#18526 - 7:22:00 PM; Day 33 of the European Road Trip and after leaving Paris this morning, we are now in London. Dropped the bags at the hotel and set off for some sightseeing. Noticed this virtual was nearby when I was waiting for our night tour to start, so took a short stroll to grab an appropriate snap. Greetings from Australia and TFTV Kardy&Co

Really busy on the bridge today. Almost impossible to get to GZ for all the umbrellas!

Die heutige Dosenjagd führte mich zu dem Cache "London's Calling". Das Cachen hat wie immer viel Spaß gemacht und so wurde ich am Ende fündig [^]. Das Logbuch *(1)* habe ich fachmännisch signiert bzw. gestempelt und anschließend alles wieder wie vorgefunden verpackt und versteckt .

Vielen Dank an den Owner "Kardy&Co" für das Auslegen der Dose *(1)*, das Herlocken an dieses Örtchen sowie die zukünftige Pflege und Wartung! Jeder Owner leistet schließlich einen wichtigen Beitrag zur GC Community und unser gemeinsames Hobby !!!

Found this one during my London visit.

Caching around town, logging as agro.
Another walk around the city, this time covering Victoria, Belgravia, Pimlico, Westminster then to Waterloo and onto London Bridge.
A heavy police presence around Westminster with the climate change protests. All in all about 11 miles covered.

Struggled to get accross the bridge, very busy with tourists. Piccie attached.

Algemene log:
De 3de dag in London is aangebroken. Er staan weer behoorlijk wat caches op het programma. Virtuals, wherigo,s, multi,s en en paar tradies. We gebruiken de metro als hop on hop off en reizen door de hele stad. Heel veel moois gezien. Alle co,s weer bedankt voor de caches en virtuals. Hier en daar delen we weer wat favo punten uit.

Over deze cache:
Hier op de brug hebben we heel veel opties om iets op de foto te zetten. We geven in iedergeval wel een favo punt.

A few days of business trip in UK, so I’m making good use of my time in London today. Thanks for the cache. Gets FP.

At a conference about 100m from the bridge so it would ha e been rude not to drop by...there was a lot of activity and police presence in the area due to the protests but I was quite happy to do my selfie and thumbs up. Thanks for this virtual. FAV from me

I planned to visit my daughter in London for the first weekend in October. I left Prague on Friday and returned home Sunday night. Of course, there were several geocaches in London. On Saturday morning we set off on foot from Finchley along Regent's Park Road, Finchley Road, Wellington Road and Park Road. Along the way we stopped to see Abbey Roads Studios, Baker Street and we reached Regent's Park. We walked about 25km that day and we went back to Finchley by bus. On Sunday we went by metro to the center and throughout the day moved around the most visited monuments. We walked another 20km. London is a very beautiful city and I will definitely come back soon. Another cache from our wandering Sunday. Thank you for the cache in a very interesting and mystical place. Greetings from Czech Republic. Adding heart to the collection....

Certainty plenty of sirens and helicopters today working hard whilst we all enjoyed a fabulous day. What a lovely place to show off our capital.

After a long time, I finally got my day off at my job and that of course means only one thing. Let's go seek some caches! I looked at the map and into my London bucket list of caches which I want to find before I depart and there was a clear group of them right in the City of Westminster. Good, let's go there then I told myself. The weather forecast wasn't very exciting, one would say an english summer as it showed a light rain in the afternoon. No time to waste time. I arrived at Westminster before noon and managed to get good ten caches before the rain caught me. I did a few more before I got too tired (and ran out of caches actually) at about three pm. I ended my job with a burrito at Victoria railway station and took a convenient tube right to my cacher house. This cache was number one on my journey. I started with a quick virtual cache right next to the tube. There were many poeple on the bridge taking photos and selfies so I wasn't the only stranger there. Thank you for a nice geocache and greetings from the Czech Republic. TFTC TNLN

Out and about on wet and windy day in London. Walking from motel to Westminster and this was a quick stop. Big Ben is looking a little 'wrapped up' at the moment, but will see it looking a lot better...so they say.

I've crossed Westminster Bridge a 1000 times in the last few days and probably will a few more by the time we leave since we are staying just over on the Southbank. Walked across early this morning with almost no people -- a rare treat compared to the rest of the day. Sunrise was pretty along the river today a rare treat this vacation.
