Can I squeeze in one more cache before my meeting at 1pm? Moving away from HQ and getting to GZ I can feel the time ticking, but it was quick find in a pretty garden with lots of jacaranda around me. Thanks for the cache and the power walk. Work calls.
First catch pretty extravagant find cant wait to do some more see you guys next time. Peace out
A few finds somewhere far from my usual haunts. Grey overcast evening near the harbour. Spotted and signed the standalone log on top of another. Quick find with thanks to AussiePam.
TFTC, also our first cacheps. we noticed that the cache is broken on the corner and a bit damp
I had to come to the city today to collect my new passport, so figured I'd make a day of it and stop for a few caches on my train trip back to the Central Coast.A straightforward find here while making my way from Milsons Point to North Sydney station. I emptied some water from the cache but the logsheet is dry with plenty of space for more finders to add their moniker. Thanks for creating this cache AussiePam ... and for the interesting titbits about the area's history.
Tricky clue was more amongst logs but easy to find. No pencil so wasnt able to sign the log (and we didnt have our own).
Quick find near my hotel. Its a plastic box now, not a mint tin. Thanks for adding a smiley to my day.
A walk in the rain after visiting Sydney for a wedding. We didnt have a Lenin u so took a photo.
A short walk from a nearby job just completed. Easy find with no one about. Makes the original container a little moot but Im sure I cant double log here! All dry inside. TFTC
Finishing a nearby lab cache and strolled over to this one to have a closer lookTftc
yo dawg, i heard you liked signing logs so i put a geocache IN ur geocacheTFTC!! ive never been down these little side streets before so this was a lovely walk
First geocache of the year!! There where 2 cache containers idk why but only signed the blue one.
# #6,880 #----------After heading out to find Lane Cove, I made my way back towards North Sydney to do a couple caches here before walking over the bridge to the other side. This one was a bit muggle heavy as plenty of people were getting ready for New Years Eve. Cache was found without any distractions or problems though. TFTC!!! ----------> All geocaches are signed as mmmPIZZA or mPZ
What do you do when you have a non-refundable flight credit to use before the end of the year and nowhere in particular that you need to go? You can always do as I did... fly into Sydney for the day and go geocaching! Of course, you probably want to pick a better day that I ended up with... what a stinker in was... 39... but I didn't know that when I booked my flights. Still, I made the best of it as I could... visiting Mascot, Maroubra Beach, Bondi Beach and Watsons Bay by bus, and then ferry into the Circular Quay and finally train back to the airport... making great use of the Opal card daily cap. In the process I had a great time, went to some places I had never been to before, did a couple "touristy things"... and found a few caches as well.Having spent my morning and a chunk of the afternoon out at the eastern beach suburbs, I took a ferry to Circular Quay and then walked across the Bridge like a tourist... and found the Multi that starts in the middle of it... and ends on this side of the Harbour (that's not giving away any secrets, the Multi tells you that itself). Now that I was over here I decided that I wanted to find at least one cache while I was here... and this turned out to be it. Thanks **AussiePam** for the cache.
Last one on the north side, before I enjoyed my ride back across the bridge...this time WITH the north easterly breeze. TFTC
Found, with shaneo58. We came down from Newcastle on the train, Nice quick find with the hint, also stopped to have our lunch here.Signed log and Cache replaced as found.**Thanks For The Cache** AussiePam.This makes the 8th cache of 8 for today making a grand total of 4273 at 12:22PM on this Thursday the 2nd of November in the Year 2023
A quick find today with good coords and a nice hint. Also a nice spot to have some lunch. TFTC AussiePam.
Having spent the night at the nearby harbourview motel, we had a few hours to fill in before our flight back to Hobart so decided to do some caches in the local area. What a beautiful little hidden spot. Thanks for bringing us here. Tftc!
Greetings from Ireland - this is a generic log for now until I return home / have WiFi - I want to log all finds now so I don't forget them.
FPs will be awarded at the time of this log (where applicable) so I don't forget them.
Umm I wonder if there are two containers? The one I found had it's last signature on 17/06/22... weird!

Day 2: Lane Cove and North Sydney
Today’s plan was to strike north of the Harbour for two main reasons: to get the Lane Cove Virtual and to find a Letterbox cache in Sydney. The weather was lovely today, and despite walking almost 25k steps, it really didn’t feel like it, and I return to the city a really happy cacher

First cache after alighting from North Sydney station, and this was a rather pleasant walk through the neighbourhood. It would have been very difficult to find without a hint, as I really don’t like rummaging through the greenery, especially those planted as nice as this one. The cache is remarkably well hidden, and all is good and dry here. TFTC!

Day 1 of training in Sydney for 4 days. Found any excuse to wonder along and find a few caches. These houses must be worth a mint. I enjoyed the … house watching as we walked. Makes a change from people watching.
TFTC. Found with muggle Kiely.

Pretty quick find but needed to find gaps between pedestrians walking along the street even at night

It took a bit of searching and thinking as the object in the hint was itself rather camouflaged, I initially started searching closer to the mail box. Log is in good condition. TFTC
Another early morning walk find while staying with friends in Milsons Point. Took a stab on the location and was thankfully right. TFTC!
We walked down to the ferry wharf after dinner, this one was a fairly quick catch. TFTC
(2 of 2 today)
After a find or two late in the day, so headed just north of our state capital to make a few finds. In the end I went for three, but only found two of them. Not sure if the DNF was AWOL (there was vandalism at GZ) or just too good.
Had to go out late as I was having a pleasant lunch out with the Geowife.
But the finds were good. I'll take then!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Actually got a parking spot right next to the park, for a quick walk in.
Assumed GZ and waited for the muggles to walk by before a quick search turned up the prize.
Signed, replaced and time to head home.
My it's getting so dark so quick now.

What a great spot. Loved it. Waited until the postman unlocked the nearby post box, then swooped. Took the container to the park bench, completed the administration and just quietly sat for quarter of an hour soaking in the atmosphere. Excellent typical Sydney house behind us. Just love them them as well. Many, many thanks to the CO for directing us off the beaten track a little to this wonderful little oasis.
The log was dry in its bag, but the cache container itself was very wet inside. Have emptied it of water and reseated with fingers crossed that this will keep it drier. TFTC

What to do after the rain on a Saturday evening? Some creepy after dark North Sydney caching of course!
Finished off the Basketful of Blues AL which has taken the tribe about four visits to this neck of the woods to complete, and kept wandering to this sneaky green space, another lovely little nook that you'd never visit without a cache being placed here.
Accurate coords made for a good find after waiting for some suspicious looking muggles to pass by. SL and replaced as found - cache is in good condition, a bit damp but very signable.
Thanks for the cache AussiePam, you are the Queen of the North Sydney Oasis! ️

Back to Sydney for daughter's work, but there's always time for caching with the family.
Walking back towards the ferry when we noticed this one.
Nice quick find.

Spending a long weekend in Sydney catching up with an old friend from Germany who is here on business. My last visit to Sydney was 25 years ago which was before geocaching so lots of geocaches to keep me entertained.
Glorious weather and lots of good quality caches.
Thanks for the cache AussiePam.

Like previous finders, found a blue plastic container above the mint tin. Caching from Minnesota,USA.
With 9 more LGA’s needed to claim a ACT challenge I’d signed a couple of years ago I hired an ebike for the afternoon and set off on a big loop around the Parramatta River.
Last one of the targets on this side of the bridge before heading south. Thanks AussiePam for creating and placing this for us to enjoy.
