Checking caches after the MEGA; this one's turn, and it also supplied me some exercise walking here. This one had lots of visitors. Seems I'm not the only person who collects SideTracked caches .Unfortunately I couldn't find a couple of signatures . I will message. Maybe I just missed seeing them. Still space for more logs.

MEGA all finished and the last couple of days caching around Canberra to get as many suburbs as possible. This morning we visited the National Library for a tour.After the library visit we went in search of the suburbs but had to cut our day short as we had made plans for the late afternoon and night. We were able to get a few suburbs. Logs signed as Q3. TFTC

Found by The Empire + HAs our time in Canberra drew to a close, we decided to embark on one final adventurea leisurely drive south to soak in the sights and sounds of the city one last time. With the car windows rolled down and the warm breeze tousling our hair, we set off on our journey, eager to make the most of our last night in this vibrant city.As we cruised along the roads, the cityscape slowly transformed into sprawling suburbs, dotted with charming homes and lush greenery. The golden glow of streetlights illuminated the streets, casting a soft, ethereal light over the surroundings as we drove deeper into the night. Day #8 Geobashing It was our last day in Canberra, so OzHockeyChick and I made a must do list all over Canberra for our last day. We werent going to let the weather stop us.Couldnt drive past another interstate SideTracked cache. We arrived at GZ and made quick work of this one. I love increasing my number of Sidetracked found caches. This makes the fourth state/territory Ive found Sidetracked caches in during my travels. As Sidetracked caches do, it brought me to a railway station, but unfortunately no trains were sighted while we were there.

In Canberra for GeoBash 2024. Had an awesome time and joined up with Happy Feet 1 for some epic caching fun. We tackled tricky puzzles, found loads of caches, and had a great time meeting old and new caching buddies. This is one of the caches we found whilst in Canberra.Cheers for the cache.

Coming to Canberra for the GeoBash, I was excited to see that that there were 4 SideTracked caches to be had in town, if I include Queanbeyan as part of Canberra. In the event, however, I could only get 2 of them, one's gone AWOL and the mini is only available periodically.A straightforward find here and all is well with the cache. I had an appointment nearby so I grabbed this cache before heading back to the office. Its nice to have one so early in the day! Ill be able to relax this evening to watch the premiere of 3 Body Problem Thanks for the cache!

We found ourselves at the Bus Depot markets this morning to buy a birthday present, and decided to stop for a couple of caches on the way home.We have found other Sidetracked caches so had an idea of what this onw might look like. Happy New Year What a great way to start the New Year, of 2024. After my short sleep, it was time to check out of the motel and get bfast before heading over to the event. For my first cache of the year was the NYD event by the Lake. Then as a group we found a nearby multi cache. After that, ADAcache and I headed out to find some other caches including some nast I mean creative hides by TF5. Once we parted ways, I headed off to find some tree climbs and get lunch. Then it was time to head home but not before finding two more caches as I passed by them. Unless stated otherwise, the caches were found in good condition and were quick finds. TB visit. A big thanks to the CO for adding this cache to game for the Geocaching community to enjoy. TFTE & TFTCs Out with ADAcache to find some caches around the area. This was one of them. A nice quick find for this one.

Took the inside to start with and that was a fail. Quick find when I swapped sides. I think this is my 276th Sidetracked which almost puts me in the top 100. #2072 Finished up at CIT a bit earlier than expected today so decided after close to 3 years of attending CIT just up the road it was finally time to come and find this one. Armed with the spot on hint, I jumped out of the ute after parking close by and headed in towards GZ. With no one else around I made quick work of finding and signing the cache and it’s log all before returning it to its spot and jumping back in the ute to head home for the day. Thanks Goldenwattle for the hide, another sidetracked with a smiley!

#22538. We got side tracked when walking from the Kingston shops to our accommodation. This one was a quick find (and also gave us the chance to make sure we knew where to catch the train the next morning). TFTC.

We made a detour to this cache as we walked back to our accommodation from the Kingston shops. StreetWalkerNZ got stuck in and found the cache while I sat on a nearby wooden barrier (my legs were a bit tired after a busy day). TFTC.

First Cache in Australia for me. Found it on my way to the bus depot market.

After two DNFs I thought I should check up on this. I brought a replacement cache and log, but they weren't needed as the cache is still here. I have added to the hint, as I don't want this to be a hard find.
While here I checked the log and compared it to the online logs. One signature missing. Still plenty of places left to sign.

Could not access the cache. Sadly disturbed a rough sleeper at the site. My heart goes out to all those struggling to find a place to rest their heads each night ️

Parked across the road and wandered over to make a quick find here as the co-ords are good. Log is clean and dry and was soon signed along with ilook4geo and Geologic2. Thanks for placing this cache go to Goldenwattle. We are happy to add another SideTracked cache to our collection.

Nice camouflaged hide! Was expecting to encounter a family of mosquitoes and spiders, yet was surprisingly easily accessible! Trails leading from all areas and was a great cache to find as a little detour!

Haven't seen a green one before.

Came for a nice stroll up to this cache today. The shade was nice under the tree this afternoon. TFTC!

Had a quick after work walk around when my muggle friend asked if there was a cache nearby and there it was, 30m away.

Cycled past this way. The cache is good and log signatures check out.

The DNF was a bit of a worry, however I managed to stick my head into an area and the cache was soon spotted. Log signed and I was on my way.

A quick after dinner mint tin, a phrase I came up with just now to describe a post dinner adventure. This wasn't a mint tin, but that's beside the point. Took a bit of searching, but had it in hand fairly fast with the help of the phone torch. Wished that I had worn long pants, but it was fine. Luckily very little traffic to observe my search. I was out walking by the lake and checked this in passing, having been informed the cache was no longer attached. It wasn't. No sign of the attachment, so a piece of spare wire was found and the cache reattached.
Happy that this time all the signatures matched the online log .
Cache and log are good. Still plenty of room for signatures.
