Logs
Maintenance carried out and container is still in place as per hint provided.
Took a little to find, just have to look up in the right direction. Sent the bf up the tree to log. Tftc
This one had me beat for a little bit but we got there in the end thanks so much for placing and the maintenance on this one can confirm that the lid is easy to open
Maintenance carried out, new container and log sheet in place, now ready to be found.
Rhacophorus nigropalmatus was transferred from E_Smiley to user Snickersallan
I read the previous logs on the way towards this cache, and thought I’m here, let’s have a look…
All my multi-tool did was remove some paint… this is going to need some owner intervention… hence the NM log…

I’m on my way to a shift at the Gold Coast Hockey Centre and thought I’d have a look at this. I’m in shorts and ground cover is too high for me to tackle today.
Can the next finder be kinder and spare a new logsheet? Otherwise I will just archive this one.
It was very hard, but we found it and we were happy. -Charlie 6yo.
The tree was easy enoigh it was trampling through the over growth that had me worried - Mum

After logging the nearby Skate Park AL I hoisted myself into the tree. I could reach the cache from the bottom branch. It helps to be tall.

We had left this off our lists a few times because of the Tree climbing attribute. As we were in the area and with a T rating of only 2.5 we decided to give it a go! At GZ the little critter was spotted quickly and Yes! a tree that this old bloke could attempt. Managed to get the the feet right and up between the lower branches. Dragged the poor old body up onto a good position to make the grab without falling out of the tree. Tossed the log to the Geowife so I could hang on while she filled in the log. TFTC E_Smiley
I see it? Do I run for cover as the rains are coming again? Or do I accept the challenge?
I’m getting less nimble with my ageing bones. Where is Sam when I need him?
Challenge accepted. Log stamped. In good order.
Now run before you get too wet.

Sunday on the Gold Coast. Ahhhh! Especially when with hatzofff and Grannysmith1947 (and Miss Millie, of course).
Didn't croak over this one.
Log signed and cache replaced as found on January 24, 2021. TFTC, E(:

We took our grandson to a camping holiday. He likes caching too, and as we were spoiled with sunshine and had been sitting for hours in the water already, we escaped for a while for something different.

Far enough away from the bus stop to be out of sight - even with a bike. Nice easy climb to this cutie.
A favourite for it.

Visited with previous finders. The branch the cache was on has been removed.
I think it's in that main tree in there dunno but I'm wearing slides so I'm not gonna walk through that tall grass or climb trees without runners on
Cute little guy up there... tree climb in a dress the day after surgery. Haha. Between rain showers I clambered up... forgot my pen so Mr Tenkae had to deliver one... didnt tell him avout the snake yet lol. TFTC
No one around so I quickly ducked in under cover and started my search. Spotted it quickly and I was already committed when some kids and their dad arrived at the skate park. Hopefully they were too distracted to see what I was doing as I quickly signed and replaced the log. A nice one, TFTC!
Found the little fellow a few days ago, waited till my son Next84 was here for Xmas so that he could do the retrieving. Because it was raining earlier today (Christmas Day) we decided to go and get a few. This was one of them. Thanks for putting this little fellow out in the wild
We came here hoping for two caches, but had to content ourselves with this one. Luckily Seff and Crookedpete made a quick find while Fungus and I were fruitlessly gathering info for the other. TFTC
Today was supposed to be a lazy Sunday caching down the coast with the new "gender balanced improved" Bromance (with Seffnjarah, Swellerfungus and now including JeznDez). With no crazy pre dawn start or stupidly steep hills to be climbed, at a respectable hour we assembled and headed off for a days caching.
No luck with the other paperless puzzle nearby today. But a nice quick find here at this one, which turned out to be nicely concealed from the skaters nearby. Thanks E:)

We came to this park for this and another cache, and soon had this one in hand. Thanks for the cache.
Today was the first official outing of the new The Bromance V2.0. Caching opportunities for the group have been few and far between recently due to other commitments and clashes of schedule, but a trip down to the Gold Coast for a CITO provided a welcome day out together.
We actually had two caches in mind for our trip to this area but this was the only successful find here today. While I retrieved the cache, Crookedpete took care of the secretarial duties. Logbook replaced and we headed off to further our adventures. TFTC

Last time we were here was way too many muggles watching from the skate park. This visit we were good.
Cache quickly spotted from the ground and a straight forward retrieval.
Log signed and returned. TFTC

Even though Uksquirrel is no longer in the moon boot, she was still very helpful in spotting this one. Then I had the task of retrieval... Geez that was hectic fun. TFTC E(:
Thank goodness for my geo kid. It would’ve been very difficult for my big butt to get it. Great little cache. Made his day. Tftc
On my own . Wearing a skirt. Not recommended. If Geo Bob could spot it from the ground then I figured I could too. Worked out a likely approach, tucked skirt into knickers, and hauled ass ( as they say in the US). Another case of log not replaced in lid so have to be careful not to tip it on the ground. Once signed, pen back in bra, then plan the way out. To find a police car parked in front of me - caught another driver speeding along Olsen Ave no doubt. TFTC
found it
saw it
there there and there should work
but there made a large crack and down we both came
not far and not hurt
but no way i can get to there there without some extra help
i see a few more there's look to have cracked up over time as well

Thank you and thank you E(:. This could have been really nasty but it was a pleasure today. Spotted the container and geoBob did duty while I was figuring out another way. We happily signed the log before extending our exercise further into the park. Cheers and happy caching!
We scratched our way into GZ - I always pick the bushes that give you a geo stripe or two but at least it was spotted and before we knew it one of the group had the cache in hand. Then we had to make our way out while the skateboarder was over the other side of the ramps.
Out visiting my Mum this morning with time afterwards to go for a short circular walk to look for these four new caches.
A quick look at the attributes as I approached GZ and I realised what was required.
Thankfully not as hard as many of these on the coast.
I said hello to the cute wee frog while a couple of crows announced their displeasure of my visit.

I had planned on coming here yesterday with my son but the skate park was at capacity even though it was a thousand degrees out, so with here I am today.
I had caching fever still so early this morning I left before everyone woke and headed back down, figuring skaters would still be asleep too. Another beautiful day but the temperature was already rising.
I easily slipped under the canopy without any trouble and soon enough I had the cache.
Nice one E, thanx again

I checked the attributes when I arrived at GZ and was happy to have a climb around here today. The cache was soon spotted and the log signed without me or the cache falling out of the tree!

What a cute hide and one that I was pleased to be able to reach. There were some skaters when I arrived, so I continued on to find another cache in the park before returning. The rain started to come down and the skaters had disappeared as I looped back. With the log signed and the weather getting worse this was the last cache for the day.
Thanks E(:.
Thanks E(:.
After attending the Signal the Frog in Australia Event nearby, NeversayDi and myself went in search of the recent newly published caches in the area.
We managed to arrive near GZ just as the last muggle was leaving the skate ramp area and quickly made our way into the light bush and found the prize quickly then an easy tree climb enabled us to do the signing duties.
Thanks for the neat hide E(: and TFTC

Woohoo! Our second ever FTF! Thanks so much E(: Having attended her Australia Day event at Biggera Waters, we were issued one of her 12 brand new caches in the area. Tasked with the one no one wanted to do, we arrived at GZ to only 1 muggle skater in the park, so were able to quickly duck into the scrub for cover, as well as search for the cache. It was fairly quick work to find, then it was a matter of He-Squirrel reaching the cute cache and signing the fresh new logbook.
Well done Sneakysquirrels! Just on your heels. Stayed at the really good Australia Day Event- well done E(:- found this with Snickersallan!! Joint second!! Ha!Ha!!
Thanks, E(:
