Took a bit to extract the blighter out from its Hidey hole but eventually, out it came. TFTC.
Vroom, vroom! This cache was like a pit stop on a grand geocaching race: quick, efficient, and right on track. It's always a treat when we can combine the thrill of the hunt with the convenience of a "park and grab." The logbook was a refreshing sight spacious and ready to collect stories from fellow adventurers. It's always a pleasure to leave our mark without having to navigate through cramped margins or over past entries. A big thumbs up to the cache owner for maintaining such a straightforward and accessible hide. These swift finds inject a dose of joy into our caching journey and keep the momentum going. With another log entry penned and our geosense tingling, we're off to the next location, spirits high and engines revving. Here's to many more breezy finds and geocaching tales! Happy Caching, everyone!
I had to do a trip out to one of our aircraft Wide Area Multilateration Site Monitors (aircraft surveillance) at Kurrajong today, to do the annual maintenance checks, and couldn't resist stopping off on-route to grab a few caches. This was the 2nd of 7 finds, plus 2 DNFs, for the trip.
Parked in the Marsden Brewhouse carpark, and noticed by the signage that Garmin are also here somewhere, then ducked over the road to GZ for a nice quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Deep_99.

A pretty quick find while on my way to Windsor this morning ... was initially put off by something higher but then spotted the tell tail sign of a cache. Thanks for a nice hide.
OCW aubeasty today to try and bring my yearly numbers back up before the end of the year. COVID, no NSW mega and more work than usual have meant that my numbers haven’t been crash hot. A lovely sunny day made the perfect way to rectify this situation by bike.
aubeasty got his hands on this one quick smart and we really had a rhythm going with this series.

Great spot, cache location a little wet, be careful to ensure cache is dry before you replace it.
OMG can’t believe I missed this one the first time, I think I was expecting something else, not sure why. This time found in 30 second

Continued our walk up to this one. I looked at what I thought was the obvious spot with no luck, then bikerbuddy (a non cacher with a caching name) found it for me on the other one.

Ok, ok!!! Don’t laugh at me! First did not find for that one! In my defence I did look where the hint suggests and the name of the cache! But I didn’t see anything but that part of the **** Is missing so not sure. Didn’t want to stay too long as you feel a bit weird looking there with all the car passing by. But I shall comeback and conquer I hope
The grass around this was waist high after the generous rains lately, but still ok to access.
Thanks for the cache

To complete the final stage of my Night at the Museum challenge, I needed a few more caches. This series on and around Richmond Road has been on my radar for a long time, so now it is the time to dust off my foldable push bike and get going.
It turned out to be a nice afternoon with many finds and over 15km of bicycle fun,

Decided to go caching this way north today. Did not really check any weather and just left early. As I was already driving for an hour the radio was talking about 40+ temps, what did I get myself into? Still sticked to the plan, did a nice bike ride in sub 30 at that time and a nice breeze. As it really got hot I had shelter in my car and was able to do a lot of driveby's. Thanks for putting out all those caches!

Very exposed here but everyone continuing on their way so all good.

In Marsden Park to walk the Richmond Road Cache Path. Gorgeous sunny day. Found what was needed to extract the container. Clever. Just heading back south when we ran into BlundoBusters in the flesh. He was out for a walk but pegged us as one of the few other walkers out here . The GPS in hand may also have been a giveaway. Nice to chat! SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek

Found at 08:20hrs, 5 of 12 located today.
Walked to GZ from "Sandstone" and noted the bustling traffic in all directions. You can see GZ from quite a distance, and there really was only a limited number of places the cache could be.
I enjoy these kinda caches, with a simple mechanism used to retrieve the tube from its hiding place . Each time I find one I give a cheesey grin .
Signed log and replaced exactly as found. TFTC

What a fun way to spend the last day of the school holidays with the kids. With the pushbikes and a mountain of enthusiasm we parked about half along this mini series before find the ones in a westerly direction first.
Peddling back into the headwind proved difficult but we eventually found all the ones to the east, before feasting on Macca's for lunch. Thanks for a fun series of caches that the Rats and mini rats enjoyed doing together.

Came out here with the Rats for a bit of fun on our bikes. While the skies were gloomy and the wind blew hard into our face, it didn't stop us finding this series of caches and earning a stop at Maccas and Starbucks.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Found by Mary & David at 1320. We are keen CITO attendees (and any other Events as well) and carefully recycle when we're at home. Found this one quickly, but took a minute or two to retrieve it. Our thanks to Deep_99.
Glorious sunny Spring day, perfect for a walk and a few caches! Is that Bond's old blimp port in the background, relocated from nearby Schofields? TFTC

I received a reminder that I only had a week left to claim the final souvenir, so I hitched my biked onto the rack and headed out to Richmond Rd.
After parking at the hardware store, this was the 3 of 22 of what would turn out to be a leisurely ride along the bike path. All the coords were super accurate which made for pretty quick finds.

7/7/18. 8:36 AM. Cache #5598.
3rd of 13 this morning - Marsden Park.
A nice morning for a bit of walking along Richmond Rd. For the first leg, I parked in the Bunnings carpark, and walked north to pick up:
would you like Apple slices with that
Sandstone
Manage your waste
What's going here
Duck Pond View
After South St
Each of these were quick finds with good co-ords. After these 6, I turned around and walked back to Macca's, grabbing breakfast and watching the end of the replay of Belgium knocking Brazil out of the WC, haha. I then drove up to Elara display village, parking there to walk to my other 7 finds this morning. TFTC.

This one gets a favorite for a great cache. Just about to give up when there it was.
A beautiful winter Saturday saw us travel west on M2 and M7 to pick up a number of caches along Richmond Road.
Not quite sure we understood the name of the cache. Found it after some searching of the structure at GZ. Had some problem extracting it since it had been put back probably a tad too hard.

Found with Coybear2000. We were shopping in the area and we went for this one. We parked close by and realized we hadn't brought a GPS with us. C remembered the hint so we had an idea of where to look. Soon we spotted the hide. TFTC.
In the area with Trodectus for some shopping and had decided to do this one. We parked close by and realized we hadn't brought a GPS with us. Relied on memory from looking at the cache before we headed out, so we had an idea of where to look. Soon we spotted the hide, log signed and returned. TFTC.
Night caching with AWTYOW, Brizzle 11 and Pitman Clan - lots of laughs and caches along the way! TFTC
We were all starting to feel a bit competitive and raced to this but Miss Brizzle11 was the lucky finder, we then spent a few minutes laughing and being silly in the dark trying to get a decent pic for the insta page only to realise a parked police car sitting nearby in the dark > Are they wondering what we are doing at 11pm at night or are the sneaking in a feed ??
At our third stop of the evening, Gabstar and Mr Brizzle11 tried to race for it... But Miss Brizzle11 outsmarted them both and made the find. TFTC
