The area and the tree have been fenced off, this indicates that someone is reclaiming the area, so this Geocache had to go. Please note that the container has been removed.
Good cache mum and dad. I LOVE IT AND IT IS THE BEST CACHE IN THE WORLD. Thank for the cache.
We literally just saw the fence on the way to soccer this morning. We will assess later, but it will likely have to go
Saw your cache and bring ladder but cant reach due to cut branches so only way wait until the branche grow again... lol...
In Perth with the Copwots who needed this one for their DT grid. It is differently a 4.5 terrain with an added twist with the house being full of flying ants.

Last time we visited this cache we were unable to find it today armed with the right tool all be it a bit short. Mr Copwat bravely offered to hold the ladder as Mr Crump climbed up a lot of pruning has happened between now and our last visit and there were not too many hand holds the tree house need’s a house cleaner as it was full of flying ant’s the log was duly signed and the cache replaced loved the tree house Thanks for placing this cache. TFTC
This isn't an easy climb but there're just enough handholds and footholds to make a successful ascend for the cache! SL TFTH LAXA.
Today we came prepared, the required tools in hand and some extra hands on deck to support the tools. Hubby went up and up until he had the cache in hand, happy dance..... well for a quick moment as we needed all hand back on the tool, we added our name along with the other team present to the log book and happily cane down with a smilie claimed, a favourite point here today TFTC LAXA
Out and about with Parkacruz and PommiePP so had the important job of holding one side of the ladder whilst the important work was done. Deeply indebted to all involved!
We got this one with a little help from our friends! Another one off our DT grid. 3 left to go!
A very simple find, but a rather tricky recovery! Even though we are visiting, we have local friends that have a tall-enough ladder. Combined with my height and reach (and our amazing muggle friends) we were able to get the cache! TNLNSL TFTC- cache is in good condition. Giving this a favourite; needed it for my Fizzy Grid.
Finally made it to Perth to visit good friends. Went for a bikeride this afternoon to grab a few caches close by. Sent the young lad up the tree to get this cache. It's quite tricky now as quite a few branches have been cut off the tree.

well we technically did find it but didnt sign the log, we will need a ladder for this one
In Perth for a short holiday. Wanted this for the DT combo and because it's a tree climb afterall. Up I went for a nice quick sign. TFTC LAXA
The treehouse is back in home, all good to go. However it unfortunately lost its smile The smiley will be replaced when the wind stops in spring, until then it might be a tad harder to spot from the ground. Still easy enough though. Stay safe on a rainy and windy day. Happy hunting!
Been meaning to do this one for a long time. Finally got here with ladder and to my dismay cache was on the ground and no log. Fashioned a log out of an old Wollies receipt and replaced in a spot worthy of the terrain rating. No clue if this is where co intended. Tftc
Keen to have a go at this one and was pleased when I spotted it. Once up, I realised with dismay that I had forgotten to bring up my pen. Twice the fun as I retraced my steps. TFTC LAXA.
Looked up, sized up which was the best way to ascend. Climbed up - no worries - reminded me what I used to climb when I was a kid. SL. Then it was harder to get down. TFTH
This one looked interesting and on getting to GZ it was cool to be out of sight and out of the sun. A size up of the task ahead as we had no elevation device a few hand holds and pressure points were sized up and we were soon at the cache with its outer camo. A quick sign and second. TFTC.
When I first saw this cache get published I knew I had no hope of getting it as I don't like heights and the hubby was away so I sort of forgot about it until Barnzy12 gave me a late call and said him and Cravo were taking a ladder to tackle this cache and did I want to meet them there. Comapred to other caches we have met up at this one was quite close so I instantly said yes and jumped in the car and we all met at GZ. Barnzys job was to hold the ladder, Cravo,s job was to climb the ladder and get the cache and my job was to supervise and have a laugh. Not sure the cache was got the same way as others but the logbook was eventually signed and Cravo returned back down to safety. A fun time doing this cache so a fav point from me TFTC LAXA
Having seen the exploits of this cache on the geocaching wa Facebook page it sparked my interest, then I realised it filled one of the nine squares required to fill in my second DT loop.
I had made some loose plans to tackle the cache with a ladder and rope the tree climber in the team Cravo10 to retriever which got mrs OOH YEH interested even more as she's a bit vertically challenged like myself
We all met up at GZ with mrs OOH YEH on navigation duties and myself on ladder holding duties, and Cravo10 made a quick find off the end of our 3.8m ladder. Maybe not the intended method but the log was signed and cache replaced.
Thanks laxa, a few less puzzles and more of this stuff thanks

So a call from Barnzy12 today after a late trip home yesterday... “what time are you finishing work today” the reason he asks is always to see the possibilities of meeting up for a cache.
A GC code was given, navigate to cache was under way on google maps and an ETA was given, didn’t read too much into the cache listing as usual and turned up at GZ straight from work.
OOH YEH and B12 were waiting for me, ladder set up and Cache “spotted” just needed myself to retrieve the cache.
A more interesting detour after work today than a usual P+G so Have a Fav point. TFTH TFTc

Found at 11:04:00 AM.
Having seen this one published and reading the logs I knew that it would be a challenge to get my name into the log. So I enlisted the help of my 16yo son. Want to climb a tree for me? Sure, why not he said. So arrival saw us spo the hide and he went for it. He made it part way and sort of got stuck. After a readjustment he had the height to reach the cache which was promptly thrown to me to sign. Name in log, cache back to him and he slithered out of the tree.
And his partings words? Cool tree.
So, to get a 16yo out and about I will say thank you and also give a favourite point for something different.
Thanks for the cache LAXA, it was cache number 2365 for me and was number 1 in my run of 2 finds and 0 DNFs for today's geocaching effort.
Cheers

A plan was hatched over the last week or so for an organised attack on this one, Fratra was the one to supply an essential ToTT and a rendezvous at GZ was scheduled for 8:00am. A call was sent out to a couple of other local teams that might be interested as well. In the end five teams were in attendance. Myself, Fratra, SVKR_WA, Paskersfind and the CO's LAXA.
With the ladder deployed SVKR_WA volunteered to make the assent and with a bit of guidance from those on terra-firma the log was soon at hand and lowered to the ground for the signing duties. Once Simon was down and the ladder removed the "L" from LAXA decided to do a bit of showing off and ascended the tree unassisted to demonstrate it was possible.
Thanks to the CO's for a real challenging hide so close to home. If it wasn't for Fratra's suggestion of supplying a ladder it would've remained my closest to home unfound traditional cache for a long time. Awarding a favourite.
LAXA I found your cache at 8:02am, this was the 1st of 3 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 4374. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

What better way to start a Sunday than with an early morning tree climb with Granett, SVKR_WA and Paskersfind under the watchful eyes of the COs. What a magnificent tree!
TFTC LAXA this is find # 3892 for us.

This cache had been the topic of much discussion at a recent event. Granett messaged me last night to let me know that a merry band of cachers were going to climb to grab this cache this morning. Well, I was in for that!
Arrived at the appointed time and fratra had brought the appropriate TOTT. Paskersfind and the CO also popped in to join in the fun. I volunteered to ascend the ladder and manipulated my way to a position to be able to reach the cache. Names were placed in the log and I made the descent to terra firma.
A great little impromptu meeting at this pretty cool cache. A fave from me, and it also fills a D/T spot.
LAXA - I was out and about today and found your cache The Treehouse at 08:20:27 on 7 Jan 2018. This find brings my cache count to 2530.
Thank you for placing this cache and contributing to this great game. The log was signed and cache replaced.

Another very challenging cache from the Laxa team. It would have just sat there on the map annoying the hell out of me for ever until the word got out (thanks Granett) that an all out assault on the cache was being mounted early this morning. Who am I to look a gift horse in the mouth? At the crack of dawn (almost) SVKR, Granett, Fratra and yours truly arrived and stood around in the abundant shade admiring this magnificent tree but focusing on the prize way up at the top. Fratra brought the climbing gear, Granett brought the signing tool, SVKR brought his courage leaving me feeling a little bit of a freeloader getting my name on the log. But at least that is where it now is! Yeah!! Good to have the CO's arrive just in time to witness everything. TFTC, Laxa! Would begrudgingly add a fave if I had any left but caches have been a bit few and far between lately. Am eagerly awaiting the next instalment?????
My daughter, my grandchildren and I found this cache during my Australian holiday.
Thanks for the cache Laxa
Thanks for the cache Laxa
Exciting and a bit scary! Thanks to the COs for the assistance. Awesome cache!
Mr9 loves tree climbing and was super keen for this one...but unfortunately his arms and legs need to grow quite a bit before he'll be able to get this! Great idea though. Might have to send dad
Joint {*FTF*} with Pommieparkin2.
I Was having my morning coffee when I heard a ping. This one immediately sparked my interest with an attractive D/T rating and my love of trees it was a must do. I was in no rush having already got Decembers FTF so flicked PP2 the message 'I'm going tree climbing, want to come?'
She was up for it so, so plans were made and my chauffeur arrived shortly later. Arrived to a deserted GZ 2 hours after publishing and did a survey of the land before scaling up to the first level. With no cache in sight and only a D1 I came back down for another look, that's when I spotted my prize. With the goal in sight I could work out the monkeys path to the cache. I am really glad of my height in this instance make reaching high things a lot easier. Awesome cache and location in. Y favourite type of climbing tree. TFTC LAXA another fav coming your way.

We saw this one published this morning, and even though we doubted a FTF would be on offer, the D/T rating got us well excited . We gathered up the troops and set off for an impromptu adventure to an area we haven’t been to for quite a while.
Upon arrival at GZ, there were no cars ... this is a good start!
We walked under the tree and soon spotted the cache up yonder . Hooley dooley i thought ... why didn’t i bring my climbing gear i thought [?]
There was no other way than to just have a go .. so up i went. I got a fair way up before Janine reminded me why i was off work at the moment, so i got down to reassess the situation.
Then we got a visitor ... “Hi Bindi01”
We all checked out the situation again, and another plan of attack jumped into my head. Up i went again with a slightly different tactic, and it wasn’t long before i was within reach of the wee birdhouse [^]. I realised that i emptied my pockets on the ground, so had to throw the container down for Janine to sign.
It was about then that we realised we had been beaten to the prize by a couple of likely locals .. well done ladies!
Our names were added on the ground and the cache was launched back up to where i was in the tree to rehide. Now to get down, as they say. This turned out to be not as big a mission as i initially thought ... and i didn’t even break a part of me
TFTC LAXA .. a super fun cache with an attractive D/T to go with it [^]

What a cache to finish the year off with. A cache like this will be talked about for a long time so its getting a Fav. from Bindi01. On arrival we saw that we were not alone, the jasenjanine crew were there walking around the tree ( Yes we think its a tree) willing the cache to fall to the earth, but his was not going to happen. That's when our hero Tarzan Jase ascended the tree to retrieve the log for signing duties.
Thanks LAXA for getting us here.

I saw this cache had been published, but I was unable to go for a FTF. This afternoon, I had the chance to go for this cache. I parked nearby and walked to GZ. I spotted the cache quickly and had second thoughts about retrieving it, but I needed that DT rating. I made a cautious climb to the cache. It was soon within reach, so I signed the log book and made my way back down.
LAXA, I found your cache today. It was the First find of two finds for me today and my total count now lies at 964. The cache was found in a good condition, so I added my signature to the log book and I replaced it as I found it. Thank you for the cache, the hide and for bringing me to this location

There I was having a lazy start to the day & a nice cuppa tea in bed when WebblyWA sends me an obscure message to say that she is going Tree Climbing.....very nice for you....off you go!.....Hang on a minute that must be a new cache!....Wait for me!
No hurry it's the D/T rating she is after not a FTF. So I even stopped for a shower before meandering over to her place to pick her up.
We could see the gorgeous little Tree House from the ground so had our target in our sights.
Cooperation & Team Work soon had our names on the log book.
Joint FTF with WebblyWA @ 09:15
Well constructed & cute, well worth a favourite point. TFTC & Adventure LAXA
