Changing water levels and ongoing park works make maintaining this cache location in an ongoing way problematic.
Found with LuLuRu14 but cache is waterlogged probably due to recent floods. TFTC
Found with SpectaclesOfRose. We had a lovely stroll around the dam in between rain showers and it was an easy find. I was surprised to find it so heavy, but then again it was not surprising to find it was full water, especially after all the recent weather. The waterlogged log book needs replacing.

ruzzelz Rides S3 - Cache the Caboolture Wamuran Rail Trail
The Caboolture to Wamuran Rail Trail showcases the history of the Caboolture to Kilcoy railway corridor, which has been closed since 1964, and provide a shared pathway from Caboolture to Wamuran.
A great roll out of people on a range of bike types including one or two that really could do with a bit of lube on the drive train. An early start meant the weather was cool and we avoided the rain showers until the end of the ride.
Coffee and cakes during a bike ride is a mandatory obligations and there were no objections when the local bakery in Wamuran was suggested as the first non geocache stop. A few hardy types even rose to the occasion and took a second caffeine hit on the return to Caboolture.
Thanks to the CO’s for placing caches and a big thanks to all the will riders who turned up for ruzzelz Rides S3.
PS - Production ruzzelz Rides Season 4 has been delayed due to the 2022 Flood even. Once things dry out the next episodes will be screened.

Joined a great group of cachers for a very enjoyable morning of cycling & caching along the rail trail & around Caboolture. Logs were signed as RR3 for Ruzzelz Ride 3, thanks to Russel for organising & the CO's for the hides.
After stopping for morning tea in Wamuran we headed off the rail trail on our return trip to collect these caches. Even though the hills are small around here they certainly got my heart rate up. Replaced log book as it was wet.
Thanks for the cache Miss_Direction

Found with the RR3 Group (Ruzzels Ride 3) today and log signed as that for ease.
We took a detour off the rail line line to pick up a few of the caches in this area.

I joined the RR3 group for a lovely morning of cycling, chatting and cache hunting.
On the return ride along the CWRT from Wamuran, we peeled off to seek out a couple of caches in this area. It’s a lovely outlook from here. I can see why it’s a favourite spot. TFTC Miss_Direction

Ruzzelz organised a ride along the rail trail with a few extras thrown in. Log signed as Ruzzelz Ride #3 (or just RR3). We left a replacement log as the log was too wet. Thanks for the cache

D 2.0 T 1.5 Regular Traditional Cache
Lovely day for a 20k - 2 hour bike ride with RR3 (or Ruzzelz Ride #3). Totally amazed with how nice this bike trail is. Very well maintained and lots of users too. Equally amazing was the company, lots of fun and laughs. I fell twice. Doesn't matter, it wouldn't be a bike ride if I don't . Getting on and off, and turning left or right are not my forte . Need to ride more and adjust my seat again or maybe will get one of those e-bikes?
Thanks for the cache and taking us here Miss_Direction. Enjoyed the adventure. Slight detour on our way back. Had my second fall turning right from Alexandra Parade, lucky the 4wd didn't get a scratch either!

While wife and granddaughter were at the nearby playground, I took the path to locate this cache, very well hidden, and just a bit damp, but as there has been lots of rain lately, that is to be expected, Thanks Miss Direction
The girls and I had a work breakfast meetup at the pit stop café on Mt. Mee rd. After the event I said, girls I need one cache for the day and I have some fun ones for you to see. A little drive and I was at some caches I did yesterday. The excitement was too much and the caching bug had hit them. Let’s go and find some more we can swap at. So off we went, a search of nearby larger caches was started.
We thought we had found a cache, a regular, hmm usually some swaps in it, so off we went. We parked and the girls immediately raced over to the flying fox. I set off on a slow walk to the cache. Oh the disappointment when it turned out to be a small cache with more water than anything else.
That soon turn into fun when they raced back to the flying fox. The cache is need of some maintenance, the cache was wet, the log was mush and we were unable to sign today. Logging due to the pic I took. Thanks for bringing us here, we were happy to play in the park as an additional prize.

TFTC. We were looking for a spot to have lunch . This park was close by. As we were having lunch, we checked and saw that there was a cache close by.A quick walk and cache was found. The logbook was saturated. Managed to stamp our name in the book.
After the New Year Events in Kilkivan, today's caching area includes the Harry Potter and Agatha Christie Series, with hatzofff and Snickersallan in the geovehicle.
Cool park.

Making my way back down the coast with hatzofff and RoddyC & spending a few days in the local area to do some geoart puzzles and others in between.
All hides were found relatively easy and apart from a few wet logbooks that we changed where we could, caches were in good condition.
Apologies for the generic logs CO's, thanks for placing for everyones enjoyment.

Out and about on a power trail today - targeting the Roses geoart (wahoo! highly recommended), the Potter Puzzles geoart, and the Hamilton power trail. It was a long but fantastic day with myself, Pprime (P') and mini oz_bean_counter, and the logs were signed as OP'X to reflect this. Started at 4 am with a check on the US election progress, in the car by 4.45 am and the first cache by 5.30 am. Home and dead tired 12 hours later, where wine and pizza were necessary to refuel the body before I crashed for the night. I was delighted to end the day with 124 finds (plus 5 DNFs, and revisited 2 caches) - a new daily record for me. I was really really happy to be celebrating that achievement with family and good friends.
Thanks for all the COs for their time and effort in placing and maintaining these caches. Apologies for the generic log.

Found it! Out and about on a very windy day to grab some caches while over this way for the weekend. Tftc
We needed to get out of the house and thought we would go for a stroll around the water and quickly grab this cache on our way. Nice quick find for the morning. It was very busy down here today. Must be the amazing weather! TFTF
Quite a beautiful place to sit, first geocache since isolation and a great hide at that.
After kayaking with Grannysmith1947 this morning, I went out by myself to keep my streak alive. Found 10 on this little drive up to Caboolture. Thank you for placing this cache for my entertainment.
Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive. Miss_Direction TFTC *473* streak. *2868* Finds

Stopped by today to replace this cache seems like the neighbourhood kids might have discovered it as I found it opened next to the path with its contents missing i have tried to give it a little more natural camouflage this time can you please be careful to rehide after finding (:))
It was a really nice find to hand in the estate. The notebook is still intact and was in a nice spot
After bike riding along a trail not far from here I cheated a bit and loaded my bike in the car then around 200 meters away I hopped back on my bike to find some caches here. At gz thanks to the hint I found the cache quickly then admired this beautiful spot. Thanks for taking me here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
After grabbing a coffee in Wamuran and bumping into an old friend, we were back in the car to find another cache.
We soon had the cache and on our way out we spotted a little baby snake.

A fine Autumn day for a drive around Moodlu and out to Wamuran.
Not that many muggles around here today and many good safe hides.
Thanks for the cache Miss_Direction,

We used a hint still couldn't find it. Our GPS was very off on ours. We might've been looking in the wrong place. It was found recently but we couldn't find it. Oh well. Better luck next time
This one is definitely okay, I checked on it this morn when walking the dogs, feel free to message if you need a hand finding.
Yesterday I spent the day caching around Kilcoy. This morning I was taking a slow drive back to Brisbane airport finding a few caches along the way. A nice short walk from where I parked my car to where I found the cache. Nice hide here and a good sized cache. TFTC, Biggles.
Checked on this cache today and konie has done a fabulous job of hiding the cache once again. I added some swaps and cleaned out some old ones. If you come here on dusk you will see our resident platypus, tawny frog mouth family and sugar gliders. Happy cacheing
Grabbing a few caches in the area this morning and after parking nearby headed to this one. Have read the previous log by OLD L&LJ, I soon found the cache pretty easy as it could be seen from the distance.
Once the log was signed I covered it up in the same spot.

Pleasant stroll in the oppressive heat today. Found the geocache scattered on the ground. I put everything back in the container and hid it under the nearby fallen tree. That seemed to be where it came from. In any case, it probably needs to be moved. The muggles will certainly return to show friends or whatever it is muggles do.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I did enjoy the location . TN/LN/TFTC

Found it at 11.15 on 28 September 2018 with geo grandson pirate first mate. Yoohoo me hearties find number 664
Wandered back the other way from he last cache, past the muggle doing his back lawns on the ride on mower. Big enough yard that when he is up the other end I can go in to GZ and not be seen.
All good, in and found this quickly.
Cache is in really good condition. Logged and returned before a couple of lady muggles walking along the path.

Had a disastrous fishing trip earlier in the week and was looking forward to a change of luck. Headed out early this brisk morning and stop number uno was the fishing rock. Followed the instructions for a change and the cache was quickly found. Looking forward to collecting a few more Miss_Direction cache while in the area. Thanks for placing these caches Miss_Direction.
We have met up with Liz and Bruce, camping in the Caboolture showgrounds for a couple of days.
A good variety of caches & hides found as we worked our way around the town & countryside.
