Nice old cache with the books and little toys. Pretty nice and nicely maintained.
Yes its rare to find a large cache these days! Happy to have stumbled over this one! Was looking forward to lots of musical artefacts but only found a kazoo The books are a nice tough though, very cool ^_^Signed and returned as found; TFTC!
I was down finding caches in the area today and noticed this large, so just had to come and find it. my gps had me a little away at first but after expanding my search the cache was quickly spotted, not sure how muggles don't see it. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Another one of several finds to keep my streak going. Really easy to narrow down, given the size of the outer container. A nice discovery somewhere new with geospouse Graubunden, TFTCPicked up two TBs: Ned Flanders and Purple Kangaroo! And dropped off two trackables: Rakkertjes geluk and Charleston Tag.
Probably the biggest cache ive ever found! Gps coords were off so i spent a while looking in the wrong area, then the right area but wrong side, then finally had a walk around a bit more and found it. Tftc
Walked straight over it, nice camo! Seen it on my way out of a bit of bush hunting. Love a large container TFTC
After finding all of the nearby caches on the other side of the M2, I doubled back and crossed over here. I drove to the end of the road and was concerned about the cars parked at the end possibly blocking the path. I initially attempted this cache from the other side after walking through the tunnel but deduced that involved too much bushbashing.Luckily the cars were not an issue, because the cache was RIGHT there. In the open, no camo. I signed the log, and then tried to add as much camo as possible. TFTC and the large.
Had a brief look, but couldn't locate the cache. Didn't have much time today to expand the search area. I'll be back another time!
Found it easily, trees made it a bit tricky to find on map but found it in the end
Nice big container, easy find. Cool treasures including books. Made a couple of little swaps and SL.

You have to love a large cache that is easy to find, although there was a dead possum on the way in. Signed the log and retreated, along with iloo4geo. Thanks for this cache go to Alephroom.
The cache was found with goingplaces2, in the obvious place. All contents are good and dry with plenty of room on the log. Lovely to find a generous size cache. TFTC.
Wow, what a fun and challenging cache! I was almost going to give up but spotted it right before I was about to leave. Who would have thought a large cache would be hard to spot?
Highly reccomend for those of you who love some good bush bashing!!!

My first impression was "Oh no, lantana everywhere", but in the end it was not as bad!
A good find of this large box!

My buddy DN and I found this one after 2 failed attempts elsewhere, I left a present of my own that takes me back to my youth. TFTC - Mapman
Nice big box with books; almost a street library.

Coming out to find this Cach on a Sunday afternoon when we got there we could already see it! We moved the cach behind a bit more shrub. TFTC
Found today after beautifying tiaragirl. Quick find with nobody about. Area quite overgrown from the wettest year on record.
We were looking for a streetside cache to make a quick find and chose this one as the D/T rating suggested it would be quick for the kids.
When we rocked up near GZ we were a bit worried as it seemed to be in dangerous territory for a family with a sleeping baby and a lack of shoes. With Dad's urging we went for the cache, and we are glad we did. A nice quick find in a surprisingly cool spot led to the kids rummaging through a nice large cache which was well stocked with treasures, including a few nostalgia makers for Mum and Dad.
Thanks for the cache!

Fifth and final find on our walk around Carlingford. Grabbed by Shoes Junior. TNLNSL, TFTC.
Found while caching around the area, visiting from Maitland. TFTC.
No logbook in the cache, so added a page from my notebook

A quick and easy find of a well concealed, well stocked, and very large cache. Thanks for the cache Alephroom
I’m deep scrub. Got very scratched. Big box but full of broken junk. Not our favourite.
That’s gotta be the biggest cache I have ever found. Side note, which slacker put in an empty Malteaser packet, now I’m hankering for some malteasers
My first cache find since 'the big wet'. Great to find a big cache. TFTC Alephroom
5/5 today - I wrongly signed a few of the logs 2-1-2021 !
I had to avenge my DNF on "Under My Thumb" - www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC7GKNH - trust the GPS and don't be distracted by that sleeper ! Creative hide. Cache is in good order but I only deserve half a point as I had to PAF. TFTC
Then off on a walk of a few km for a few more;
"It's A Bit Nippy" https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC77MFJ - I wondered about the name ! Was it in the water ? A quick find, though I did hesitate going there as it has had 3 months of growth. A great bush track. Cache is in good shape. TFTC
Now off to "Ranger Pete (honorary)" www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC5DQXV. Nice history lesson about the family and the area. Again 4 months since the last find so I was glad to have the hint on this one. Cache is in good condition. Thanks for the work you put into this one.
Onto "Cameron's Cache" www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC12NFB- Um! A DNF back in October and last found August, 2020 ! Doubtful ! This Pioneer Walking Track is really a fantastic area of bushland most notably different to other bush tracks in this area like Hunts Creek and Seville Reserve due to the abundance of tall straight River Red Gums also a lot of bird feeders, possum hides and water dragons. I'll do this walk many more times. I took the middle track past the cache and looped back high side. An easy find due to a good hint. A big cache full of lots of great little trinkets for the kids. Well done. I took a small Brachiosaurus for my Grandson and left a few acorns from Under My Thumb. Bushed it down carefully to the lower track on the way out. Favourite point for this one.
Last one for today was "Preservation" www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC7FYCD. I'm glad I read the logs about dress code ! I once wrote a song with the line "Lantanna doesn't listen" man that stuff is bad and can scratch you up. A large cache full of interesting items but little place to sit today after the rain overnight, it was steamy and there were mossies so I quickly signed the log book and put it all back together. The parcel did intrigue me ! TFTC.
Back to the car to drive home and off we go and big spider fell from my hat right between my legs - that log about long pants saved me again. Instant squish !
Right what's on TV this arvo !!
Thanks all.

We found it after a bit of struggle we got some help from a nice man who lived in the area tftc!!
Found the cache easily, geohubby climbed through the overgrown underbrush to get to it. Best to wear long pants as the prickly weed is a bit painful (per hubby's direct experience).
Signed the log but didn't take anything. We had planned in advance for this cache and left a wrapped preserved literary gift for some future hunter.

Nice quick find. Surprisingly no muggles even though everyone is meant to be at home. A very quiet street here.
Left a cool kaleidoscope and a few bits and bobs.
Thanks for the cache!

Deleted a log that included coarse language. I gave fair time and warning to the cacher to allow them to rewrite the log; alas, no response and thus the log has been deleted.
