Great clean up! This place looks a lot better now! Far to much rubbish there must be from WBHS over the stream. Quite some interesting things where found as well. Thanks for organising.

Walk this section of road quite regularly in my lunch break and look at the rubbish along the edges. Nice to see it cleaned up, Thanks to everyone that helped make Whangarei a little cleaner.

Another great cleanup alongside a busy area beside SH 1. Disappointing that there was so much rubbish and other dumped items there to be picked up by a big band of volunteers. Hopefully the people dumping this stuff and throwing their rubbish out the window as they pass, will learn to love their environment and surroundings a bit better, so that these clean ups aren't required in the future. Thx R5 & R13 for organising again.

Hey there! Don't forget to come lend a hand tomorrow at 10AM.

If you have a Hi vis vest, bring it along as we will be on the side of State Highway 1 and we would like to send everyone home safely.
Gloves if you have them, otherwise I'll i have a few to use.
A good pair of Gumboots would be ideal too, its a bit boggy.

All those that attend will receive a little something, thanking you from us and done local businesses.

Car loaded up, All the gear ready to go.
Picking up the truck and heading down to GZ.
