We are staying at the nearby motorhome campground and we were up and about early this morning. So early that everyone else around was still sleeping. So that made an ideal opportunity to have a look for a couple of archived caches in the area.
A few months ago a cacher from Blenheim told us about the statistic in Project-gc about top archived cachers, and since then we have spent some time researching and looking for archived caches around our home area. We were parked up early last night and had internet connection so I had a wee look and was pleasantly surprised to see there were a few possibilities close to where we were.
This cache was in the first place we looked and it is excellent condition. What a great way to start the day. Thank you for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley.

A lot of big puddles to navigate on the way to this one today. Didn't realise this had been archived - already found a couple of disabled caches so thought I mustn't have my queries set properly but this one must've already been in the database. TFTC and views. # 12,100

With a bit of searching around we found this one. Great spot on a great day for searching!
Great to find this brand new cache. Beautiful view and decided to leave Papa Smurf to enjoy the view and hopefully get picked up and taken on a trip with some new travellers
