Another fenced off work area. No one around to stop me opeing the gate and accessing the path to the cache.Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumalated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Tew's day the fifteenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. A nice walk along the creek today finding the caches as we went, all the caches found are in good condition hereTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache
I made my way out here to this part of the Federation Trail on this very windy Sunday afternoon to find a few caches. I have been on this trail in the past, having already found a few caches during a previous visit. My plan for the day was to get myself a few more smileys from some of the remaining nearby caches I have yet to find. All in all, I had a fairly successful afternoon finding the caches I intended to, with only one DNF. I was lucky when I arrived at GZ to find this cache in the first spot I checked and in good condition. Obviously had better luck with this cache than some of these trees have had with life. TFTC
That cache just had to be in the last tree. Found a five cent coin, but decided to leave it for the next cacher lol.TFTC
We packed the ebikes and headed to the big smoke for a couple of days. While Mr Morris conducted some business, Lady Morris joined the CO and hit the trails. Despite the smells, the blunt pencils and all the works going on - it was a great morning's ride. Thanks for adding the trail Robmc
Spent the morning with Chewinprickes on our deadly treadlies completing a maintenance run on the FT and KCT trails. All caches are now in good condition and ready to be found. The container was damaged and the log mucky. Both now replaced.Robmc.
Caching buddy: Me, myself and I Ideal one for the way back to the car!Thank you Robmc, for creating, placing and maintaining this cache. I have enjoyed finding it and visiting this spot.Follow my story on Instagram @AlphaDeltaIndigo
Outnabout for some solo caching. Grabbed a couple of LGA caches on route to a 70th Birthday celebration. Its always a great day for caching. TFTC Robmc
*Tenth Day Of Christmas Rainy Cache Bikearama #26*Why? Cos we're crazy. This one is soaked. I dried it out as best I could, but the container itself is cracked. Thanks heaps for the cache!
The weather looked like it was going to be nice to us today so it was decided to head to the other side of town. We encountered a couple of snakes but they weren't interested in us and slithered off home. Most finds were made although we did have to leave a couple and search for them on the way back and a couple of others seem to be missing. We got a little bamboozled with the tracks but it was a lovely day to be out and about. Thanks for placing all these caches for us to find.
It was a lovely day for a scooter ride with Geo-turtle. I encountered tiger snakes on the path twice in different locations, and I had to swerve my scooter to avoid them quickly. Thankfully, I narrowly missed them! Geo-turtle managed to take some photos and a video. I ended up with a pretty bad sunburn by the end of the day. A quick find here! Robmc, thank you so much for placing this cache in this area for everyone to enjoy.
Todays mission is to grab enough caches to get the solstice souvenir. With that in mind I looked at the map to find a nice cluster of twelve or more with out to much of a walk and somewhere I could park. This little bit of the Federation Trail and Kororoit Creek Trail seemed to fill my requirements and had a plenty of extras if the dreaded DNF occurred. With all that in mind I parked around 2pm and headed off.Great coordinates had me locked in for a quick and easy findThank you Robmc for the series and the opportunity to get the latest souvenir
Paper might need replacing it is wet but found it and was able to sign on dry sheet
Great find along the fed trail trying to get some smileys closer to home. TFTC!
Small hornets nest guarding this one! Luckily there was just one guard in attendance who quickly found something better to do... TFTC
Layla the geocaching greyhound says thanks for the cache log book is badly water damaged and needs replacing.
I found this cache today on my 35,000 step walk from Sunshine to Laverton via the Kororoit Creek Trail and the Federation Trail. I wanted to at least do the closest 3 NE caches on the FP trail on Divert #5 before turning back the other way towards Laverton. I drew 3 incorrect straws before getting the right one. Thanks from D B-A
Out and about with My good caching mate Omegaman1971, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles.
This is one of the caches found today.
Thanks Robmc for the cache.

On a cloudy day not many other people on the trail time to do some more of this trail
Thanks for the smiles

Have had my eyes on the Federation Trail series of caches for a while so was grateful for the caching opportunity that presented itself today. With SpursNorth in company, we started on Fitzgerald Road and finished the day at Altona Gate shopping centre for a well deserved snack before heading home.
A blustery but mostly pleasant Friday afternoon minus the intermittent unbearable stench along the trail. With thanks to Robmc for placing and maintaining a variety of caches.

Out for the day geocaching with my brother Ketchthor. Some good spots threw out the day and no DNFs which was amazing. TFTC
In the middle of a 70km bike ride to pick up a hiking bag. I passed by and just suspected "there must be a geocache here". Sure enough there was indeed. 4th and final of the day and 2nd of the day where I just had a suspicion without checking the app (other than to find the name of it for logging purposes)
This one was out in the open on reently mown grass, and we nearly cleaned up a cyclist on the path when heading towards GZ.
The bottom of the container was damaged, so did some running repairs with what we had in the bag - which happened to be a couple of waterproof bandaids (new and unused!!) Log was still in good condition despite the damage, so we added our names and replaced in what we think was the original hiding place.

These trees are continuing their run of bad luck, several have had large haircuts.
The cache is now replaced with something larger.

As the cache had disappeared at the time, after checking the next day, the CO allowed me to log this as a find.
My thanks to Robmc for placing it.

It was sad that these guys didn't make it. Initially we checked the wrong one quite a bit until moving along. Once we noticed something we had to appreciate the neat way of hiding the cache. TFTC
Lucky enough! Out and about on trusty treadles on a monster LGA mission targeting Brimbank with a few others on the ‘border’. It’s proved to be a reminder of the pluses and minuses of urban life but very glad FRIENDS of KOROIT are active. TFTC and the incentive to visit!
Found with gwd.aussie
Detouring on our way to Geelong to tick off a number of LGA's. Grabbed an additional one just to be sure. Hoping the cache name not an omen but thankfully cache found by gwd.aussie after I had just looked.
Thanks Robmc

So last night I called up BackPAQer and like you do.. I said lets go find some caches...
so after some debate on which trail we would tackle we decided to FT and KCT track.
So early morning start with two scooter and BackPAQer and myself hit the trails.
Hot day for it considering it is spring.. 33C out there today..
Day started badly with two Did Not Finds in the first three...
But we ended up with 27 Finds and 7 Did Not Finds and picked up a trackable
It was a fun day out and even managed a great lunch and a pint in Yarraville to break up the day.
Thanks to RobMC for the trail. Sorry for the generic logs
Thanks for the cache and the hide
log book has been signed and returned

Find #1416
Found the cache, but it was completely empty and out in the open. I've tucked it back away within the thing on which i found it -- not sure if it's the originally correct thing though. Will need a new logbook. TFTC.
Found the container fine, but no log inside. We didn't have a spare log book with us, so just left a signed sheet of paper in the container
Steph and I picked two different spots where we thought the cache was hiding. Safe to say I was wrong
Lucky in didn't need to search between "eagle has flown" and here. Aroma from meat works makes this section of track unpleasant.
Out with au.fait & xambo4u, we were doing the FT trail and part of the KCT trail. We had a great day with lots of talk and laughter. Second last for the day, and au.fait spotted the well hidden cache. Thanks Robmc.
Out and about with echidna44 and au_fait for the day doing the bike trail here. We left one car at one end and one at the other. We are nearing the end now and happy with our result. Enjoyed good company, weather excellent and mostly success was gained. This was a nice easy find here. Thanks for our journey Robmc
Out today in the excellent company of echidna44 and xambo4u on an overcast but fine day. Just perfect for doing a length of the Federation Trail. Back on our original, track for the last few caches for the day Some may be not so lucky but I was the lucky one here TFTC Robmc
It was easy to find for my 7year old! He was so chuffed we also found a hooligans rock, very exciting
Found. These are clever hides. TFTC Hoodedhooligans (H.H.) TNLN 21 July 2021 5:09 pm #534
Checked on a maintenance run.

Compared with the last time we were in the western suburbs, the weather was much better today! Sunshine, some perfect caching weather.
Found with ease, and the last cache for the day, we got 29 and no DNF's! I think I walked about 12km today (that's what my watch is telling me anyway)

Great day out with ilukaperi. 29 finds from 29 caches. No DNFs.
It may not be so lucky, but we were. We found this cache, and 29 others today and with no DNFs, I'd call that pretty lucky!

Found two caches here so logged on both (maybe not right?). Such an industrial area. Never would have come out here except for the cache. TFTC!
Accompanied with Silence49 and Lance51. Luck we manage to get it. Found your cache Robmc, thank you so much for placing it.
