Regarding this puzzle, it was a friendly research puzzle on a topic that I knew nothing about, and it didn't take long to find the required answer that Certitude liked on 18/07/2023.I convinced the family to stop at a couple of geocaches that I had yet to visit within the area, and this was our first. A nice little lakeside area and hidden spot, and a water lizard was wary of my presence as I passed him/her. Once at GZ, the cache was found quickly, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Aladdin Sane 56 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/[jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) stamp.----------This morning, [@jesswrigley](https://coord.info/PRNW59T), baby Cottontail, baby Mopsy and I headed to North Lakes for a run and shopping. The family started the day with parkrun at Capestone Lake, and it was then time for breakfast at the [For the Tardy Mouse! #051](https://coord.info/GCAZQCD) Event, followed by an impromptu visit to Ikea nearby.
Today is a beautiful day and we go geocaching to find some caches.Thank you for the CacheTeam sissifalke
Great to come back and avenge my DNF from last May. Cache found quickly, log a little damp but still signable. TFTC
Swung by here after an event and caching day in Brisbane. A quick find was made, which was just as well as it was dusk and mozzie time.
Found the cache and then realised left the pen at home so here is a photo of just the log and will be back to sign with a pen soon
We had this one solved for a while and saw it had recently been replaced so put it on our list today. It was a nice place at GZ and the cache was spotted quite quickly. Thanks Aladdin Sane 56 for the puzzle and the cache.
Apologies. I have been out of action for a while. Cache move to a more substantial tree.
Continuing with my personal challenges, I was on my way to grab a few more caches for the day when an email came in notifying me that this cache had been rectified and updated. Not wasting any time I raced up to make the find. I knew the area pretty well so it did not take long to find. My previous time here ended in a DNF, I got to rectify that today. The cache was a little exposed so I tucked it in for safe keeping.
This was also a handy spot to meet up with another cacher and grab some tott’s for tomorrows paddle event.
Thanks for replacing and maintaining, I signed the log and returned as found.

Defeated here 4 sets of eyes, applied suggested offset, used hints from previous logs. No smile here
2276 - This afternoon after lunch I headed off to grab some caches in the Mango Hill area, but on the way I decided to drop by here and pick up this mystery which I had solved a few weeks ago. I headed into the nice area and started a search in what I believed was the likely spot. Nope nothing to see here. Then my sock got caught on the barbed wire mentioned in an earlier log, so I knew I was in the right area. I then widened my search zone a little and still couldn't find anything despite finding a few possible hiding spots. It was time to consult some previous logs and one in particular gave me an idea and straight away I was looking at the cache. Interesting. Did the duties at 2.04pm. Thanks for placing a cache here Aladdin Sane 56, the log sheet is nearly full, with only one spot to use.
Solved this puzzle and learned a bit about a band I’ve never heard of before. Ah geocaching puzzles…always learning! Found with Shazzar66 whilst taking a detour from riding the rail trail. Thanks fangsoki for the offsets. Barbed wire right at GZ so be careful and watch your ankles. Pretty area. I’m happy to take this off the unloved list. Thanks for bringing us here. TFTC
6th for the day. Found with Duppers. Thanks for the off set info. TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
For some reason, I had coords 40m away. Re-solved the puzzle and headed over to make a quick find. Thanks for the cache
Geowife solved this one quite some time ago and we have only just got round to finding it. As per usual, I took the difficult way in and the easy way out. TFTC Aladdin Sane 56
Oh... my.... GOD.....
I walked away... I mean half way back to the car... Micro's in the bush...
You know God kills a kitten every time you hide a micro in the bush...
I started to read some logs and saw mention of corrected co-ordinates... With a stubborn streak a mile wide, back I went...
The corrected co-ordinates were actually where I had already given a cursory glance to earlier... but I trusted my fellow cachers and dutifully poked and prodded with a geostick... With zero outcome...
Moving back towards my original GZ I turned at just the right time, and looked in just the right direction and may have sworn... loudly...
So just to be clear, I ended up being halfway between GZ and the offsets supplied by Fangsoki...
I did manage to recover my mask which had snagged on a branch from my pocket on my way out the first time... so winner all round...
I believe I met this CO at the Mega, we all spent some time fiddling with gadgets... and he seemed like such a nice fellow.... micros in the bush.... really....

Solved this puzzle quite a while ago. Today we were out to get some single "leftover" caches. This was one of them.
Nice area, and the container was soon spotted.

Some months ago, when we were doing some geocaching around Newport, we had the surprise opportunity to bump into and chat with the CO of this puzzle.
It was one of those lovely, spontaneous meet-ups, and as I had been looking at some of his puzzles recently, I do remember chatting to him about some of them.
I wrote down as much as I could, and think that I have a quarter picture on any of his puzzles.
Last week I re-visited this one, and after putting a few of the clues together managed to find a way into this puzzle.
We were on the north side of Brisbane today, and so we made a particular detour to come and visit this location.
Urban and bushland mixed together.
After parking our car, we tried to find a way to GZ, but picked the wrong way with a lot of overgrowth marring the way forward. A slight change of plans and we soon had a much nicer pathway.
We are very happy to sign this log and earn a smiley.
It was a good puzzle, and it was great to meet the CO some time ago out in the field.
Thanks Aladdin Sane 56!

After we had downed our Blue.Valley.Cider we (hatzofff, patrol14, grannysmith1947 and Snickersallan) decided a group effort was in order again. So after chugging through some past notes we offset ourselves and off we went.

After some early work at North Lakes, I reckoned I just had time for one cache before heading off. Always happy to find solved caches, I came over to this one, hoping for a fast find... which didn’t exactly happen.
My WAZE app parked me very nearby and I strode confidently to the rather oddly exposed GZ, where my confidence evaporated as the arrow led me round and round. After a while, I applied the Fangsoki offset, to no avail.
Reading more logs, I discovered the coords had been adjusted. Luckily my notes reminded me of the code word and I was soon seeing... different coords. OK then! I guess I must have solved this one a long time ago.
My cycle maps suggested there was a trail to follow, but it seemed more like a waterway to me. After punching through some scrub and copping some cobwebs, I arrived at a possible area but again, nothing jumped out at me. After wandering back and forth and round and round, I applied the offset again, just in case... but no, that’s not the right idea.
One or two particular logs suggested a different approach and shortly thereafter, Shazam! Man, I had been so close but looking the wrong way.
All good at last. TFTC!

This one was solved fairly easily a long time ago, but my visit back then yielded no results. Today krcamber and I thought we’d see if we could find it.
A few minutes into our search, the rain made us go back to the car. While we waited, we read some logs and saw that there were new coords to get from certitude. Ummm, clearly this one was solved before I knew to save a personal note because I didn’t know the answer anymore!
Krcamber to the rescue and she quickly solved it again! With the new coordinates and the rain easing we headed over to the real GZ where Krcamber “found it!”
Thanks for the puzzle and cache, Aladdin Sane 56

Swearah has had this one solved for ages but hadn’t been able to locate the hide on her last visit here. Another try was on the cards today. After a few minutes at GZ, it started raining so we had to run for cover. While sitting in the car waiting for a break in the weather, we read through some logs. Luckily we did as the coords had been updated since Swearah had solved it! Needing to re-solve (as Swearah hadn’t written a personal note like a rookie ) a quick google and we had the answer. Headed to the new GZ and were lucky enough to spot the hide pretty quickly. TFTPC!
This took longer to find than it should of. Problem one was that I had transposed 2 numbers when putting in CCs. Must not have known about cut and paste when I solved it a long time ago
Luckily I was with KerriMG who still needed to go another 40m although we did look for a while at my dodgy coords. After our mistake was realised we headed towards GZ. KerriMG finally found the cache in the area I have been searching but not just there. I must have walked past it loads of times. TFTC Aladdin Sane 56

Out for the morning with nikid1. After a DNF at the previous cache we moved onto this one that I'd solved a while ago. My phone wanted me another 40m from where nic's did but we assumed mine was just playing up as it tends to do sometimes & ignored it. After an unsuccessful search we compared coords & discovered they were different - ran the answer through the checker again & discovered mine were right after all. Headed to our alternate GZ & still weren't having much luck until I widened my search a little & made the find.

I solved this puzzle a couple of days ago in case I had the opportunity to hunt for it, knowing I’d be in the area for a school holiday workshop with junior dissister. Having seen a snake on the path near another cache earlier I was very wary as I headed towards GZ. Thankfully I spotted the cache fairly quickly. This area would be really lovely after a bit of rain I imagine. Cache was found safe and dry. TFTC Aladdin Sane 56
I recently solved this puzzle after finding the Aladdin Sane 56 puzzles recently. Being a massive music fan, these caught my attention.
Making my way to gz today, I was intrigued by this area … what a lovely spot. I spotted the cache from a distance, after quickly signed my name and replacing the cache as found, I took the time to admire the surroundings.

An A-S puzzle I 'got' straight away. Cool.
I was asked to assist with logistics for an oz_bean_counter epic day with goals, and, well, I love to plan stuff. And the weather was pretty good for our attack, and the date was spot on for an anniversary of caching - have at it! We hit the road as soon as the local coffee shop opened, and our next stop was here.
Struggled at first to find the right pathway in, but once that was sorted we took a lovely little stroll and came away with a smilie.
A great continuation of an amazing day. I shall say it 25+ times - congrats OBC on your milestones today.
Thanks Aladdin Sane 56 for entertaining me at this location.

Oh wow, what a day!
I had dreams of one day completing the unique difficulty / terrain challenge. After COVID struck, there was ample time to solve puzzles, and before I knew it, I had solved enough to generate 25 unique DTs in the general Dayboro area that I could tackle (plus a few randoms thrown in for good measure).
After acquiring the services of a driver with a passion for planning (neeeeerrrrrrrdddddddd) a vague dream turned into a plan - and today that plan turned into a reality! But to put the icing on the cake - today is also the 20th anniversary of geocaching (blue switch day!), and, because we were so incredibly efficient (i.e. talented :p) at finding the first 25 caches for the day, we decided to one-up and go for 50-in-a-day, a milestone I had not yet achieved. Very epic! I am smiling from ear to ear. Thanks so much Pprime and OC for the driving, planning, COing and general PAFing that got me to this pretty awesome triple milestone.
Having now completed the drinking of the first celebratory wine, it is time to reminisce through logging. The day started at 6 am with coffee, and included a mandatory trip to the dayboro bakery for pepper steak pie (oooh yes, just perfect). All up a thoroughly enjoyable day, with beautiful blue skies, at times brisk winds, cool temps, and great company. Today, it became evident that I can't sing, but I do anyway, with reckless abandon.
Alrighty, enough rambling. I do recall this was one of the easiest puzzles from the CO to solve - some are real brain teasers! All is good at GZ! TFTC. TB visits x5.

I think I made this find a lot harder then it needed to be, I went bush in and encountered sooo much rubbish, I’m guessing from the recent rain. Once I arrived at GZ, I had no clue what I was looking for. I’d reach one spot and it’d say it was behind me, go to that spot and then it’ll direct me to another spot, so I looked at the previous logs and CO said what it was, so I looked up and it was directly in front of me. I found a much easier way in and about afterwards TFTC

I managed to solve this one on the fly while in the area. (yay me) and made my way toward a very likely GZ. My co-ords had me going very bush. I looked about and noted the container was a micro. This doesn't seem right. Back to a "more likely area". And after examining a few areas, I soon spotted the beast.
I have posted up an offset of the co-ords that worked for me today. The cache was in good condition (duh). TFTC Aladdin Sane 56

Mrs VC decided today was a good day to grab a cache or 16.
Clearing a few as we wend our way back south.
Far too many green dots still in this area! LOL …
Another puzzle that was a nice quick solve but ended in the 'To find' file for quite some time.
In the area today & it was a 'must do'.
It appears there may have been a little 'clearing' done here recently but all is still good with the cache.
A nice quick find.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Arriving at this one, NyssaFlutterby, Wombles&Co and I did the typical caching thing and of course entered the harder way. Taking that long way around we searched a number of spots and soon saw what would've been the much easier way in. And it was only a little after this that the cache was found. I solved this one the other day. Not too much trouble getting an answer for this one.
I had some time before meeting IolantheK this morning, so I turned left instead of right and came to have a look.
A nice easy find too.

Clearly the public holiday was the extra day we all needed because when we woke up I asked Mrs Woodyrothwell what time it was and when I found it was 9am all I wanted to do was roll over and go back to dreaming about myself.
It looked overcast and without a plan I didn’t really know what I was in for. We just decided to let the caches decide where we would go. We weren’t confident what shops and restaurants were open anyway.
I wasn’t even sure our mojo was on tick because we hadn’t had coffee yet as we arrived. I walked into the area which looks a bit formidable but there are some noticeable trails starting to form. While I went in too far my wife was soon on to the hide. We had to reward ourselves: Coffee!!!! tftc

Mrs Just a Trifle had solve the puzzle some time ago so she decided to head out for an impromptu afternoon of caching with Mrs Slow Puncture when the opportunity arose. We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way.
Thank you Aladdin Sane 56 for creating the puzzles and placing the caches

Great puzzle. At gz i had to toughen up and go for it. After looking in wrong places i saw a place that would be a nice hiding spot and there it was. On the way out i noticed what a nice little place this is. Thankyou Aladdin Sane 56 for a fun puzzle and cache
I'm out with Nurseyjulie for a few hours today and we've come to the Caboolture area as we both have plenty of caches to find here.
Nj has dropped me back to my car as she has to go to work this afternoon, but I have a bit more time to spend, so decided to pick up a couple of this CO's caches.
I solved this puzzle when it first came out, and a bit of judicious Google work gave me the answer. I saved the details for another day, and this afternoon was my first chance to call in. The numbers put me in a very odd spot, and I figured I didn't want wet feet, so I toodled around a little, but didn't get the find I saw the CO's comment about Orange Crew's better numbers, but couldn't see any updated co-ords on the cache page. Mmmm, maybe I might call OC??? Then a light bulb went off and I tested my answer in the Certitude again, and got the updated info from there [^] Ohhh, wait... in there, mmm? Okay, time for the toughen up pills!!! A cautious wander soon put me in the right spot and the cache came to hand. TFTC, Aladdin Sane 56.

Haven't listened to this one for a while, but doesn't the opening guitar riff sound so much like the opening riff from Cream's Sunshine of Your Love from 1967. the fact I like about Sunshine of your Love is Ol Slowhand Eric Clapton wrote that in tribute for Jimi Hendrix (the left hand mofo genius), but Hendrix went on to cover it oh so much better.
Back to the garden of eden,
Cheers for another music number Aladdin Sane 56

Stortigirls and I were on our way home when she suggested that we stop off to find this one. A bit of GPS bounce, but we soon spotted the cache. With our names in the log, it was time to head off for ice-cream. TFTC
Selva Girls and I were on the way home with a pit stop for icecream when we detoured to collect this solved puzzle. A bit of gps jump near gz but the container was quickly located and our names added to the log. Tftc Aladdin Sane 56
We went out to collect some solved puzzles in the area today loved the hide TFTC
On the way back from the local stargate, dropped by this music inspired puzzle which I solved last night. I'll fess up and claim three of the crosses. It was getting to the stage with the checker where I wanted a gallon too.
This cache was another new area that I hadn't been too and even with the drizzle, a few groggy mozzies made themselves known. Maybe they had listened to the long version. Thanks for an interesting music puzzle Aladdin Sane 56.

We saw this published just as we arrived home from a nice lunch, so Mrs OC drove while I solved the puzzle. We searched for ages, checking all the obvious spots but came up with nothing so we left empty handed.
A message to the CO was later answered, giving me hope that we were in the right spot. A return visit and yes I checked there previously but didn't check *that* because it looked like some sort of insect nest best left undisturbed. Easy find this time .
Interesting to see in the description that this is the third in the series but the only one published. Looking forward to 1 and 2 .
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache **Aladdin Sane 56**, this makes #4714. Discover our TB

Friday. Mrs SP was out today to find some nemesis caches and also pick up a couple of randoms.
Having had a spectacular day out caching, Mrs SP came home to find Mr SP with a very sore back! He mentioned this cache had just been published and so we set to solving this one. We noted that OC had already been there, but that it was still not found. We solved the puzzle quickly and raced out to see if we could claim a FTF smilie. Not to be unfortunately. OC had rained on our FTF parade (pun intended as it was still raining when I got there). Well done OC and I think we only just missed you by a whisker!
This was the 8th of 8 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Aladdin Sane 56***, for showing us this place.

Solved the puzzle easy enough. We looked and looked but found nothing. GZ was showing in among the lantana
