we were a bit sceptical if we would not find GZ, but in the end it wasn't too hard. So we thought we leave a travel bug in here, to continue the world journey! TFTC
This was a tricky cache, but still glad to get a yellow smiley face on our map. TFTC
A quick find. Ants have made it a home and some muggles have been hanging out nearby. Tftc
Clearly lots of people been in this area and not doing great things so we didnt search too closely
What a treasure. Seem like someone has been roughing it out by the treasure. Tftc.
Another one that is just covered in spiders for females like me bring gloves it's awesome
Yarr. My Mongolian pirate buddy Ferg would be impressed at the booty plunderable hereThanks for replacing Rusty, I reckon I missed the old one by a day or two max after it went missing, good to see something in its place
Nice one S, will pop in some time and have a nosey to see what you came up with
Cache has been replaced, and moved. See updated hint and images. Container is very different to previous hide, but I think you will like the replacement.

Oh dear, the pirate chest has been plundered, carried away by scurvy pirates, who failed to honor the geocachers code

#23 find for us and kids really loved all the tresure inside. Long discussion about what we would take out and what we would put in from our own stash. Quite a bushy walk in.
Wow so cool, also someone bring so more paper to write on, there's no more room lol. Bring some treasures too (:
Nice geocache second time trying to find it and I did my son joined me very first cache ever so excited I’m very excited
Today I wanted to locate and sign off a multi cache for a challenge that is about to be placed in Christchurch. But there are bound to be other caches that are nearby so I might as well locate and sign those off as well.
This is one of the others which took me off on a bit of an adventure.
Cheers for the cache.

Was in the Park to attend the Community Celebration Event and wandered along the path with Aiden29 to grab this one too. Bit of a bush bash but we got there in the end. Nice treasure trove. TFTC
A group of us had broken off from the event today to grab the caches in the park, and this one was next on our list.
Upon arriving at GZ we couldn't seem to find the best route in to the cache, and ended up taking a slightly more circuitous route than was likely intended, but it wasn't long before we were at GZ and the cache was soon found. Lovely cache, in great condition, good loot thanks for the cache #1360

Found this one with a group from the nearby event. It was tricky to find a way in, but find our way in we did and eventually found a pathway to the cache. Everything's in good condition. Thanks!
We were attending the Community Celebration Event in the park this evening and headed over with Georick (Rick and Lynne) to look for this one.
After finding what appeared to be the best entry point Rick and Mr Coblet headed into the bushes while the other two kept watch from the footpath.
After negotiating some unexpected thorns they reached GZ and began to search.
It took a bit longer to spot the cache than expected as there had been a misunderstanding as to its size and they were looking for something smaller.
After having no luck they suddenly spotted the much larger item they had been circling and realised it was the sizeable cache. And a very nice cache it is, great condition and lots of swag.
Once the log was signed and the cache was rehidden it was a careful return to the pathway avoiding the thorns as much as possible.
Thanks Rustynz for a great hide.

Very cool container stacked with goodies, the treasure chest was stacked to the rim. Getting to GZ wasn't too hard, I just had to follow the geotrail nicely made by all the recent finders , TFTC
ARRRR! It seems I can’t see caches even when they’re under my landlubbing nose! Went all around GZ digging for treasure, when it was right there at the feet of my peg leg. Really over thought this one. Plenty of treasure in this substantial chest. A fav point. Thanks for the captain’s cache!
Went searching with The Goblets. Loved the container here and the SWAG. Great hide. Thanks rustynz.
This was a great cache to find and a highlight of the day. I stealthed past the Tik-tokking youths and went bush and soon had the reading down to single digits. Checked a couple of unlikely hosts before getting a grip on the cache. What a fine haul of treasures and loot me hearties. All good and after signing I put ti back as found and remember, X marks the spot, and spots the mark. FP for the hide and fun here rustynz, arrrrrrrrr.
Out the door nice and early today as Friday is mrs capperz's early work start day so means I'm out before the sun gets it's hots on. Targetted the Souther Te Atatu area along and near the Whau river banks with solved puzzles a target along with any traditionals and a Multi when passing. Many caches were fromthe same CO, must be rustynz territory, with a few other COs also helping make up an 18 cache haul, before 10 AM! Thanks to all COs for their hides and caches today.

A nice quick find thanks. A well disguised cache in a nice area of bush.
Time for another trip to the North Island for Ms_KR and me. Wellington and beyond here we come. Today we toured around Auckland on another warm/hot summers day.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Wow! Really neat spot this one. Took quite a bit of searching. GPS didn't like all the tree cover but a nearby open area + studying the map gave me a rough sense of where the cache was. I swear I must have walked past the right spot about 5 times lol! Not often you get a good ammo can hide especially in auckland
It took me a bit of sorting to get in but a great cache when I was there. Tried a different way out and was completely lost so tried another track and was free in seconds. Tftc
I am out and about for a spot of geocaching this afternoon, while the weather is windy but not rainy. After collecting the information at the nearby sign for the multicache "6000th" I turned my attention to this traditional. I took some time finding a suitable entry point into the bush before committing. A short bush bash later and I was soon at GZ. The cache was a little exposed so I made a super quick find. Nicely themed by the way. On return I took some time to better tuck it away and apply its camo bag and some natural camo to boot. Cheers for the good sized cache placement!
Pengi heard there was treasure here so we shook off Captain Fishbeard who is a sneaky penguin pirate and came for a look.
Hey Pengi put those coins back.

We searched for the loot today but had no luck until we had seen someone had visited later on. Back down to the park we searched right in the spot and found it. We put it back in its place and covered it with leafs. My son loved this adventure.
This was such an awesome cache! Loved the surprise, thank you for the creativity!!
Pretty sure I found the cache the swampiest way possible but found the treasure chest I did with the accompaniment of kiwitrecker1. This time it was my hands reaching the treasure first, a victory for sure! Enjoyed this one, TFTC!!
