Given the hint I don't think this one is here anymore, CO probably needs to check on it.
I couldn't find the cache here today. It should be an easy one considering the hint & co-ordinates point to only one hiding spot
Had a pretty decent look with the kid. Couldn’t seem to find it unfortunately, will come back on another day
On my way back to base after meeting for a coffee with friends. Made a slight detour to go after this one. A quick find. #3019. TFTC.
Nice easy find after work today, quick tie of the shoelace to gather to enable me to sign the log and then I was away again.

Nice, easy and quick find on the way home from work. On such a beautiful day these hidden gems look so much more stunning.
Was with Angie33210 and a quick stoop down to 'tie shoelaces' and cache was in hand and log being signed. TFTC

I too have been past this spot many times before but it's taken till now to finally come and find this cache! TFTC & Merry Christmas
A quick find here after taking a different route home tonight. One of three simple park and grab caches. This one I could see from some way off, TFTC Jess53nz.
Lovely spot! I especially like the bridge and the stone retaining wall. Easy find. Thanks!
I'm in Christchurch with my wife who is undergoing surgery in Christchurch Hospital and what better way to take my mind on what's happening to her than to go geocaching. I was actually down here with her about a month ago for a similar operation and it was then doing the Thompsons Track crossed my mind. I passed on it then, but when I mentioned it to a fellow cacher back home, he said to get in fast as the CO is about to archive them due to the high maintenance burden. I wonder if he has considered adopting them out.
WooHoo I've recently finished it. It took me 6h 40m with an average of 5m 30s each cache if you include the three DNF's I looked for. Not a record breaking event but I'm happy considering I was flying solo. Found 70, DNF'd 10, but in retrospect the stats should have read 71/9. My best day so far (previous was 60) and I'm not finished yet. I intend to head back to the city in time for afternoon visiting at the hospital picking up as many PnGs as possible and then go out in the evening to get enough for a century.
I decided to head out to the east of the city and work my way back to the hospital in time to visit Mrs Kiwimykl, then carry on towards the west until it got too dark or I got my century, which ever came last. After visiting hours at the hospital, it was my intention to work my way west from the CBD culminating in a find at the airport Virtual, but I figured it would be dark when I got there and I wasn't sure of the chances of getting the requisite photo in the low light conditions, so I went there first and will work my way back to town. As I head back into town I have an eye out for what look like QEF PnGs and take slight detours accordingly. I was able to park pretty close and discovered this cache met my expectations (for a QEF PnG) admirably.

A nice quick find this afternoon on my way to pick up a friend who lives nearby.
Walked across the other bridge thinking it would be discrete there but that bridge is definitely (rotting) timber. Found on the return on the other bridge. TFTC
Little stop on our way to Tekapo. This stream is very interesting. Both logbook and container are in good condition. Thanks for placing this here.
Took a little while longer than it should have. In good condition. Dry log sheet. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. Team Broadbent (signed TB on micros). Find # 2086

A quick and easy find during a walk after lunch around the campus.
It’s always fun to have good views plus a few caches.
Look, a bridge, and another bridge! Which one I was on?

22 February 2019 3:07 PM. Previous cache tried was muggle central and this one had woman mowing the lawns next door. Was going to leave it for a other day when she started packing up. Found between collecting mini cones as muggles came by. TFTC Jess53nz
Nice evening for a walk so went a little bit further than normal and happy to get another fimd
#3,400: First Smiley of 2019!
I came to this one, as it was the closest unfound to home, and I "needed" a find for 1 Jan. 2019. Parked right next to it, but looked in the wrong place (wrong bridge), but the hint set me straight. All in good shape! Here's to a good year ahead!

In Christchurch for a few days to do some painting. In this area for an event, finding some caches before flying home. Thanks Jess53nz for the cache.
Third day of a quick three day visit to Christchurch, time to head for home, but first to see if I can achieve a couple of finds during rush hour. A bit of a challenge for someone who doesn't do a lot of city driving but challenge accepted. Searched in a couple of places but then realised there was a much more obvious place to look and sure enough there was the cache. What an amazing feature behind the wall. Who would ever guess that that's there? TFTC .
Out on a Mad Monday Mission. TG was my tour guide as I collected caches. It was a good night out and we had a good catch up.
Quick find.
Thanks for the cache Jess53nz.

Decided on a quick clean up mission on some caches during my lunch break today. Thanks for the cache.
Nice and easy find in the morning!
Funny that this bridge is there in parallel with the street.

I arrived in town from Nelson for a couple of days work. As I had a bit of spare time before meeting up with colleagues, I went off to find a few caches. Parked across the road from this one and wandered back to GZ. Cache found after a short search. TFTC, Biggles.
With school holidays coming to an end, I though I'd better stop by this cache while the area was free of school children. This is the first day of my annual leave, so waited until the temperatures rose before venturing out.
Despite going past here many times over the years, I hadn't actually noticed the bridge here before. Cache was well hidden but fortunately was in the first place I groped. It took longer to extract the slightly too large log book from the container than to find it.
Thanks for another in the stream series, Jess53nz.

#15872. Second ride-by on the way to work (trying to get up to 17 finds for July 20). Another quick find (I'd checked the hiding place yesterday, to minimise searching time in the dark and cold). TFTC.
A quick find while on my way to some grocery shopping. Interesting bridge! TFTC
It was a low number calendar day. I had work. This was the nearest unfound geocache to work.

Few into Christchurch this afternoon to stay the night and go for a work meeting tomorrow, as I needed a cache for the day I decided that I would pick up my rental car and go and pick up a cache before meeting up with my work colleges for dinner.
Got to my rental and after finally getting everything sorted and set up for the rental it was time to check out the GPSr and see which cache I was going to find today. I knew that I really didnt want too go too far away as I had to come back to Spitfire Square for dinner.
Decided that I would check out this cache at Burnside after reading the cache description and soon realising that it was not too far away and it was a park and grab. As I got near GZ, I drove pass it as it was on the other side of the road and then went down the road to find a safe turning spot and returned to park within 4 metres of GZ.
As I got out of the rental I decided that I would leave the GPSr in the car as I knew approximately where this cache was going to be, I thought to myself where would I hide this cache, and I assumed correctly and was very surprised that I was able to find the cache in the first place I looked.
Retrieved the cache and took it back to the rental to sign, managed to get the logbook out without any issues, signed and then replaced the cache back as found. Thanks Jess53nz for placing this cache here and for bringing me to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (13433).
Now it is time to go and catch up with everyone for dinner.

A nice and easy park and grab today after a slight detour on way to nearby bike park. Tftc!
Out & about, have been a it slack in the "caching dept" recently - probably waiting for the Planetary Pursuit to start...
What an interesting set of bridges; not too many muggles around at 1pm or so.
Thanks for placing & maintaining this cache, Jess53nz

Nice easy find but you have to be so careful re the muggle; replacing was my problem! School seems to finish earlier and earlier, it's certainly not 3pm but more like 2-40! TFTC
This stream again, interesting to see the bridge still there and useable. The original road must have been a bit quieter thn it is now! Cheers
We were in the area and realized there were several here that needed finding. A lovely little spot- nice wee bridge. Thanks for bringing us here
Just as I pulled up, CKSH & Toffepops were pulling away. Drove past first then did a u-turn so I spotted one of them reaching down to replace the cache. Finding was incredibly quick thanks to knowing exactly where to put my hand. Leaving things a bit late before work. GLB1721 TFTC (4176)
Good to get out on a cool evening after the heat of today. This must have been access to a property in years gone by. Soon had the log signed. Tftc
Decided to grab a few in the area after a site meeting nearby. Made this harder than I needed to nut got there in the end. Thanks for the effort that goes into placing and maintaining the cache.

More after work cache finding. Making the most of the fact that I've had to be starting work a little earlier since I can no longer run to work in the mornings & need to be dropped off instead, but daughters daycare still finishes at the same time, so noone even notices that mum & I actually have about half an hour each day to 'detour' on the way home lol!
Still had a bit of time left after finding two other caches, so decided to grab this one quickly on the way! Though the pressure almost got to me & it was almost a dnf!!

Coords now quite spot-on. Had no troubles in finding the cache.
I liked the old and forgotten bridge next to GZ.

A nice quick find on a quiet Saturday morning. Cheers.
Ms KR unfortunately had to work this weekend, so I went for a few caches around town that needed a wee bit of time to finish off. Cheers.

Out on a city cyclocache ride from Redwood. Didn't have any problems finding this cache. Thanks Jess53nz
Pays to consider the hint in this one. A very generous distance margin, but a very pleasant find on a hot Oct. afternoon!!! Should've been down there in the cool. Thanks.
Maintaining a streak in weather like this isn't easy. Thankfully a kind soul put out a nice easy P&G close to work. (That'd be you Jess53nz )
It was still raining though, so I grabbed the cache and jumped back in the car to sign the log in the dry.

After realising that the GPS was sending us the wrong way we went back to the likely spot and found it pretty quickly. Tftc!
Came out with the boys during the morning for a bit of a caching & playground adventure.....first cache along the way. Quick find and sign between the traffic. Cheers!
Nice easy find on a lovely evening out and had never seen the other bridge before - was this where the road once went?. This is a great series. TFTH
{FTF} 11:43pm 03/10/17. Just left a friend's house after a wonderful time reminiscing with school friends of over 50 years. What's that I spy on my phone? A cache? It's close to home - sort of! It was a quick find and nice to find no one else had signed before I got there. Yay! Thanks for the cache!
