We werent to confident with this one after a number of DNF in this series but after seeing the difficulty rating we kinda thought it might be still there somewhere. So we searched for a good 15 minutes before I decided to revisit a spot we had both looked at but this time with a bit more attention to detail and then the cache was spott But even then I had to take a second look to make sure before making the call. We signed your log and returned your cache back to its place of hiding. Its always good to do a welfare check on one that hasnt been found for awhile and this chap hasnt been found for over 4 years. Happy to say the cache itself is doing great but unfortunately the log cant have the same said. The log was soaked through but still intact. I enjoyed the hunt for this one, favourite point coming up when the truck drops off a fresh batch. TFTC muskcat83 and janssej.
Oh wow! This was a big WOW! We found it! Or rather axell33 did. I had poked and prodded in the same spot with no luckwe went high and low for a good amount of time when axell made the find! So happy to revive this one! And with all intact! Made our mark and returned to its hiding spot. Thanks for the cache muskcat83.
Came out to start another great Civs series but unfortunately the area has been ravaged by fire! After 7 finds and 5 DNFs we decided to call it a day
Looked high and low, in and under in obvious spots but no luck today, again the area was very burnt out!
So sorry about the fires, you put such an effort into these!

Not having much luck with this series. Again it looks like a fire has gotten to this one.
Continuing my adventure with Everlasting. Thankfully she has a 4wd since the tracks were in far worse condition than on my previous visits. Thanks for the hide. We encountered many wet logs today which isn’t surprising given recent weather. This was the only one that was so badly disintegrating that Everlasting’s write in the rain pen ripped through it.
Accompany with K.B. the weather is very nice for us no wet day...
Enjoyed myself for the day with her company - mostly she found all caches before me
I enjoyed drive the car this area - loved bush land. [^]
Thanks muskcat83 for the cache and hunt. [^]

Log is wet. Well, there were so many places to look here, high and low. The GPS’er had me just off them and it was right. A cleverly constructed cache that was really well hidden in a less than obvious spot.
Probsty and I headed out into Civilisation land today. We made 28 finds and 2 DNF’s. Thanks muskcat83 and janssej for the series and another cracking day out in the Jarrahdale forest.

Took a bit of searching, GPS was jumping around so I searched too long in the “obvious” spot. TFTC
Found after a few minutes search. Gps accurate nice camouflage as it blended in well. Tftc
Spent a little bit of time looking for this one before I C Nothing spotted the well camoed hide. TFTH!
Had the day off, so out we went to do some of the Civilisation series. When we arrived we noticed a fire had been through there. OMG, but we decided to still tackle them. We found some and other's missing or fried. This series was really well put together, but was unable to complete it this time, but when fixed and up and running again, we'll be back to complete it.

I had a few hours spare this afternoon so thought I'd head back down here to (hopefully) finish the (current) Civilisation series. I had a number of blue faces to avenge from previous visits, happy to say that I managed to turn some of them yellow, but unfortunately I also added a few extra frowns to the map. TFTC
My GPS could not make up it's mind and went from one location to another, all with lots of potential hiding spots. Eventually it settled in an unlikely spot and even when staring right at the cache I nearly didn't see it as it blended in so well. TFTC.
Out and about today with Parkacruz and Team Bastholm, we managed 3 civilisation series and 3 FTF not a bad days work. TFTC and all the effort into placing these caches for our enjoyment
We headed out today with Neva2old and TeamBastholm to tackle some more of the Civilisation series, we had a successful day with only one DNF and 3 FTF’s, some fantastic innovative caches where found along the way with a mixture of easy finds to extensive searches required. We signed all logs either with our full caching names or PC, N2O and TB TFTC
Going stir crazy from not being able to get out and grab some smileys of late, I sought a leave pass to tackle some of the Civilisation caches and got the thumbs up from the missus. I targeted the Wonder Series and had a rather enjoyable time navigating the gravel roads picking up 18 finds and 3 DNF's in about 3 hours. Next time I'll be putting the long strides on, the March flies were pretty fierce if you stood still for too long.
Caching instincts drew me elsewhere here. It wasn't till I trusted the GPSr that I uncovered the hide.
muskcat83 I found your cache at 10:48am, this was the 8th of 20 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 4450. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Hi there muskcat83 - A day out geocaching for me meant that I had to have a look at the two remaining Civisation strings. This was a good day totalling 36 finds and 3l DNF's. All in all a great day in the Australian bush. The container and log are in good condition. Thanks to muskcat83 for this cache - our find #5384.
Out and about with richlink today to hunt down the latest offerings in the Civilisation caches.
We had a great day, we found some of the caches quite challenging but others were located quickly and we loved the themed cache containers.
Thanks for the search muskcat83, your efforts are much appreciated.

Beautiful day to be out caching as we set off with iluvtrekking down the tracks, back tracking here and there to complete the Wonder series. All found but some not without a bit of head scratching and frustration. Didn't find this one on our first attempt but thankfully uncovered when we back tracked to another section of caches. Thanks janssej & muskcat83
After dropping the geoboy at work early this morning, I headed down to Jarrahdale to make another dent in the Civilisation Series. These caches are such an asset to this area and I am privileged to live pretty close to the lot.
I Got a bit distracted by the big stuff here, but after trusting the co-ords made the find.
muskcat83 - SVKR_WA found your cache Civilisation – Wonder Series – The Pyramids at 08:24:04 on the 18 Nov 2017. This find brings our total finds to 2397.

Out and about with Mistraluna, to grab some smileys on the new Civilisation series. Good variety of different hides, and some of them proved to be real tricky, but we got there in the end. Lighthouse hide was my favourite one of them all. Thank you for the trouble of placing these hides. PS - we saw a snake too... just a python
Surprise!! Eliktrisiti came out of hiding and declared that she wanted to go geocaching again, something she said was probably never going to happen again - moved on, found a new love, outgrown geocaching, fed up with mint tins, nanos and sistemas after a coming back to Australia following a trip home to eastern Europe and seeing the effort that they go to over there when placing a cache. Anyway, she reneged, so I jumped at the chance of getting "out in the wilds of Australia" again with the wee lass. I chose this series because I knew there was going to be a good variety of hides that would keep us amused and on our toes. That and the chance of a cold beer and a bite to eat at the awesome Jarradale pub on the way home. And of course we weren't disappointed with either. We had a great day of it, nattering away, catching up on each others' news as we searched for these caches. Well done guys - great additions to the series - and a very enjoyable day out there. Thanks janssej & muskcat83 - you guys rock!

What a beautiful day, what wonderful company, what another great series.TFTC
Teamed up with PP2, m4yb and megawatt60 to tackle this latest civilisation installment. All logs were signed 'FRAMMP'. A fun morning of caching with good friends finished off with a yummy pub lunch at the Jarrahdale Tavern.
TFTC muskcat83, janssej this is find # 3518 for us.

Seeing these caches published had us formulating a plan to head out here for the latest Civilisation instalment. Another fantastic addition to the awesomeness that is geocaching in Jarrahdale!

Yet another Team COBWeb joint {*FTF*}. Determined not to be defeated we reunited once again to give this one another crack. Daylight does make things some much easier. Not surprised we didn't find this one in the dark, even in the daylight it didn't make itself known straight away. Another series completed and now I will eagerly await the next installment. ( Ok I have already found them, so I guess it's the CO who will await my next catch up, overdue logging afternoon). TFTC and Series. Janssej and muskcat83
*FTF* With Barnzy12, Cravo10, WebblyWA and Kristybelle
After coming out the other night and getting 27 joint FTFS and logging this as a DNF we all decided to meet up and give it another go. Its amazing in the daylight how you see things you didn't see in the dark. I can see now how we didn't find it the other night as this was a very sneaky hide that still took a few minutes of searching close to where we were searching before. TFTC muskcat83

**FTF** with OOH YEH kristybelle cravo10 and webblywa.
Eagle eyed mrs OOH YEH spotted this one. Can see how one would easily miss this in the dark, it was still a challenge during the daylight.
Special thanks to the civilisation crew for putting this series together, and glad to finally finish one of the series, still have a number of caches to get out this way from DNF and did not attempts from other goes at the series. Thanks

Our one and only DNF perhaps we are going blind in the night. Had a feeling there would be an elusive one. We will be back!
Since I don't go on Facebook Barnzy12 informed me about this series that was going to come out. I had already been out yesterday doing a round trip of about 350 kms to pick up 8 caches and I just sat down last night when the first one got published. On the phone straight away to Barnzy12 and we all agreed to meet up at the first cache. I think at this stage it was about 8pm and it proberly only took us 3.5 hours at night to complete with one very annoying DNF. I chose to be the driver and all logs were signed COBWeb to save time and space on the log sheets. Good variety of containers with some that took a while to find. We had one funny moment towards the end when I thought Cravo10 was back in the car and I drove off without him lol... Collected all the clues as we went along and as we forgot to bring paper Webblys arm was the notebook. The final was found and then it was time to head home. An enjoyable series TFTC janssej
