I couldn’t see it. I found this (pictured) that looks like it had something that screwed on to it at one stage but there was nothing else I could find.
We are up here from Melbourne staying in Toorbul for a few days.
So like the 5 others before me, I thought I’d come and see if I could find this one. Nope. I did not.
I saw the mound of mulch some spoke of but it was obvious that it would not be under there.
I did a thorough search of the area, spent about 30 mins looking. Nothing.
For a D1 rating this one should have been easy to find but perhaps it has gone missing.
NM logged.

Given this one hasn’t been found since June 2019, with no recent CO maintenance or intervention and 6 DNF logs and it’s D1 rating, it’s time for a CO check up here.
With this one's recent history we weren't too hopeful of a find here but as we were in the area decided to have a go anyway.
The GPS was very jumpy here, at one stage having me on the pile of woodchip mulch and at other times in amongst the trees.
It didn't matter though as we didn't find it anyway.
Thanks.

Heading Home today and grabbing a few caches on the drive back to the airport. With time to spare we decide a detour to Toorbul was in order. First dnf of the day...we hunted in several likely spots but no luck today.
Day 43 Mainland trip
Out and about with Tassie Trekkers and Roostaman finding caches around Ningi, Donnybrook, Toorbul and surrounds. We enjoyed our drive around. Everything is so green. A lovely foreshore. TFTC

**# 24581** Found on our 2019 trip to Qld for winter.
A fine Autumn day for a drive around with Tassie Trekkers and whitewebs.
Not that many muggles around here today and many good safe hides.
Thanks for the cache johnwillem,

Second for the day and another easy enough find. Think it may have slipped out of original place so after signing log we replaced where hint indicates.Off to do a little before more caching later on.
Thanks For The Cache
johnwillem. You have added to the pleasure of our day.

Wow - Mrs FNG has allowed me the day off to go get some caches (apparently I get grumpy if I don't get one or two from time to time.) Setting out at about 7am, with about 13 caches in mind for the day.
This is cache 3 for the day (cache 2 was a multi I got the info for, but could not find).
Easy drive in this morning, and parked real close. Walked over and found it, but went back to the car as it needed a little maintenance. Fortunately I was carrying around the cache kit in the car!
Anyway, cache is in good condition, but log was full. I did not have any waterproof logs, but did place a new paper log. And the new log now has our name on it.
Thanks for the cache!

Having a few hours free we decided to head a little north & pick up some smilies.
A very friendly magpie oversaw proceedings here today.
I went to check a rather obvious spot only to find a resident toad so I left it undisturbed & moved on.
It was now that I spotted the cache, lying IPS, on the ground.
Made our mark & replaced out of sight in a spot which 'could' be indicated by the hint.
Perhaps the CO could check & rectify if necessary?

Found with StreetWalkerNZ as we slowly made our way from the Sunshine Coast to the event on Bribie Island.
A quiet wee back water, but of course, there were people at GZ! Luckily they weren't looking our way and we made a quick find. Log book is pretty full so we had to sign in a wee bit of blank space at the edges. TFTC.

Out geocaching for the day with E, Snickers Allen, RoddyC and hatzofff. Found on the ground in plain sight amongst the wood chips.
Log is wet but OK. Dried and placed in a safer location nearby. TFTC.

Found this one this morn a little exposed but put it back. Lovely spot...so peaceful! Tftc
Having lived on Bribie for 2 years I realised that I’d never ventured to Toorbul so, with the kids in tow, today was the day! Quick easy find with a view of home. TFTC
With a DNF and s thousand mozzie bites at nearby multi and exhausted from my PH shift decided to head to the water and was most happy to spot this little fellow as my first find for 2018. Lovely breeze here today ! Tftc
Muggles sitting nearby so walked to another cache and when I returned the was another Muggle but they were completely engrossed in chatting. Quick find and signed the log and replaced cache as found. TFTC
# 2014 - A few spare hours after Christmas and a visit from gcraider. What would you do other than go find a few caches? It was a hot afternoon, but the breeze made it bareable.
These were all published when I was overseas. Regretted it then, but also nice to know that you have a few left to do in your own back yard...
Quick find by gcraider. Again!

The first thing that caught my eye on the drive into town was the Corner Store/Tavern. This sounds like one of the dreams I had as a kid. Serving sausage rolls in the morning and pouring beers in the afternoon. Could life get any sweeter? There were 3 rowdy gents out the front and we couldn’t tell if they were enjoying a breakfast roll or still partying on from last night.
We parked up as the rain gently started falling and decided we would walk to a few of the caches. Mrs Woodyrothwell made the find so that she could get on the scoreboard. There is never any day she lets me hold the bragging rights over her. Stubborn beeyarch! tftc

While staying at Elimbah we ventured out and found this cache. Exploring these areas is fun and generally very scenic. Thankyou johnwillem for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
We chose a shivery windy rainy spring day for our first visit to Toorbul. Lovely place this for a Banga sanga. Tftc
Now this one was definitely going to be a bit more of a challenge considering possibilities, particularly the hint throwing me off the scent, finally found it.
Thanks johnwillem for a bit more of a challenging cache

What a beautiful day to cache along here! Took us a few minutes to locate the cache which was ok as it is such a lovely place to be. TFTC
We have made camp in the Caboolture showgrounds for a week.
After visiting the markets & having to wait for visitors to arrive we thought we would go for a short drive to find a couple of caches.

Found it! "That was easy to find!" said my 4yr old as he 'found' it, after I found it first then made it easy it find for him! It was a bit tricky at first!
Found @ 1220 hrs
Out and about working in the area and grabbed this one on my way past.
Once the cache was located, the log was signed and the cache was replaced exactly as found

Found this tricky hide with Quesera in a beautiful spot by the beach, thanks for placing this cache here
Some local tree choppers have been through.... Not sure if this has impacted the cache. I shall return.
This one had me wandering around like a nutty old lady too lol.!did walk here and enjoyed the sea breeze. Tftc
This was a little tricky as we thought the HD tree was taken. A further search and we found it TFTC
Out for a day of caching with IolantheK. I noted the recent logs referencing the tree, so widened my area a little more. A couple of likely spots proved elusive but then as I was looking down, a little shiny caught my eye tucked in securely. Removed some natural debris and revealed the container. TFTC
Found and signed log while traveling the country in our van..took a bit of a search to locate & extract...TFTC
This took us two times but eventually found it. Kids were scared off by all the itchy grubs!
Recent storm damage, the cache survived but the tree did not. Have retrieved and will replace soon after council has removed hazard.
Not sure this was how the cache was intended but made for a super quick find none the less! I have a feeling the cache may be compromised soon given the current situation. Tftc
It's been over five weeks since we came back from a two week caching holiday in New Zealand, so we thought it was about time we got out and found some local caches and dropped off some of the trackables we found in NZ. This one took us quite a while to find but eventually we spotted it. No room to drop off any TB's. TNLNSL TFTC
A free morning gave me the chance to head North and tidy up the plethora of newly published listings between Wamuran and Toorbul.
Took a minute to check all the possible hiding spots, but the container was soon spotted. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache **johnwillem**, this makes #4723. Discover our TB

Today was another great Thursday Fun Day caching in the company of barbbowman and Raynersinoz We decided that today we would look for the newly published caches which had been placed in and around Toorbul for the Australia Day event
We didn't let the overcast and rainy day get the better of us and we had a great time exploring the area, with most of the caches found quite easily. Glad there were a few of us to provide cover while the cache was found and the log signed.
Thank you johnwillem for having placed this cache and maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Lots of hairy caterpillars about the place, we were careful not to step on them.
Found the cache easily enough.
