With all the rain this year this one has probably washed away because it was right on the edge of the little marshy creek tributary ... Thanks for the chance to find it anyway
Great walk
Great walk
Searched without trampling the bushes, could not find even with spoiler picture
DNF. Looked high and low and either side and where the photo was but could not find.
TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. Great hide and camouflage
Another great day for geocaching around the beautiful Port Macquarie area. TFTC

Disappointed.. up from Adelaide and had to hunt... a dnf is not what I wanted in my tally... gps had me opposite side of walkway than the description... mozzie and wet feet was all I ckd leace with
I was wandering around the other side of the track when my grand-daughter said, "Hey Pop, there is something suss looking over here. Sure enough, it was the cache. Thanks.
TFTC
Well, I have never been so pleased to sign a log!
I walked thru water, got stung by an angry ant...all whilst on the wrong side of the track!
I gave up and got out of the water and glanced on the other side, and there it was.
Thank goodness for the spoiler photo!
A FP for the adventure.

Pic was a great help...our GPS had us on other side of track...fave point for great camo job ...tftc
Found with the help of Mrs BillHill, doing some caching around the Port Macquarie area where we are staying for 3 nights. Good thing there was a spoiler photo, as GZ was about 15 meter on the other side off the path.
Log signed and caches replaced as found.
**Thanks For The Cache** Tatt2squared.
This is the 13th cache of 16 for today.

Our final full day in Port Macquarie, so some sightseeing and caching was the go. This was a straightforward cache. TFTC
Checked on cache, still in place... it was actually 'out in the open' so to speak. Re-covered cache and added a "SPOILER" pic to the cache page to help people locate the spot.
No luck for me here. Checked each tree and move some needles, but didn't find it.
Now that the restrictions have eased around the state, time to go caching again. Stay safe everyone... remember to enjoy the little things.
Disabling until socially acceptable to continue with caching. Stay home everyone, stay safe.
GPSr was dancing but keeping coming back to same tree.
Looked at every tree with no joy.
From the cache trail can see that others have done the same.
No joy here today.

Drats fist DNF, after reading the details closely I think we where looking the wrong side. Will come back tomorrow.
Jumped right in and tried to find off the GPS, but after no luck went back and read your description and made the find! TFTC
This one took a fair bit of hunting even with a clue from the CO. I knew the GPS was taking me to the wrong location so I hunted the previous logs and used Ed-don’s co ordinates and found it. TFTC.
We're in town for Dimorgans event to celebrate Australia Day. It's quite warm in Port and a lot warmer than where we live further up north.
We haven't cached along this path for ages and it's always a great walk.
The cache was found with excellent coords and we just loved the camo which would have taken ages to make. Well done for the construction.
Thanks for placing this cache Tatt2squared.

Found but only after looking at previous logs. My GPS thanks the cache is at S 31-26.477 E 152-54.326, hopefully this information will be useful to future cachers.
It is a shame the coordinates are out because the container and hiding place are really good. I was out with GC Widow on a walk around the reserve whilst staying with her father in Port Macquarie. TFTC

Hmmm !!
Me GPS clearly indicated this cache was about 10 metres off the path on the water side [:o]
Now I read that the ccache is on the other side of the track
No wonder I couldn't find the BatCave !! [:o]
Though I did spy a robin here while searching
Of the Eastern Yellow variety [^]

Disturbed by a muggle twitcher, who was in turn disturbed by the rambunctious geokids. TFTC.
Second find for a small caching run while staying with family in Wauchope on our way north. This one took a little bit of looking and reading logs, and the cache description again. We found the cache about 13 m away from where the GPSr was indicating and on the other side of the boardwalk.
Thanks for the hide Tatt2squared.

Decided to take nan and pop on a walk and find some caches before they headed home. Parked in a spot i had parked before and we headed off. this was the first cache of the day. I was warned by the CO that the GPS would have trouble with signal due to the location. They were right i wondered around (on the correct side of track) for a bit before it finally settled down and i made the find. TFTC
Just checked in on Batman... cache is still in place... unfortunately someone took our guardian... so we probably wont be spending money on dressing our caches up anymore... now that 2 of our guardians have been removed.
Found after some searching. Thanks for the additional hints- they were helpful. Found 12m from where the phone thought it should be. Another of this series ticked off (took 2 attempts). Tftc. Nice construction.
Back out again in the Port Mac area to check out the Iron Man event and also look for a few further caches in the area. Naturally in parts of town it was muggle central while other parts were quiet and much easier. A lovely day again to be out and about.
We were challenged regularly today by the GPS gods but managed to come up with the goods even if search times were often quite lengthy.
This one took us quite a while. We searched and checked area many times. It was only when we resorted to past logs we came up with the clue we needed. We found it 14 m away from where our GPSr indicated where GZ was on the other side of the boardwalk.

It was great to find this one after a previous DNF attempt. How did we not see it the first time? Another clever cache container. Thanks for the cache. We have really enjoyed this series.
We appreciated the extra info for this one, as it meant we were less exposed to the mozzies while battling with the GPSr. Such a great series of hides, thanks Tatt2squared
**# 21023** Found on our 2018 mega adventure to ACT, NSW, QLD and beyond.
A fine sunny Autumn day for a drive around in Port Mac.
Only a few muggles around today and a few good hides.
Also found it about 9m away from my GZ and where many have been searching.
Used the new clue and took better co-ords at GZ.
Thanks for the cache Tatt2squared, it is a good hide too.

Checked on this one again, just to be sure it was still there after a couple more DNF's... it is still in place, trees and power lines make it hard to locate, We have added a footnote to the description, hopefully this helps.
This was our first in the DC Heroes V Villains series but we came up with a DNF. We took along some newbies to introduce them to the fun of geocaching. Unfortunately we did not get this one but found subsequent ones in the series with relative ease, so maybe just some temporary cache blindness. We will try again when we finish off the remaining ones in the series.
Nice hide, took a short time to find. Cache container certainly suits the name - TFTC

As we arrive at the parking spot the boss got a migraine so I left her in the car as you do in situations like this. found the cache and ran back to the car.. Found with bobbiesgirl and lady moomoo 29163:21:00 PM*none* Tatt2squared without cachers like you we would have no game. Thank you. TNLN SL
As it turned out, this was our last find of the day due to mrs ozglory coming down with a migraine. We wandered along the boardwalk - PM is so lucky to have so many of these right in the middle of suburbia. My GPS was spot on, so mr oz headed back to check on mrs oz and lady moo moo was struggling with the phone app. We found the cache, signed the log and replaced it. I suggested to ladymoomoo that there might be a better app to try and she was most interested. Now we are off to the event and to give mrs oz time to recover. A most enjoyable day's caching was had by all.
Always love caching around the Port, the scenery is stunning. This was one of the caches we targetted and found. Fav point alloc for this creative cache. Thanks to Tatt2squared for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
although compass on phone leading me in the wrong direction, eventually found with help of Ozglory and Bobbiesgirl. TFTC Tatt2squared. A lovely afternoon had.
Found with Mum and dad (Gazkersh and littlemissleft)

Found this one today with Gazkersh and Tilly! LOVED the container and our Daughter was excited to see the Ooshie. Thanks so much for placing this cache!
We have travelled up from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Port Macquarie for our annual summer holiday, camping in our Jayco Swan Outback camper trailer at the Breakwall (Sundowner) Holiday Park. Today we spent the morning at the Kooloonbung Creek Nature Reserve, collecting caches around the circuit track, then after lunch we visited Historic Roto House and the Koala Hospital. This was our 5th find of the day, and 54th find of the holiday.
After finding "Bat Out Of Hell" we next came to this one as we meandered along the boardwalk. The GPSr initially has us searching on the "wet" side of the boardwalk, but we eventually found the very nicely themed camo on the dryer side. The coords seemed a bit out to us, but we got there in the end. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found.
You need to be very careful of the razor grass while you are searching, as it can give you a nasty cut. TFTC Tatt2squared.

Finally found it on second attempt. Collected TB to move on to new location. Cords were a bit out but a wider search came up with the goods. TFTC
Tree cover, cloud cover, mozzies and a screaming geoinfant didn't give me the full opportunity to search every spot. Until next time Batman
A fairly allusive "Batman", but got the prize after a few mossie bites later!!! Thanks again for this fantastic series !! Tatt2squared. (Geograndsons really "LIKE" these ones!!! So does grandfather!!! Dropped off a TB (Tikron's Free Kick ) plus a FP....Thanks again!!!
This was a nice find to finally fill my geo-calendar. When you miss 16 Dec 2016 it takes another whole year. My advice is to read owner note and NOT follow the geotrails on the creek side. They are getting a bit trampled. Also this is a procession along here in the morning. Someone was sure I’d seen a koala and wanted to see it too. Sent them on their way as I was “expecting a phone call”. At least I had a signal here. GPS is sometimes dodgy in these heavily treed locations. Nevertheless I’ve added the coordinates I had at find time. Favourite point given. TFTC Tatt2squared. Found 16/12/17 9:00 am. Cache 1452 for us.

Heading into town so stopped by for another look at this one. Searched around for quiet awhile before Bill called he'd found it.
My silly GPS said I was 14m from it & on the wrong side of the boardwalk from where it was located. Must be the tree cover.
Didn't spot any bats but I suppose I wasn't looking up. Perfect area for a Batman cache.
Thanks for placing this cache Tatt2squared ( Got it right this time)

We were having a wonderful morning riding and caching along the PMQ paths, tracks, trails and boardwalks and this was the next cache to search for. Batman, the most well known of all the good guys. Na na na na na na na na no trouble finding the cache. Thanks for a fun series Tatt2squared.
A few people have mentioned that this cache is a bit hard to locate, probably due to the power lines and trees. We were in the area and thought we would check on things here. It appears people are looking on the wrong side of the path (GeoPath in the wrong spot)... the cache is located no more than 2m off the path on the non-creek side. We checked the co-ords against google maps, and we feel they are pretty accurate. Feel free to contact us through the app if needed. Happy Caching
One of our favourite spots for a walk and on such a beautiful day we were surprised to not see a single muggle. That made it easier for us to hunt around just off the boardwalk for 5 minutes looking at the base of every tree. We were quickly rewarded, which we appreciated since the mossies were calling their friends for backup. This is our second in the DC set and we are very much enjoying the theme. Looking forward to the next one. Thanks for the cache.
Found at 10:35 AM GAFF4.
Back home after a week away on a mini trip down south and we are presented with 4 new caches that looked interesting. With this one I had to look up what "DC" stood for as I had not heard of it before - (I'm not a comic book aficionado ) and now I know [^]
Found an access to the board walk and after a few minutes we just stopped dead in our tracks and wondered what the heck caused the devastation of the grass in an area of about 20 sq metres ! Well after a few minutes searching in that same area, we realised what caused it and we were doing the same! So a PAF was in order to avoid any further destruction and then we realised that we had misinterpreted the hint - both parts
We finally found the cache about 10 metres from the boardwalk and surprisingly the co-ords were spot on - just needed to have the GPSr settle down for a while. Nice camo which deserves a FP for the effort.
Thanks Tatt2squared.
Feedback: The second part of the hint does not help until you actually find the cache and the first part was interpreted to be just off the board walk to minimise flattening the grasses - but it is not. It is about 10 metres into the scrub.

After some good advice we have moved this cache slightly to be more environmentally aware. If you go off the path more than 3m then you have gone too far. New co-ords will be updated shortly but for now...

TFTC, well this one was a bit embarrasing, like Bill and Di Morgan I wandered around and around for 20 minutes for no luck. I relented and called Gary the C.O who kindly drove over as he was worried that it was muggled already. Even he struggled to find it at first and then it was found. It was a tough find as it seems the previous finders had covered it up way to well.
