Came down to replace the container and found the bench gone, the lawn gone and the view gone. There’s a pile of concrete pipes in this spot now. This cache had a good innings but now it’s time to say goodbye as the original intention cannot be replaced.

Had a good look around but was unable to find it . The last 2 cachers have also had DNFs so it's possible that this cache is now missing
A short search for this one - one on one side and one on the other. Soon had it in our hands. TFTC
Out for a day trip to the Gold Coast for an Event with IolantheK. Just a few caches she says to clear an area (particularly when the last visit was a DNF)

Sunday on the Gold Coast. Ahhhh! Especially when with hatzofff and Grannysmith1947 (and Miss Millie, of course).
Quick and perhaps surprisingly Muggle free.
Log signed and cache replaced as found on January 24, 2021. TFTC, GurTheWanderer

T-Tech and I are heading to the Spit for a Community Celebration Event this afternoon, and we made sure to leave enough time to have pies for lunch, and visit a few previously DNF'd caches.
We found parking nearby and wandered over to GZ where the cache was in the first spot I touched Glad to convert it to a smiley. TFTC, GurTheWanderer.

Popular cache today, I guess an event close by will do that... After picking up the other nearby traditional with Ghostgums and NurseyJulie, we strolled over to this one and ewas surprised that even with it's proximity to the road, how easy it was to locate and extract. Nice...
GG and I moved in for the hunt taking a side each, but I came up empty handed as the container appeared at the other end. Typical. Names were added to the log though and container returned as found.
Happy days... Cheers GurTheWanderer.

We had a really nice wander around the area on a cool but pleasant afternoon collecting some caches.
We loved the chapel and had a look inside. Cache seems to have been recently replaced and in good condition. Thanks GTW

I've spent a few days with a friend at Labrador, and today we had to vacate our apartment. However, I had several hours to while away before heading back to Brisbane, and the caches and ALs along the Broadwater Parklands were calling very loudly!
I found 2 hours free parking right near this cache so it was my first stop. However, at GZ I felt very conspicuous and only made a half-hearted search, and so I didn't get the find.

Day 1 of our Gold Coast / Surfers Paradise holiday! We left Brisbane early and decided to park at Broadwater for lunch and a bike ride. We rode north to south, and grabbed most of the caches in the park, along with the adventure labs. Some places of the park was busy, and navigating past all the muggles while on 2 wheels was sometimes a challenge. All up it was fabulous weather, great family time, and made many happy memories. This cache was found without issue, and both cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for a great little cache
Found this evening. Down ready for work tomorrow. As this one is only a few hundred metres away, Made straight for it before racing back for some dinner. Quite quiet here at the moment.

Finally, I am able to catch up on logging various caches I found last month My plans to celebrate my 60th Birthday with family had been thwarted by the pandemic With my son and his family living in Christchurch, and my daughter and her family in Perth, there was no way of celebrating the occasion with them Plan C was therefore hatched and I headed down to the Gold Coast for a week of fun with barbbowman and FastEd59 instead
We completed a variety of different caches while we explored the area and generally had a great time while we were at it.
Thank you E_Smiley for placing the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Out finding a few caches at the Gold Coast with grannysmith1947 and Brislions. This cache was missing last time we were in the area, but we noticed that it had been replaced. So we headed here and made a quick find. TFTC
The plan for today was the Gold Coast with Selva Girls and grannysmith1947 of you can’t forget Miss Millie the geodog. We had a great day grabbing 20 caches. The break down is Letterbox, Wherigo, 2 mystery 5 multi and 11 traditional. One goal for the day was 5 types to be found.
We had lots of fun caching around the Gold Coast. Some help was needed unfortunately one DNF.
Sorry for the generic post.
Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive. E(: TFTC *592* streak. *3636* Finds

Interesting container! I had to come to the Gold Coast for an early meeting this morning, so I bought a change of clothes and thought I would find some smilies while I’m here. The rain has gone and it’s lovely caching weather. TFTC. My first one in the Gold Coast.
Thank you e:) for replacing cache. Back here again for the weekend and a happy find!
Sitting next to a busy road. It’s a nice way to get you down on your knees in front of the cross.

Another cache I thought I’d grab while waiting for my car to return from its service.
I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for with this one - It’s just not quite so easy to be subtle when there’s a main road directly behind you!
Luckily enough we were able to find a break in the traffic, grab the cache & do the honors. Now off to the next one!

After a morning of rainy DNFs, a friend took me out by car to try and get a few during a break in the weather.

In the afternoon shade of the buildings, I took a seat and relaxed. The container was soon after discovered and my name added to the log. It is good to see the building survive in its new home.

A short and quick blast on the bike early this morning before the heat. Picked up a couple of strays, but the goal was to finish a multi and Wherigo I had started months ago.
Plenty of passing muggles here, but pass they did. Log was full, so I added another.

I know a lot of people complain about the cost of weddings but there would be no complaints if you got married in this chapel. Forget limiting the amount of guests to 100. Try 10. In fact I’m not sure there is enough space for a bride and groom. Is it possible to get married to yourself? I seriously want to know because it could save a lot of headaches while providing the perfect tax shelter.
I’m also not sure if this building is actually a chapel or a rather large doll house. It’s the kind of present a billionaire gives their six year old kid although it is really cute. Enough talk about marriage and kids, there was also a cache which we made light work of before letting a prayer escape to the caching gods. We also preyed for no more kids. tftc
