We are out and about chasing smiles . Nice clean cache here. Have replaced log in new zip tie bag. Thanks, Patrol 14, for placing this cache
Out and about early this morning to pick up a few caches while the geowife completes a course. Made my way to the south side and quickly made my way to ground zero, where it didnt take long to locate the prize.Log extracted and signed. Replaced safely and off on the next adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available for the enjoyment of others.Cheers
Another hidden on one of these. However it was a bit further away then I thought it was suppose to be. Thought it may have been MIA but no it is there. Thanks for putting this one out for all to find
Quick find while heading into work. Im working on completing a few challenges at present and finding this cache helps with my 366 Find Date Calander.TFTC. SL. TBs Prado Owl , The Great Leap Forward Geocoin , Rawhide , Surrey Travel Tag, Sheeps on the Journey (Orange) and Kiwi Bird visited.Find # 1979.
Despite this cache's name, I was expecting a quick and expedited find, but it did take a few minutes as wasnt in the most intuitive spot that one first looks in. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, although both protective plastic bags appear to be ripped. Thanks [patrol14](https://coord.info/PR39FN6) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, it was a morning outing to Calamvale with baby Cottontail, with some time spent geocaching in the vicinity visiting Parkinson, Acacia Ridge and Willawong, before returning home via Chelmer. An early start to attend and run Calamvale parkrun before catching up with other Geocachers at the [For the Tardy Mouse! #033](https://coord.info/GCAH0AV) geocaching event. We visited a couple of our playgrounds during our travels, and the morning went from warm to very hot, so there were not too many long walks from the vehicle.
Found during our visit from NZ. Our friends are at a wedding close by so we decided to stretch our legs before going out for dinner. Good to have a few caches near our hotel. TFTC
Checked the obvious spot and couldn’t see anything. Before I had done a thorough search a neighbour had come out to tell me where it was. I wonder if they are in the game or just enjoy being in the know. TFTC!
A nice quick one which we spotted as we worked our way methodically along. Thanks patrol14
Owner maintenance done. New container. Also found another replacement container nearby and have removed it. All good now.
(note - guard rail was damaged many years ago and has not yet been repaired.)

A quick find in the obvious place. The tin has no lid but surprisingly the log was dry TFTC
Continuing around from the previous cache we pulled up nearby and EeePees did the dash to collect the cache and bring back to the car for signing. He didn’t even get that wet!

Hello patrol14,
The agenda for today needed to be changed to suit - or avoid - the weather, so apart from the nearby Wherigo, our focus moved to drive-bys and (very) short walks. DIL parked, I jumped out, a little concerned that the host structure is warped bent and buckled, but the cache was still in place although not quite as per the hint. Used the shelter of the car for signing.
Thanks for the cache and the adventure, found with geoFamily Davinells on a day trip to Brisbane, whilst visiting from Tassie.
Cheers, EPs.

So I can't really fill out my calendar until the next leap year. But this find will fill the last other gap in February. A cool little area in here. Funny that I've never been here. TFTC
Today was another drive to the southside of Brisbane. Main targets where old caches. What I need is 2006 or older.
I was back here to find some more caches from Crew 153.
Later today I meet up with The Green Geckos, Muggle65 and Mummy Bear and her cubs to get the final for Love/Hate series. Yippee
Had a great day out.
I got 24 finds for today the breakdown was. 9 traditional, 2 mystery, multi, letterbox and 3 adventure labs with 11 waypoints.
Sorry for the generic log

Knowing I needed a cache or two to fill this calendar day, I’ve left this little group of caches alone… I mean who caches on Christmas Day…
So with a champagne breakfast, and long lazy lunch on the cards I decided, and after some negotiation I headed out early…

Found and signed log. The smallest cache we have come across yet. Great glory find. TFTC. Our #8 find.
Down this way to find a couple of puzzle caches I've had on my solved list for a while and decided to pick up a couple of nearby trads. Walked here from Bowhill Road via Cicada Song cache. Easy find and an enjoyable walk with the creek running after this morning's thunderstorm. Tftc
Out this way working on the Oxley series with Triple Turmoil, Chamad and NayFee, we made our way to this cache.
The cache was quickly spotted, with the log signed and cache replaced as found, we continued on our journey.
Thanks patrol14 for the cache.

Out with Chamad, Willis007 first thing this morning and TripleTurmoil joined us later on. We had an action packed day full of adventures. We walked through cemeteries, creeks, bushland, highways, you name it, we probably did it. The day started bright and early at the dead centre of town then we got started on the Oxley series which took us to many wonderful locations.
I do apologise for posting a generic log, I really enjoy finding caches, but when it comes to logging I suck at it, especially when I’ve found so many. We did 27 caches and at times they all merge into one.
I want to thank each and every CO for placing caches at these locations and for keeping them going.

Out chasing the oxley series with Willis007, Nayfee and triple turmoil today. This was one as we were passing by, an easy find. While gz had us at the guard rail the cache was a little further up as the start of the rail was badly damaged.
We signed the log and replaced the cache as found, all good with this one, thanks.

I was in this area yesterday for lunch and decided to come back for todays lunch. I am normally not a fan of this type of cache but no heads were aching for this find.
Not going to lie this was by far my favourite catch. I tried 3 times to find this one, on my 3rd attempt I walked out on thr perfect angle and could see the unusual out of place but looked in place thing that wasn’t apparent with the rest! This was my first find of this sort so it was cool
Thanks!
Thanks!
It’s always a nice change to be able to almost park on top of a cache. I almost could of got a bit closer and cracked the window and leaned out to grab it.
Getting the log book out was a serious problem. It just seemed to be wedged in the cache at an odd angle, just like the kind of angle your body makes when you try to stand up straight after your third bottle of wine.
In the geobumbag I have a TOTT that is more powerful than a pair of tweezers. If I ever had a tooth-ache or met a lion that needed a thorn removed from its paw I’ve got all bases covered. We stamped the log and danced that some carnivorous animal hadn’t eaten us. tftc

This is really hard to find and didn’t want to go too far in as the ground wasn’t level and lots of branches and stuff
The type of find that can take 5 seconds or 5 minutes depending on how lucky you are.
Took 5 seconds to find and then about 5 minutes to get the logbook out. Nice spot by the side of the road.
TFTC!
