We think that it has gone missing me and my son found it when we didn’t even know geocaching was years ago
A methodical search was needed here as there are quite a few places that a cache can be hidden. We had to stop at one stage and feign intense interest in the plaque as a muggle arrived. Fortunately she didn’t stay long and the search continued with sunseekerwanderer, who is fairly new to geocaching, making the find.

I saw that it had been resurrected so I thought I'd try my luck again.
It took about 20 mins of searching but I was finally successful. I left a small swag for the next to find.
Tftc and thanks warfie for resurrecting this cache

Found this one about 6 metres from where the GPSr wanted us to be. We actually found 2 caches, but both logs were in the one in far better condition.
Day 1 in Koumala, so we decided to mix some sightseeing with caching to see where it took us. First we headed to Sabrina, where we got to see the huge railway yards, we guess is the base for the coal trains we have seen going backwards and forwards. Then it was a short trip around town including the big cane toad and then off out to the coast. There was some magnificent scenery and a chance to see how big the tides can be. They were out for most of our touring. A few great lookouts and then return to our caravan. An enjoyable and satisfying day.
Thank you to all the local COs for the tour and developing and maintaining the caches.

Was a natural treasure and historic place. Log was damp but could still write
Grey Nomads travelling around Australia - more recently, just Queensland, and of late, heading up the Bruce. Today with our snail firmly parked in a snail park at Sarina we went venturing along the various beaches.
Love this look out, Found film canister. Great view from here. Thanks LeadlesandTony

Second find for the first trip since you know what. Found a few parts for this one. The actual container and log where it should be. Another log on the stairs. And a container a the bottom of the stairs. Both logs now in actual hide container.
Found with geoboy pearcey. We also found another logbook on the steps. And another empty cache container near the road side. We put the rogue log in the container for this location.
Found it straight away, was just sitting there so hid it a little better this time but still easy
Inevitably on a long trip when many geocaches are being found, some get missed. Unfortunately, at the time, this was one of them. So, although out of chronological order, I am logging them today for simplicity. So my apologies for the generic log and the out of date sequence.
Our trip commenced on Friday November 28th and concluded on Tuesday December 22nd. During that time, we visited caches in Maryborough, Childers, Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Sarina, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville and Cairns, with other places in between like Proserpine, Home Hill, Ayr, Ingham to name just a few, with many wonderful single stop caches along the way.
Our party consisted of myself, hatzofff, grannysmith1947, and on occasion, youngoldfella.
Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC, LT1970.

When I arrived at GZ the log was out in the open however I was unable to locate the container that it would have been in. I didn’t have anything with me to put the cache in so I put it under a rock.
Accidental find by myself and my two boys. So we now joined the geocaching fun !
I was looking WAAAYY to hard for this and took me soooo much longer then expected....... Eventually found, signed and placed back.

GPS was sending me all over the place then it just jumped out in front of me .
Quick and easy find. Log was saturated with water and torn, so Jmeme and I added a new sheet in a ziplock bag. Great view from the top!
