Have to agree with previous comments about this cache being a good hide and well made. Waited for some muggle dogs and owners to go past before looking for and finding this cache. Thanks for the effort put into this cache. FP for the construction.
Found with Templeton Team! This one had us looking everywhere. Such a clever hide. Definitely gets a favourite from me!!
I love a gadget cache, and I love the effort that went into this one. Very clever, Clever Monkey!Thank you for the fun!
Very cool cache design and placement you are a Clever Monkey. Lots of thought and effort gone into the design well done and applauded for your effort. TFTC
EPIC HIDING SPOT!!! AMAZING WOAH LOVED IT YES WOOHOO YIEWWWWWPS. No angry huntsman guarding today
TFTC - it's being guarded by a big brown spider, so I think I'll skip the signing part. Might need a spray?Clever all the same
Spent the weekend around mansfield and did a heap of caching on the way home to the south.Perfect weather for the weekend too.Saw lots of great things and found some really cool caches.A really cool hide this one and gets a favourite from me.Had to be quick as a heap of horses were coming down the track.
Found with LittleBoss2 and Geo the puppy as we head to a weekend in Mansfield. I've driven past this too many times. Thanks again Clever Monkey, adding to the faves
Found with Bogonghazy and Geo pup. Impressive cache. Thanks clever monkey for placing the geocache
Couple of Finnish vanlifers traveling around this beautiful Australia with Matilda the campervan. Stopping here and there to enjoy life without any plans. After getting everything set up and visiting some friends, Mntti1 and I began our travels few months ago. After visiting Melbourne and Great Ocean road we started slowly making our way towards Myrtleford and hop harvest season. On our way we stopped here also. Good thing we did because this was fun little hide, Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the clever hide and awesome spot. Came down for the museum, kids loved the GZ.
Very very clever! While Im busy looking this way, TBS is the other way holding the cache in his hand. A bit of a moment. Definitely a favourite point hereTFTC
Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!While Jo2022AUS searched one side of the rail trail, I was lucky enough to search the correct side. I was looking in each nook and cranny until I spotted something different and when I put my hand on it, I was blown away. I slid it out and then I had to work out how to access the log. Once that was sorted I stood there with the log in hand while Jo2022AUS continued to search. She eventually looked up, rolled her eyes and laughed. Awesome hide, fav point from me just like most people as it's so well deserved for the effort put into to making and installing this contraption. TFTC
Stopped in Alexandra for lunch and was checking out the town because we hadn't visited before. This cache attracted our attention with all its favorites. The GPS had us looking in the wrong spot, so we broaden our search. Finally, after about 20 minutes (luckily there was no one about so we had the place to ourselves to search) it was spotted. Filled in the log and replaced it then a large dead branch fell right where we had been standing. Might not have been fatal but it would have hurt if we were still there! Ah the risks of geocaching! A fav from me for the effort that has gone into this cache.TFTC
Very clever. The bike repair station nearby is a great idea. Had a quick look around at the machinery. Very interesting. Tftc.
We were travelling homeward after a holiday in Beechworth with family.
What a ripper !! We searched for quite a while with one idea stuck in our heads. Trying a different tack, the cache was revealed. Oh so ingenious. ?? A favourite point, thanks Clever Monkey.

Wandered around looking at the Old Museum first, then tackled this cache. A bit disoriented at first we soon changed direction and hit upon this ingenious creative hide. One of a kind, never seen anything similar. ??It hits a high note and gets a fave pt from us! ??Well done and thanks Clever Monkey ??
Such a @Clever_Monkey. Such a clever cache and our first one in Alexandra - we chose a good one. Thanks for the fun. Now to do more in and around the area.
Ha! This took way longer than it should. Very cute. FP+1 for ingenuity. TNLN-TFTC! Now back to town for more trucks, Ute's, rods & general red-neckery fun.

Alex truck show was grouse but this was even better now for a ride on the train no pen
Found this cache while traveling through this area on holidays.
Loved this sneaky find that took us a little while to locate. When we did we were really proud with ourselves we succeeded.
We will be giving this one a favorite point.

Wow. A fair bit of time and effort has certainly gone into this one. Definitely deserves a favourite here. Thanks so much.
In the area for Easter and walking around Alexandra today. It’s a lovely town. Wow, what a clever hide! Favourite point from us!
Clever monkey has gone to a lot of effort creating this it is so beautiful definitely getting a fav point TFTC find number 39
This was super clever! Eventually found by Geohubby. So pleased we stopped for this one. Favourite point from us. TFTC
Thanks for the cache Clever Monkey, this is my fourth time here looking for this cache, my observation skills are not so good, I'm hardly the clever monkey more like the Dopy Baboon. This cache inspires me some new ideas for my own caches. It's a favourite point from me. Regards from Victourer
with a previous finder but they made me do the search, was thinking outside the box but didn't find until i was looking for something else, a well done cache, tftc
This one had us looking for a while but with some persistence and hints from previous logs we eventually found it while avoiding muggles. Very good hide.
Our phone had us searching the info board nearby. I nice quick find once we broadened our search area. Nice carpentry skills!
Found with Tankengine and Youban.
We are in the area and caching for a couple of days. The flooding is real and the rain patchy, but we stayed safe and sensible and had a great day.
This cache: Wow, that was well constructed, love it. Tftc!!!

Out & about on the lovely sunny ️ public holiday. Thought we’d stop here & try & find this cache that has so many favourites. Well it didn’t disappoint! Fantastic hide! And it didn’t take us long for Geohubby to spot it.
TFTC Favourite from us!

TFTC - found with joalamumma whilst out on a geo hunt getaway. Great cache, love the creative ones..
My friends and I have come up to Yarck for a friendship weekend away, or the so called Jolly January Jetaway. We had come into Alexandra for coffee and some food, and I of course checked the app. I saw this cache (and all its favourite points) and was intrigued. I dragged my partner down here and set to finding the geocache. There were a few muggles around, but none in close proximity. We checked the wrong structure for a while to no avail. I suggested we try the other side, and the started noticing some interesting shapes. Inside one was the cache and it’s mechanism. What an amazing way of getting the cache in and out, a method I had never seen! Very impressed, the spot was perfect. Thanks Clever Monkey
Really clever, one of our favourites, out finding a few caches in area with friends. Lots of fun!
So with Metro Melbourne folks being allowed to go past their front lawn these days it was time to catch up with some very good friends we haven’t seen most of the year other than through our phones.
We headed to Alexandra as this was the half way point for all of us.
After a good time at the local playground the kids were roped into doing a couple of caches before we said our goodbyes.
This was number 2 find. It was the closest of the ’gadget’ caches in town so we headed in over.
We started our search on the wrong structure, removing a number of cobwebs before moving onto the next.
It was our muggle friend Jannae who found the cache and we all were quite impressed by the neat execution of the hide. Certainly worthy of all the favorite points, and I’m giving it another one.

Unable to find this one with tassie expat today. Read through the past logs but still with no luck. Thanks anyway.
WOW! Once we came to the right place we found it quite quickly!! Well worthy of all the favourite points, and definitely worth another so well constructed and very cool! TFTC signed and replaced
Really clever little hide. Beautiful day for a walk. Careful of muggles passing by
I had visited this cache almost a year ago, but I signed it under my team name back then. Well now I am here today to sign it again. I would come to visit this cache a 1000 times over as I like the ingenuity of it. One of those caches you never forget.
In the Alexandra area for the weekend, noticed the CMGC series, and being a sucker for a good gadget cache, this series was a must ... we arrived at GZ, along with a muggler on her saddle not moving anywhere until her muggler friend arrived on her saddle 5 mins later ... phew ... finally an opportunity to search, wasn't too long before the neat hide was located and log signed, earns a FAV point from us, TFTC Clever Monkey ... (only 1 left now in the unarchived series to complete, would have been awesome to be able to have solved the complete series in it's prime, hope you get some motivation to revive Clever Monkey)
I felt like exploring Alexandra and doing a bit of relaxed caching today And as Star the Geo-car has been cleaned prior to servicing, and wanted to admire the shiny paintwork for at least a few days That means staying out of the forest Shady little town and may come back here sometime.
Wish I’d brought my MTB down south but would have been awkward to travel with I looked everywhere then settled into a more systematic search. Something unusual caught my eye and when I touched it the logbook fell out Actually had more trouble getting it back in correctly. The was spotted but not near the hide. This is a great location with all the train parts
TFTC Clever Monkey Dropping a FAVE here, very cache.

Coming back through Alexandra on our way to Healesville and of course time for a few caches.
A very tricky little hide, took a good few attempts before we located gz and cache. TFTC

Yes, you are a clever monkey . After spending some time in the wrong place, had a rethink and considered all previous logs and the name of the cache and yippee . Thank you.
Took a little while to suss out the many places this one could have been hiding. After checking everything out I started to look for things that looked out of place, differences. Soon enough, the well constructed cache was found and log signed. Another favourite point for this great cache!
Great to get a few days off before Christmas to just escape and chill. The email inbox will be over flowing no doubt….. oh well. Went out on a little adventure with Trailstevo to collect a number of cache that have eluded me and I never have time to stop when passing though. Left home at 6am and made our way to Yea for an early morning coffee, YEA!! Did some homework at the local fossil Earthcache and proceeded to make our way along the rail trail stopping for a number of short walks collecting smiley faces as we go. At one point I found myself accidently driving down the trail, but wasn’t brave enough to turn that into a major event for the day. We continued on to Yarck, and the down to Alexandra for an Egg and Bacon roll and the second coffee of the day. 10am now. WE had been collecting clues for a local multicache which has now made us do a detour and collected 5 unplanned cache on that route….oops. Then back to the plana and we made our way to the Maintongoon Bushland reserve for a bit of puffing and blowing up the hill. So many grass seeds! Friggen things! Will have to mow my boots tomorrow! Then one last stop at the look out across the lack and back home for 2pm. Was a great little adventure. Thanks to all the CO’s for the fun. Some great cache in this area, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Fun cache. Fav. Many cache owners are already aware: As per Groundspeak guidelines, I am claiming find because physically found under TeamOzcat. I undertake this not for disinterested statistical purposes, but because of inability to revisit this cache, and/or because it's so damn confusing when viewing the local district geocache maps. I sincerely thank all CO's for time and effort in placement of their caches. Cheers Reg.
Wow, what a beauty, we haven't seen one as good as that before. Got a fave from us
Out for a weekend around Taggerty with Dalerious doing a bit of caching, a lot of admiring of scenery and even more trying to stay dry with the constant rain.
This had the potential to take ages to find as there were no shortages of spots for a container. I think we may have fluked it though and had our name in the log in no time.
Great idea for a hide and great execution.

Found it after looking in the wrong spot great hide could not get into the log book as ants have made a home
Found but highly ant infested! Might have to come back and destroy the nest. Neat cache though!
Today I was scheduled to have a work conference at the Grand Prix, however it was pretty obvious that is wasn't going ahead. As such I went bush instead. This was the seventeenth of 28 caches I found today.
Third time looking for this one. The second time, the whole family came to assist. Oddly, my GPS was about 10 meters away each time, but this time I did a detailed search of everything in the area. Eventually I found something that just wasn't right. It was a little bit stuck but I soon had the log file in my hands. Very interesting hide and well done.
Thanks for the cache Clever Monkey

Beautifully constructed!! Thanks for the container and taking us to the history of the rail trail!
Another great cache - except for the giant spider that popped out. Enjoying your caches. TFTC
