Was walking past when I saw this lovely wee corner reserve and thought that this would be a likely spot for a geocache - looked it up and I was apparently on top of it. A nice quick find, tftc
Down in Christchurch for a few days and finding some caches. Great spot here and didn’t take too long thankfully TFTC
Nice one to end my day on Bridle with. And I love this song!
We all get that feeling when we approach GZ and see heaps of rocks. How many hidey holes am I going to have to stick my hand in? Not the case here! Very intuitive hide.
Lovely wee area. I wonder how long the neighboring building has been shuttered.

Jumped out of car and grabbed this while LittleTan was waiting but forgot pen so took photo. Tftc.
A nice easy find after a couple of failed attempts nearby.
Another lovely spot- the daffodils are out in the area which makes it extra nice

After two DNF in the area, we were happy to put our hand on this one. The log was wet, but still able to write on it. Easy find, thanks for taking us to this nice little place. Not sure if it was a house or a park before the quake, but the landscaping is nicely done.
Warm up hike over the Bridle Path for an upcoming trip to the Ōrongorongo Valley. TFTC and it filled in a gap on my 43 south challenge - bonus!!
Came past and stopped for this cache as doing a daily challenge. Read this description and for some reason the song was singing in my head the whole time. Love the hide and awesome front door. A fav from us, such a lovely wee spot. Thanks for this cache busy paws.
Quickly found on a short caching tour of the slopes of the Heathcote Valley. TFTC!
Until the viral lockdown is lifted, my geocaches are disabled. Any logs will be deleted. DO NOT Geocache currently.
I found this on the way down from finding GCKDAR Morgan’s Valley with NosyNel and Jude_E. We had a great adventure. TFTC.

* 20 years since New Zealand had the very first geocache hidden outside of USA.
* And it's 2020 - all the 20s!
Talk to your geo-friends and start planning to be part of [this event](http://nzmega.com) - you won't want to miss it!

Had a great day out and about caching in Canterbury, many thanks to all the cache placer's.Thanks Bitsprayer
Found on a caching journey into Mid Canterbury today with Bitsprayer and Erninz. All caches found in good condition. Really enjoyed the challenge and the many hours spent on the puzzles caches to unravel the coordinates. Also great to travel along the many roads in the area. Many thanks to the various cache owners for placing and maintaining their caches. TFTC
GeoFoxy has arrived and staying with me so took her out today for some caches - this was one on our way back home. Had to wait for two muggles to walk past before heading up to get it. Almost had an accident after finding and signing as one of the tiles on the steps was loose and I managed to control myself enough not to face plant.
Oh the evil webs we weave. So many choices. Where do start. Thank you for a fun fund.
Easy find on a muggle-free circuit of Morgans Track. Thanks and cheers from Grandalf(2556)
I know this song. I guess ABBA could do no wrong at the time so many of the B sides were gems as well. A quick find once the GPS settled down for me and I worked out which way to walk. Very quiet here. TFTC busy paws.
Another cold and wet day, I had a couple of hours up my sleeve before meeting up with my sister in town so decided on a few caches in Kaiapoi before heading to Ferrymead for a look at some in that general area. No major problems. 13 found for the day, a couple of multis thrown in. Thanks to all COs.

Easy stop and grab after getting myself lost in the mountains. Tftc from the !
I focused on the wrong side for a while but found eventually after widening search area. Tftc, a nice reserve.
Spotted the colour coming down. Great find with my 8 yr old. Lost our pen - so here is the photo. Thanks
7877. Out geocaching this afternoon with three grandchildren - Reuben (10), Genevieve (7) and Joel (5). We knew where to go as I have geocached in the area before. Genevieve was the lucky one who found it this time. Thanks for the good cache. Rodney.
Sorry for the late logging. I had a great day driving around by myself finding caches to get the souvineers and work towards my MGSc, but not so much logging each of them. The plan was to find as many of the remaining Fresh Breath caches that I hadn't got the previous Saturday as well as any extras that I went past before heading into Christchurch for this event.
After the event I still wanted to find a few caches before heading home. As I don't get over this side of town I had a look to see what I could find in the dark. I thought this one was perfect as I listened to an Abba cd in the car on the way here. Almost didn't find it but was feeling rather stuborn and had another look and found it.
Thanks for the cache.

Found in the great Wall of Morgan. Log sheet was full so I did the honours by adding a sheet of waterproof paper. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. Team Broadbent aka TB (prev known as BJ25). Find # 1755
TFTC. A new spot for me to cache in. That is one of the reasons I love caching. Such a grand set of steps for this little park.
Thanks buzy paws for placing the cache.

Had a plan to knock off a few caches in the area. Needed to clear the head too. Lovely wee jaunt and knocked off a few.

Returning from walking the bridal path I picked up a few caches on the way home Tftc!
#15755. We often struggle with rock wall caches, but this one turned out to be easy to spot. TFTC.
Found with StreetWalker on a dismal Saturday afternoon. We both needed some finds for statistical reasons and quite a few caches had popped up in the Heathcote area since our last time here.
I stopped and looked at a few spots while waiting for the numbers to countdown, while SW stopped, reached down and found it in the first place he looked. Doesn't always happen like this with rocky hides. TFTC.

I stopped earlier and was about to go searching when the heavens opened and it poured down, there was no way I was going to get out in that so I drove up the road. I hadn't got far and it stopped so did a couple of other caches and came back. I always seem to have trouble with rock wall caches so I'd expected it to be hard but found it quickly. TFTC busy paws

A nighttime walk for the dog and myself. Yes, it was a reserve before the quakes, but not that long, as it was put in with the subdivision. TFTC.

Found on a dog walk. There's always that sigh when you near a GZ and see many rocks whilst reading that the hint is something 'rocky' as well
Anyway, this one was found in a jiffy.
I had not heard about the Rock Me song by ABBA though. I would not call it well-known. In fact, according to the music tracking site I use "Rock Me" is in 50th place, sorted by how many times the songs have been played. And I don't think they had more than 90-100 or so songs released in total.

Mum & I decided to have a day out together - and it ended up being a rather productive day!! A whole bunch of caches, some op shopping, some foraging, excellent!
Cache number two. And baby had just fallen asleep - perfect time to try get a whole bunch in! They were luckily all pretty straight forward, and with more wild sweet fennel about also!
Haven't been able to go caching with baby in car in forever as she usually gets upset in the car! So this was a nice change - although she did then scream on the way home! Haha.

Great day with daughter and granddaughter caching and op-shopping! We managed ti find more we hoped for, which is always a good thing! And we even collected some fennel around gz here. TFTC!!
Thankfully the sun is out and the ground isn't too soggy. Once again I have no paid work. So I decided to go geocaching.
I parked the car near gz and walked along to the geocache. I have never been in this area before.
