Fun cache!! TFTC The coordinates were a little off, but we found it with a little searching (:
#40Although a faulty GPS distracted us, after searching in 3 directions we finally found it in the 4th direction.TfTC.
This cache was a great excuse to go for a walk in Mona vale today. Went early Saturday morning, and almost nobody was around. Tftc!
Down this way to visit the Uni student for mid year break, and do a little caching, no need to use the hinted action, as there was no one around early this morning and in the rain. Located, signed in and returned.....TFTC.

356. Hey from Aus! Specifically went on my run to get here from the hostel and I was delighted by the beauty of this garden. Just magical, hardly anyone around. I added a little bouncy ball, thanks
We looked at all the trees and one matched the picture. Sadly, we didnt find it though maybe its missing but fun exploring new areas of Mona Vale.
DNF today although I think we found the right spot. Will have to try when next back in Chch
**Day**Doing a tour in and around Christchurch by bike. Nice and easy going on the flat terrain. Just had the webcam cache as main target and doing a lot of tradies and labs along the way. After a while the idea came to make this my day with the most different cache types found. Unfortunately I could not see an event for today but other than that I found: tradie, multi, mystery, lab, webcam, virtual, letterbox, wherigo and earth. That smashed my previous record of 6 and set the new record to 9, very nice! Thanks to all CO's for a lovely day of caching!**Cache**Nice one, tftc!
Tutto in ordine !!Thanks Owner
tftc the last cache in New Zealand. We would like to thank all the kiwis for the wonderful three months.
A very large birthday picnic is happening close by. But still possible to retrieve thanks to being in such a great spot. Had to laugh a bottle of chambers got popped right after I found the cache Nice spot thank you.
Tftc. Lovely park and love how they have narrowed the river at one point. Entered from near the entrance of the church of the Latter Day Saints or can from Mona vale. Beautiful spot on a nice sunny morning
Managed to sneak my way around someone nearby to pick up this one! All good here. Tftc.
26-days-holiday to Singapore, New Zealand & AustraliaDay 12: ChristchurchDue to the earth slip between Haast and Queenstown, we headed to Christchurch the previous day which in return led to a full additional day there. In the morning, we had a small city tour by bus & a spot-check to the Botanic Garden. In the afternoon, I did a nice long geocaching tour round town on my own.Having visited the UC IC-Webcam Cache, I made my way back towards town. Due to the not so good weather with a little bit of rain, no muggles were around. After having a look at the area, I was able to spot the container rather quickly and sign the logbook.TFTC
Thanks that was very hard to find but I did not have anything to replace it with so left it in the same spot
This was a nice stop on the way home for a quick find on International Geocaching Day. I have been to Mona Vale several times, but never to this part of the park. A very nice spot and a great hide - there was a handy retrieval tool right at GZ that I made good use of. TFTC!
Took a bit of backtracking to find a way through all the fencing protecting the lawns after the rain, but eventually found a paved way and a quick find. Tftc
Visiting from Ohio, USA and spent the day geobiking my way around Christchurch. Got this one after a quick trip around.
Out for a 40th birthday family day for my niece. She was keen to scrunch through Autumn leaves and I suspected this would be a good locality. Fortunately they are used to us wanting to grab a quick cache...Happy Birthday Rachael
Out with the family for a 40th birthday celebration for our daughter. Also showing her friend a bit of Christchurch so thought Mona Vale was a nice spot to start. And as luck there was a geocache that Beeba and I hadn't found. The girls found it for us very easily. A great place to visit as always but especially in autumn.
This was really cool. As soon as I saw the trees I knew exactly what you meant! Thank you very much

The cache was lost when I visited last time. Later the CO located the cache and replaced it to where it was.
The day before yesterday I was having an after dinner walk with Ms GC and thought let me have a check again. The cache is right there, with much less muggles, less ducks and less cicada shells. Very good, very nice. Enjoyed the views. Some lovely ducklings swimming and diving nearby.
