No sign of a cache in or under the log, which I dont think is large enough for a cache of stated size, but there is evidence of a campfire closeby, sadly a DNF here today
Hi, although we have previously found this cache the kids wanted to revisit it as we were nearby. We could not find the container but did find the laminated geocache notice further down along the fence. I have placed it under a branch at the foot of a tree on the fence line.
Interesting cache container found easily by Shazzar66. Hopefully we’ve put it slightly more hidden. TFTC
Easy find but the cache doesn't look like the description suggests it should. Thanks Miss Direction
Miss_Direction I found your cache Dogs Day Out on 30/8/2022, 2:55 pm. This is my find 4038 and find # 20 today. No problems locating this cache. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Thanks for this hide Miss Directions. Parked nearby and after a short walk made an easy find.
This morning I went for a brilliant bike ride from Caboolture to Woodford and return on the rail trail and back tracks through some beautiful forests. When I got back I still had a heap of energy in the tanks so I decided to do a little loop north and collect a few caches along the way.

1. Cool username
2. Quick find to grab this LGA on the way up to Townsville .
3. Cache was happily in place. Did smell a bit mildewy from the recent rain. But otherwise good.
4. Today is 101 of my stupid streak
Thank you Miss_Direction for placing this cache for me to enjoy!

After a few weeks off, Nayfee and I decided to venture out and do some caching in Elimbah.
This was a quick and easy find however it genuinely looked like a dumping ground so luckily we had a look around. A little water in the cache but log was okay. Quickly signed and placed back in its hiding space.

It’s been a few weeks since Alycem89 and I went out caching, so after doing our daily duties we decided to head towards Elimbah to grab ourselves a few caches.
Quick find but wasn’t sure if this was rubbish at first given the nearby area seems like a dumping ground of sorts. Cache and contents are all good.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Out for a quick geocache or two before what will probably be a hot and humid badminton session.
The ground a bit squelchy getting to GZ.
Thanks!!

Gps was making things difficult but we finally found it. Inside cache was wet. Signed log as it was dry in the plastic bag. Cache is different from the page description which tripped us up a bit as we were looking for something large enough to hild books, definitely not that big. TFTC.
Today we decided that we had attempted enough Little Bird and we headed off in a different direction. All the caches we attempted were found and with the good size of the cache containers we dropped off a few TB’s to start the next leg of their journey. A little muddy here but we were able to find a dry path. All caches were in good condition. SL TFTC
Today, I joined georode in climbing the Glass House Mountains twin peaks. After an extended bogged vehicle and recovery incident, we completed the peaks in just over 3.5 hr. I then started to head home, passing through Elimbah followed by Caboolture. I completed the *Caboolture - Old&New* Adventure Lab visiting some of the history in Caboolture, before calling it a day.
I decided to find a few geocaches that were hidden around Elimbah, with this one being one of them. Funnily enough, I initially searched where this cache was hidden, but the natural camouflage was too good for me, and so I needed to look once again. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Miss_Direction for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Took off for a couple of days up the Sunny Coast to collect some smiles and some ALs.
Wandered up from the parking spot and checked some likely spots and found the prize. TFTC Miss_Direction

I parked in the shade of the trees and walked to GZ. Quite hot in the sun, but a pleasantly cool car on my return was worth the effort. Made a quick find and signed the log. Not a soul in sight today. TN/LN/TFTC
Based nearby in our caravan so we headed out to do a few caches. Thanks for placing and enhancing our enjoyment of the area.
Out and about on a power trail today - targeting the Roses geoart (wahoo! highly recommended), the Potter Puzzles geoart, and the Hamilton power trail. It was a long but fantastic day with myself, Pprime (P') and mini oz_bean_counter, and the logs were signed as OP'X to reflect this. Started at 4 am with a check on the US election progress, in the car by 4.45 am and the first cache by 5.30 am. Home and dead tired 12 hours later, where wine and pizza were necessary to refuel the body before I crashed for the night. I was delighted to end the day with 124 finds (plus 5 DNFs, and revisited 2 caches) - a new daily record for me. I was really really happy to be celebrating that achievement with family and good friends.
Thanks for all the COs for their time and effort in placing and maintaining these caches. Apologies for the generic log.

Once again accurate coordinates made this an easy find . All's good at gz Thanks Miss_Direction
I found this cache open and full of water...
I’ve dried it and all the swag out... the log book was safe in its snap lock bag... added my mark and some American coin and returned with a little more camo and a little less trash...
Not sure what the local who drove past thought... “strange place to have a picnic” maybe???

I followed a one track to GZ, but there was no container present. Looking at the gallery and noting the difficulty rating, it should have been a straight forward find.
Maybe it's gone walkies...

Out with Selva Girls today caching little bit further from home. Thank you Queensland Government for lifting the restrictions. I needed a earthcache for a challenge cache. We found 9 caches for today, the break down is 1 earthcache, 7 traditional and a mystery. We had lots of fun today.
Sorry for a generic post.
Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive. TFTC *519* streak. *3048* Finds

A quiet (for me) week off work so far, and so Crew153 and the mighty Geofalcon offered to get me out up this way and about for the day. A nice simple find as we settle in now to the day's tasks.
Thanks Miss_Direction for entertaining me at this location.

Pprime and I took a day trip around loop from Beerburrum, Beerwah, Peachester and Woodford to find the caches in the area.
We drove past another cache to get to this spot as we missed the parking spot for it and decided to get it on the return journey.
The cache was evident as we approached. There was a Science book in a plastic bag under the cache (too big for the cache) which I took as I didn't want it to get ruined if we ever have any rain again.

Out for a drive whilst my doggy was having his monthly grooming session. It seems like the only opportunity I’ve had lately for geocaching!! . Saw a man filling up a tank what a great community initiative. No one else around this was a fast find. Loved the container. Tftc
