### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED P:LEASE** ###

This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as one that may need attention. Perhaps it is time for the CO to check on this one please.
I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Your prompt attention to logs that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers. It is generally accepted that 3 consecutive DNF's is reason enough to check, see here: [**Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance )
Please respond to this situation by **12th July** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating a date when you believe the situation will be resolved.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Found the hiding place; alas no cache! I did however find a decorated stone placed for vic-rock, another great treasure hunting game(worth googling)!
Pretty sure this one is missing because where it looks like it should be is empty
Pretty sure I know where it was supposed to be - but the top and logsheet are missing. So a DNF for Kingfisherau
Bingami and Geo-Twin found this on a very busy Australia Day. Found and replaced in between crowds. Difficult to replace and at risk of not staying in place. TFTC. Will alert cache owner to concerns.
Out for a very welcome impromptu visit to Raymond Island with BigrobV today. I was so excited as we have been wanting to get here for ages! We decided to bring our bikes along to try and complete the island, we ended up riding 21kms today! Once we arrived back from the Island we decided to grab this cache before heading home for the day. As soon as I saw the cache I thought it didn’t look right...sure enough that was it. BigrobVs height came in handy again. Thanks for a sneaky hide!
Out for a semi last minute trip to Raymond Island with NoonaB for a caching trip on bikes, we have been wanting to get down here for ages and finally today was the day, This was the last cache for us in the area, NoonaB spied something, and my height came in handy. However we struggled to get the cache back in place, when we left it was sitting in its position, but im not too sure how long it will be there for. Thanks for the sneaky hide
We’ll be back, perhaps in the cooler months when there are less muggles around.
Juhu, wir haben "Shelter from the Elements" am 11. Januar 2018 um 16:51 Uhr gefunden - TFTC from Masukajofra to jbro75 & Pippa8888!
Dies ist unser 321 Cache

Spotted it from the window and waited for the muggles to clear. No pen to sign with and we needed to catch the incoming ferry. With SIm Sim Dim Sim.
Surprisingly quiet for the summer holidays. Timed it for when the ferry was loading - a quick grab & sign & we were on our way.

While waiting for the ferry the boys followed their instincts and the clue to the shelter where they uncovered the cache.
1st cache of 2018 @ 1503hrs. Happy new year. Found easily by me with the 2 geokids, geo-fiancée & the geo-dog as well. JK signed after I retrieved quick as in between muggles. Then we got the ferry to log 17 koalas & 2 echidnas on Raymond Island. FP from me to for the hide and the location.
Staying on Raymond Island for the New Years week end when I noticed this fairly new released cache. A very quick find however with the large amount amount of muggles about we decided the best time to retrieve the cache was when the ferry arrived and everyone moved from the shelter to board. Great hide. TFTC
We used our parental leave for some nice stops to visit interesting places. This was one of them Thank you for leading us to this location!

Sneaky sneaky!! Almost got busted by a muggle who was passing and took and interest in our geobaby. I think she thought we were a little weird after we chatted for a bit but showed no interest in catching the substitute ferry to the island.. TFTC
Back in Australia, for the three weeks SGAT, "SisterCornys Great Australian Roadtrip": In a small campervan from Sydney to Melbourne along the coastline.
Day 7 with the HippieCamper, Raymond Island and the Koalas were our goal for the day, so we took the ferry over to the island and walked around quiete a long time, saw many cute Koala in the trees and a very nice scenery all over. Great place to stay and cache!
After returning to the mainland, we did this pretty new cache as well. Very well hiddem, worth a Favorite Point. TFTC

Joint {FTF} with aqau & gwd.aussie. Great to have new caches in Paynesville.
Thanks jbro75 & Pippa8888
Thanks jbro75 & Pippa8888
Got the message there was a new cache out nearby.
Had to wait for AQAU to finish with a customer and SQAU to turn up.
Then we were off on a first to find hunt.
We arrive just as the ferry was pulling up, so we waited until the muggles had boarded.
Once found, I undone the log sheet, and check both sides, YES it was a {FTF}
Thank you for the hide jbro75 & Pippa8888
