Found on a romantic date with my wife. A bit prickly and snaky getting to this one but fun anyway. TFTC
Found on our son's 27th birthday by the Aussie branch of Dobie's Pride. TFTC!
TFTC!A gloomy morning in the wetlands.Watched the ducks for awhile, they were quite amusing!Cache located and signed. Was a bit hard to be stealthy when the ground was covered in dry bark, but we tried our best. Thankfully there were no muggles around!
Fun walk found it but didn't bring a pencil, so I wasn't able to record it. Got to see a few ducklings on the walk.
Found it! Grabbed this one whilst also completing the nearby AdLab and multi-cache. Nice hide! TFTC!
Staying at Mt Barker cp. On our way to the WetLands AL picking up a few caches as well. Quick find. TFTC
Found by Mary and David at 13:20. Here doing the Ad Lab, and there are more! So good to see you and Onyx several times. An amazing Mega - you must be so proud. Good to have some shade and a breeze. Our thanks to hevwalker.
11:26Nearly there! one last day on the road, before The Great Leap Forward Event set up is in sight or maybe hearing! Laratinga wetlands is crtainly a peaceful place. **FEEDBACK TO CO** Future seekers may appreciate a fresh log here please. Thanks to hevwalker for hiding caches to be found en route to the Mega. 36589
Our plan was to visit the Laratinga Wetlands and find any caches we passed along the way.It wasnt until we were back in the car that we remembered to see if there was an Ad Lab available.and you guessed it, there was. Oh well.just an excuse to return another dayThe variety of birds to be seen here is astounding and the beautiful Superb Fairy Wrens are currently in prime breeding condition and were very eager to display their electric blue colours in several places along the trails. Many thanks for the hide in this beautiful area hevwalker
Definately an adventure, recommend doing this one during the day and not at night tftc
Collecting this cache at night made this more adventurous than needed. While wadding through waist high grass, fallen comrades hidden in the brush kept trying to bring down with them, but with torch in hand and determined breath, I searched where he lay and eventually found the caches hiding spot. I retrieved the cache and noted my presence before placing it back in its hiding spot, being cautious to avoid the remains of what must have been its fierce defender. TFTC
Nice easy find. Enjoyed the walk around the wetlands. Unfortunately forgot our pencil but pic for evidence. TFTC
Accurate coordinates led to me finding this one after a short search, nicely tucked away. -----SL-----TFTC
Today we drove on our road trip from Adelaide to Murray Bridge.
Not a long trip, but some beautiful spots to visit along the way.
We decided to stop here and take a walk around the wetlands, even though it was outrageously hot today. The Gumtrees and plantings from the nature groups here are beautiful, and the wetlands are definitely in good hands.
We found this one along our walk.
Thank you!

I was wandering around the Wetlands today and enjoying being out in the misty rain! I was also wearing my new shoes that I got for Christmas - this was a perfect cache to test to see if they were indeed waterproof (good news - they are). I carefully made my way to GZ and looked around for the cache. Turns out I chose the wrong side to start with. Got there in the end. TFTC hevwalker
Out for a days caching before Trail06 around Mount Barker.
A bit of a bush bash got us to the cache.
All caches found were in good order unless otherwise noted.

Out exploring on a mystery picnic that led us to these wetlands. Quick stroll around and a few finds before continuing on to the next location. TFTC
Sunny skies this morning so I was keen to get out the house and make the most of it before the afternoon change rolls in.
I targeted the Mt Barker area which has plenty of unfound caches on my map.
This was my first visit to Laratinga wetlands. Great walking trails, lots of bird life and of course a good handful of caches.
All caches found were in great condition.
Thanks for the cache hevwalker.

Cache checked. Still in place. Logbook okay. Please remember to cover the cache so it is out of plain sight. Thanks
There are so many majestic trees in Laratinga and certainly this one is very mighty. An easy find on a beautiful day, thanks!
Full time nomads exploring SA. Mr Felix headed out on his bike this morning to tackle some caches. Once he returned we hopped into the Geo Cruiser to attempt some more.

Thanks for the cache! Took a couple of looks before we found it found while birding at the wetlands
This evening, I travelled to Mount Barker to visit Laratinga Wetlands (including for an organised event), find a few suburban geocaches, as well as to complete the *Hills Sculpture Trail* Adventure Lab. I really enjoyed the wetlands and it appeared to be quite popular with visitors. The geocaches visited around the area seemed to be mixed with success.
This cache had me searching for a bit, and eventually uncovered the cache container. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks hevwalker for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

I reckon I know where this is but being a hot day and looks to be deep could be snakes here so it's a no from me
Came for an adventure with the geo-pup.
Found while gathering info for a nearby multi.
Such a lovely wetland. TFTC!
(Sorry for the extremely late log)

What a big tree although the one still growing on the edge of the road was much bigger. Thanks.
A nice walk around the wetlands with Sir Specter and mogni after the breakfast event this morning. TFTC hevwalker
Fallen indeed. I did two laps and poked around a lot before making a simple find. Thanks for the cache
TFTC.
Quick find by my talented 10 year old.
Thanks for helping me trick my children into going for a walk.

Quickest find of the day. Bit wet today but good to be out of the house finally.
A caching day had been planned with Doctor Owl and it was decided that we would come down to Murray Bridge for a couple of new caches, then head out to a couple of solved puzzles and find any others that we came across heading back to Mount Barker. [^]
A great day of finding caches, driving some wonderful back roads, walking and climbing trees, and by the time we had finished we were both tired but very pleased with what we achieved.
We knew where the cache would be as we walked towards GZ and the "fallen" is very big, but it didn't take too long to find the cache tucked nicely in its hide.
Thanks for the cache hevwalker.

A great day out with Wal&Ol up around Mt Barker. Thanks for showing us this great place, TFTC!
Aussie Day holiday outing with Pony1966. Continuing the lovely walk on a sunny day. TFTC
Thank you for the hide. Must have been very old to be that big.
Old school GPS had coordinates out by 20 meters. New phones by 10 meters. Oldest phone had it at 2 meters.
