but it was a new one so after a short walk kiwinic says found it. Sweet another quick find for us both. TFTC
Found it with Hally4. Found the original version years back then discovered this updated one on our way back home after a weekend camping at Bluff Creek
Found it today together with Rudolfonso. Had a little rest here on our way to Albany.
