Had a search this afternoon - couldn't find anything - and as the previous searcher noted, the steps and handrail beside the slide have been replaced.
Last found October 2018 - and that was just a logbook without a container. There was an active maintenance person earlier in the cache's life, but that person hasn't responded to a needs maintenance log earlier this year. Think it needs reviewer attention.

Looked arou d for a while. Coordinates not much help but nice to visit the park I played at as a kid
Driving past so thought it was a good time to have another look for this one - not so, there were a couple of kids by the slide this time too. And, looking at the recent logs, it seems to be gone. Could the CO please check?
My gosh, I haven't been to this park in YEARS, I used to love it.. the slides look a lot smaller than I remember!

Took the dog for a walk on the pretext of being helpful but it was really to grab some nearby caches

I've had a few tries here but finally got it. The views from the neighborhood make this very perilous.
A family using the slide - so walked down, walked back up, departed, Last one here was up in the shrubbery where it was out of view of the playground.
Out for an afternoon with the grandkids. Tidying up some stray caches. Some of them new ones in old spots. thanks to everyone we had a great trip around and about.
Busy little park. Lots of kids on the slide, got some odd looks from the mothers (grey haired guy in a kids park by himself). Went back later once they were gone and found the cache. Thanks

Was going through some geocaching withdrawals so I went out and nabbed a couple that have turned up nearabouts in the last little while. The CO isn't wrong, this is pretty straightforward, but I made it substantially harder than it should have been by not noticing the hint object. When I spotted it I knew immediately where it was. Cheers!
A quick easy find at a this playground, deserted except for a local cat which took great interest in our activities. TFTC

Big thank you to Isis58 for updating the geocache’s status. Unfortunately someone has nicked the actual cache and left the lid there. This is not tolerable. Not to worry, I have just updated it.
We had a picnic lunch here today in what my Grandson calls "the big slide park". I turned my phone on and what do you know there was a cache 13m away. Found what I thought was the hidey hole but it was empty then I found the cache lid another metre away but nothing else and I wasn't dressed for a full on search in the shrubs. So sorry this one needs a CO visit
Stopped here on the way to daughter’s hockey game. Quick find (second attempt but first try was in the dark). Picked up TB
A drizzly afternoon so I had the playground to myself. Took cover from the rain under the play equipment to sign the log. TFTC

A quick find in an oft-frequented park for La Rex Familia. Following the sage advice advice of a caching colleague, and in dire need of a marking break, a stroll was in order, and the cache was quickly in hand...TFTC!
After doing a nearby multi with eve07 we decided it was too dark to go to the final so as a dot day we came to get this one. eve07 left to sign the log for another day but as we left I did say that it was a wonder that no cache had been put here so thanks for UNCLE for the history of the place.
Thanks my 1200 find I seem to have lost some motivation to search. My son at a piano lesson so a quick walk to here. This playground is larger than I thought. Now a coffee while I wait.
Not far from work so a short detour on the way home and the container was quickly in hand. I've had a cache in this park myself and there's been one or two others over the years. Regrettably, they haven't lasted long. Lots of inquisitive kids play here and several houses have a grandstand view. Get it while it lasts!! TFTC.
Second to find.
Its always a concern when a newbie comes online and with less than 100 finds hides a cache. But I have to say that this was a well thought through hide. Container may not be water tight for the long term hide but if well maintained this will do well.
Have a FP for a good job well done.

(FTF) #125 @1809. Was about to go out when this came in It was a short detour on the way into town. It was an easy find I even thought about going back down on the slide but thought better of it. Lol. TFTC
Thought this might be my first FTF as it is very close to my house but sadly, no, two others had signed before me. Oh well, my first third to find!! Very pleased that there may be more to find up this way soon. TFTC!
