Logs
I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, rossinperth, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by rossinperth and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Didn’t spend too much time after reading the last 2 entries. Couldn’t find this one.
Swiftly done .
I'd say that this one could easily be mistaken for rubbish and may no last the distance unless the container is upgraded.

Easy find, cache is water logged and a little worse for ware, replaced log but owner may need to fix. TfTC

Another great find. As previously commented it needs some maintenance. Condition is very poor.
Easy find for my kids. Needs maintenance though, lid is cracked and logs are very water damaged.
The Better Half was driving me to a medical appointment nearby but we were quite early so stopped to find this cache. Found without problems between jogging muggles.
Log signed and cache returned as found.
Thanks rossinperth for placing this cache for us to find.

Find 1 of 10 with a single DNF on a sunny afternoon's bike ride through Leederville and Joondanna then back on the freshly laid new bike path.
Quick find here.

Nice quick find amongst some creepy cobwebs but braved the unknown and managed to sign tftc
No trouble finding this one. Even pushing was not to far away. A new container would be good for winter but it should be ok until then.
Thanks

Not sure if this has been muggled or not. We were sure we were in the right spot!
Decided to grab a few caches between the showers today. First we headed down to Lake Monger to grab a few new hides.
This tree looks absolutely amazing!
Thanks rossinperth for the hide.

A quick find with frmen1. Exploring WA one geocache at a time. Muggles are a bit of an issue. TFTC
No luck for me today. Reading through previous logs I fear its in the obvious spot which has been flooded. I wont be rummaging around in that water, it smells
Random lunch time Geocaching spent some time with the car aircon drying out the logs (lid not on properly) scored a travel Lego TFTC
I tried to find this cache today, but my luck was not good, or maybe it was my eyesight, or maybe it was not there. Will have to return at a later time effect a find.
This was my 1 DNF out of 2 DNFs and a total of 3 Finds on this outing.

Sunday evening with not a lot to do around the house, the wife is in bed, what’s there to do? Go caching!
Managed to rope Cravo10 into coming along.
We started just north of the city and headed mainly around the Lake Monger, finished with 6 finds for the evening, some nice walks and great temperature too to sweat off my man flu with a thick jumper on!
Thanks to the local COs for a great night.
