Out west today to watch the footy finals out at the Blacktown International Sports Park and also for a dinner later in the evening with friends. I had time to spare in between the two and decided to do a few caches. The first was 'Deborah Wicks Park' (GC57PFM) in Blacktwon, which was an easy find but a not so easy retrieval. Next up was 'Featherdale' (GC17JA3) in Doonside, which was a quick find, despite a group of curious muggles sitting at the nearby bus stop. Back in Blacktown, my final stop was 'It’s More of a HQ than a home' (GC7F56E) and the father of the Cache Owner sprung me in the front yard. It appears the cache has disappeared, as I received confirmation I was searching in the right area but there was no largish sized cache. I will message the Cache Owner to see if they can take a look. Thanks For The Caches to the respective Cache Owners.

We feel uneasy doing these type of caches but fortunately it was a quick find. TFTC
Drove up and had no idea i was going to be placed in someone’s front yard. Yep, awkward, alright. Took me a bit to understand the hint, ah, more in the middle of the 2nd of 3. Grabbed the pretty weighty container, SL and returned, thanks Hamertime_94
I'm slowly making my way to my gaol of 2000 at the event at Easter so this was a local one I had not had a chance to grab. Im not to keen on front yard ones but found it quickly and took it back to the car to complete. I was hoping for a TB but there was none to be found. Tftc and another smiley.
10/3/18. Cache #5535.
2nd of 4 for the day.
Catching up on old logs from weeks ago, so sorry it's not a very detailed log.

Front yard caches, wasent sure about this one. Lots of muggle activity here as there’s a school close by. Eventually got to the cache and duties done. TFTC
Great cache. Always a little scary going into someone front yard Someone was working on his car when we arrived, which turned out to be the CO. Lovely to meet you. Master Q found a nice wrist band in the cache and was super happy with it.

A nice quick find today with no one about. I’m not sure if I like these types of hides. I like the pressure and the challenge but hate the thought of getting busted by a neighbour... TFTC!
Don’t like doing house caches when the neighbor is watching. I left quickly.

Found the house, now what are the three. Found in the middle of the middle. It was suitably camoed for its placement.

Came in on a sunny morning with TeamNormal and a foreignnebula, snuck into the area and grabbed the cache, quickly signed it and decided against a loot grab (long day ahead) - cache was quickly replaced and we popped off for more caching! Thanks for the hide!
Hot day, no one outside. Easy find.
But then i had to linger in the heat to sign and return the cache.
Thanks for the cache.

I figured out what the hint meant, but it still took a paf to lead me to the actual spot at that location.
Found with WaywardWoman on our way to the Geocaching NSW Christmas event (a slight detour!) Good hint and coords made for a quick find. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
#4407- thomo31 and I were on our way to the Geocaching NSW Xmas event. After our obligatory breakkie at Mcd on the M4, I suggested we grab this one. Spot on info made for a quick easy find. Then on our way again.

After various other domestic duties, including grocery shopping with the Geowife, I went out late for a few finds. Decided on two recent placements around Blacktown.
Got both, despite issues at each. And possibly the issues at the first were made worse by those at the second. Owwwwww.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Yep. It's always uncomfortable searching in a front yard. And what if you accidentally search the one next door? Luckily that wasn't a problem this afternoon, but evidence of the residents was obvious - front door open and some items in the drive indication work on a car...
So went for the hint to shorten the search.
Still took a few minutes to locate the container and made the grab - just as a spider jumped off.
Completed signing duties a bit away - between a hedge and a car for some cover, then back for the replace.
And that's where the problem arose. As I replaced the container I had a sharp pain in my finger. That's when I spotted the wasp nest right at GZ. One of the little blighters got me.
So back to the car and kept the pain a bay by sticking my finger next to the aircon vent. Perhaps I should have checked the first aid kit in the boot...
The CO needs to fix this ASAP before it gets really big. And I'll add a NM log accordingly.

Another episode of “Good Times with Pete and Ris” was recorded here on Periscope. This was a quick find as Pete had previously found the cache. CO was out the front and so we had a quick chat with him before moving down the road to record our adventures. SL #3373 on streak day #1972 TFTC
How much more awkward does this feel? Imagine what the neighbours are going to think? This was not a fun cache. TFTC.
Even though the description made it clear this is placed with permission, I felt uncomfortable!?!

Joint F2F with Frazel saw this pop up this morning whilst grocery shopping, once we got home.... Still no finds.... Hmm let's head out. Literally 2 minutes after finding and signing some fellow cachers started rolling in. Now it's a party!!!! Tftc
Found, missed FTF by 3 minutes, then Snoopy & Dave8153 arrived soon after me.
Almost called it an event.

Joint FTF with Ashley.Kate. We received notification of this early today but as we were at shop not near here we thought we would have to miss out on this but kept our eye on it thought mmm still no find so let’s go. Turned up to GZ but felt strange searching for this one, wasn’t long before we made found and just as we were putting back Contact Pete showed up then some more catchers turned it. We could have started a street party event. Log signed and happy with FTF honours,
