Over several afternoons I slowly but surely wandered around and about Canberra, searching out the required amount of notable locations. Some I knew just had to be, and weren't, others simple pot luck, but within the area of focus I was positive there always had to be at least more. Frustratingly at times the cartridge never appeared completely stable, and multiple times went into complete failure, even deleting itself from my saved files after a single use. Whether it was the new iPhone, or the cartridge itself to blame, who knows, but finally the GZ coordinates were gained. After a short journey the cache was found laying out in the open fully exposed to the elements. Possibly a local disturbance, the log was signed and the container replaced a little more securely. It was a full day today. With rain predicted for the day earlier in the week we had booked into the War Memorial. It was a really worthwhile visit and unlike our normal choice, we chose to take a guided tour. Our guide was a lovely man who was most knowledgeable, and had a store of great anecdotes. After finishing we headed outside to work on Ad Labs and some caches, trads, multis and puzzles. Then it was off to Old Parliament House where we "maintained the Rage" and then cached until heading off to a Winter Solstice Event.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache AngelG.**SKI Pair****
Day 7 of mogni and sir_spectre visit the ACT. Today we tackled the many, many city caches. We parked at Parliament House and started walking and walking and walking. It was another beautiful day and lots of people out and about enjoying it.We really only stopped so we could attend a local event and saw few a familiar faces. As per normal if a cache needed a bit of love, it got it. Thanks to AngelG from mogni
Today was all about Capital Hill and the area to the lake. About 10 km walked today ( at least ). Adventure labs, virtuals, earthcaches, multis, wherigo and trads plus the odd puzzle were targeted on the walk. some we just didn't have the time for. We walked for over 8 hours. Some interesting history was sighted along the way. quick find.Found with Mogni. Myself and mogni are headed off to canberra on the " I missed the Capital GeoBash Mega " holiday, since last minute family problems came in to play and we had to adjust our plans by a few weeks. On the way over we targeted multi's, wherigo's and puzzles to make sure we had 25 in each or at least close to that total ( or more ) as possible, getting as many new New South Wales LGA's as possible, the 17th most favourite point NSW cache and every cache size in New South Wales. In the ACT it was getting 2 of the 5 oldest letterboxes, oldest wherigo in Australia, 2nd oldest earthcache ( with a side trip to get the oldest earthcache of course ), and ACT oldest cache too. I also hosted a CITO and planned on getting every different cache type i could and eevry different cache size as well. I also needed 9 more virtuals this trip to get my virtual count over 100. Finally canberra was far enough away from from house to complete the well aged well travelled cacher 0 to 1000 kms with a cache every 10 km's ( i only need 7 more caches to complete )Leaving the ACT it was going via Victoria to get there last active web cam cache and slowly getting a total of 20 finds in each LGA i passed through if i had enough time plus also hosting a CITO in Victoria as well. A busy 11 days. Trust me by the end of the holiday you would have thought the 6 meter ladder weighed more than 13 kg's to amount of times it was used or carried up hills or over creeks. If your cache was found with a broken container/lid it was replaced or if the log was full it was replaced or a extra log if the container was big enough ( except for nano's, do your own maintenance on nano's.
I was in Canberra for the night while traveling home after picking up a wiz bang telescope for my son in Parramatta. The Canberra stop over was my treat for doing the drive for him, so a few key caches were on my to do list. I needed a wherigo on the 20th of a month so with a nice quiet evening it was easy to get around to everywhere I needed to go and a easy park nearby GZ at the end.A quick walk and I was signing the log.Thank you AngelG for the wherigo
Found by The Empire + HAs we cruised through the streets, we found ourselves drawn to the city's iconic landmarks and hidden gems alike. From the imposing faade of Parliament House to the serene beauty of Lake Burley Griffin, each sight offered a glimpse into Canberra's rich tapestry of history and culture. Our journey took us past the leafy suburbs and vibrant neighborhoods that make up the fabric of Canberra, pausing occasionally to admire charming cafes, bustling markets, and colorful street art. With every turn, we uncovered new vistas and unexpected delights, from scenic lookout points to peaceful parks perfect for a leisurely stroll.Mount Ainslie welcomed us with panoramic views of Canberra below. From Parliament House to Lake Burley Griffin, the city's landmarks stretched before us, framed by the morning sun. Cameras in hand, we captured the serene landscape and bustling urban center from this lofty vantage point. At Capitol Hill, Australia's seat of government stood in all its architectural grandeur. Walking amidst the iconic buildings of Parliament House, we marveled at the historical significance and power emanating from the surroundings. Every corner spoke of pivotal moments in the nation's political history. Thanks for the cache AngelG.-M

Exciting times over the next couple of weeks as we takeoff for the Capital GeoBash in Canberra! Its going to be a flood of Sandgropers over east, with a host of West Aussies making the trek east for the event. Im travelling with fellow Cockburn Crew members Leg5 and Barnzy12, starting in Sydney and hitting the road to Canberra, before returning back to Sydney. Honourary mention to our fellow member, Cravo10, who couldnt make it after recently introducing a new geocacher to the world the week prior. Once in Canberra, the agenda is set, well team up with a host of Western Australians to conquer caches. Collectively, were hoping to make it the biggest ever weekend for cache finding. Following the event, the journey continues back to Sydney, with a mission to clean up caches and new Local Government Areas (LGAs), ensuring no cache is left unturned in this epic geocaching adventure. Something tells me that well need a holiday after this, well, holiday. All logs have been signed as WAC to save space, abbreviation for Western Australia Crew. Cheers AngelG! Join us in Augusta, in Western Australias South West, for WA Goes Big 2024 (GCAGV8Y) on Friday 20 to Sunday 22 September. Log your will attend now!
The Cockburn Crew are on tour at the Capital Geobash in Canberra - travelling from Perth to Sydney, Canberra, Sydney and finally back to Perth.Today was day 3 and we had an absolute blast, after an earlier night last night we got up early to head to Yass and the surrounding areas to cleanup a bunch of caches inparticular whereigos and our personal favourite the challenge caches. We stopped in Yass and completed some high quality caches before venturing back to the trails. We completed a huge number of trails, challenges, whereigos, traditional, multis, earthcaches, labs, virtuals and puzzles. It really was a great day for variety. We enjoyed caching in territory we havent been before. Weve filled our boots with some rare DTs and DTTs and generally had a great time. Thanks to the COs for a great day and event. Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Headed into the city again with the bikes on the back of the geocruiser as it's a publich holiday, making parking a bit easier.Bumped into Ian&Sue-Team Pathfinder, Lachlan1.77, weirdobiker, TeamAstro, Crystalfairy and barefootguru on the hunt today. Then off to the CITO to round out our busy day.Found today after identifying 13 tourist highlights so far.TFTC AngelG27 and GreyHams
Absolutely delighted to complete this. We love an I cache and have two of our own ( Jersey and Milton Keynes, UK if you are ever in the area!). We try to do one wherever we find them and this is, unexpectedly, the only one on our epic road trip. It took a while to get any zones at all, but once we got inside the CO's head a bit, we were soon chalking them up. We were in the right area as we finished for the final and made a nice quick find. Have a FP as we love these and it made us explore deeper than we might have otherwise done.
After a behind the scenes tour of Parliament House with TheTreeWhisperer, LB and I wandered off to make a few more finds before returning to Canberra Park to catch up with many other like minded people.Definitely enjoying being the tourist here and exploring the Australian Capital Territory ??. So many things to discover, so little time.TFTC AngelGKeep smiling ??
Day number four in Canberra and surrounds for the OzMega Geobash across the Easter weekend. Was back in towards the capital this morning to complete my tour of around Parliament House and grab a few more caches in the area. The plan for today with the WA5 (I C Nothing, meme28, geotrakka, Burns345 & myself) was to target caches with high favourite points and at higher altitudes. As expected today filled with a fantastic variety of cache types and containers that highlighted the ACT caching communitys creativity and sense of adventure. And with a bigger group each were located quickly. The evening was a little slower than the last few days with the WA5 joining another group of West Aussies for the quiz night at the event site. Thanks AngelG for placing I Canberra for me and others to find.I added my name to the log at 07:45 on 30/3/2024.This is find number 8565 for me.
Part of the Sandgroper contingent that has come to the Mega to explore new hunting grounds. Its sure to be a great week with many finds and laughs with lots of great friends and maybe some new ones along the way. Thank you for placing this cache for our enjoyment. Logged as WA5
So glad to finally find this one! This was one of the very first caches that started my itinerary list for our ACT roadtrip five years ago. Its great to be able to sign the log, but even more-so to have been able to bring the family here and take them to all the places that qualified us for this WIG. We Canberra

6 months ago, during a frenzy, we said to ourselves "why not going to the mega in Adelaide for the leapday". From scratch we moved on to preparing an 18-day project in Australia. Our objectives are simple, visit a small part of this immense continent while validating a few caches. There are so many caches (impossible to do everything) that we will select. Our plan will allow us to visit Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Mount Gambier and finish in Adelaide for the famous Mega.During our stay we will log PestiHoot for Pestinette and Blackhoot.During our 2 days in Canberra, we visited Black Mountain, the surrounding parks and the parliament while following the caches and labs. We made some great discoveries and great experiences. Thanks to the caches we visited many sites evoking Australian culture and history. Thanks for the cache and the discovery of beautiful or original spots
Thanks for the wherigo! Weve spent three days here at Canberra and we wish we could stay a few days more (well obviously to look for some more caches) and to explore more museums. This is a fun one to do and the cache is all good! I like the excitement when we are visiting some places and open wherigo to see whether it fits in one of those 40 places:). Certainly enjoy the way CO has set up for this wherigo, which is quite unique and so adding a FP for sureWell definitely be back another time to challenge for the second bonus cache!
#4518 Being a local of sorts I got through the first 8 needed to meet the requirements of this cache without too much trouble and am now around the 16 mark.Enjoying a few hours in and around the triangle it was a nice easy find here. Thanks AngelG27 for preparing this Wherigo.I shall continue to chip away at the next level.
Ticking off all the tourist hotspots for this WiG was good fun, completed over many weeks/months. Nice to finally reach GZ today, where a quick find occurred and the container is in good nick. Catching up with a missed log from our trip to Canberra.Today while waiting for the other teams to arrive for our assault on Canberra we teamed up with Mclookers and micaparamedic to grab a few caches around Capital Hill area..We found a halfway central parking spot and headed off.Continuing our walk we came to this one where the cache was found in the first place we lookedThanks for the cache,
Great to see what made the list and found it fun to do this local scavenger hunt - TFTC!
My first (successful) Wherigo!
I had a go at a few Wherigo's a few years ago, but the tech wasn't smiling on me. Tried again a few days ago and after some fooling around, got things working!
Bowled this one over during a pleasant after work walk, then came by today to make the find.

Down in Canberra for a weekend for no good reason other than cheap flights.
Enjoyed the bike ride and exploring of the city. We did more than what we thought. We struggled a little bit with temperamental app quality not recognising the sites very quickly, but enough o get this cache.
TFTC; found with Billy91.

After many moons picking up locations I decided to get this whereigo. Cache was exposed so I placed it back and covered
This smiley is years in the making. Finally have it solved! These sort of wherigos never work well on my phone. Lots of freezing and then required restarts. Anyway, got there in the end. The cache was spotted by Potato (muggle friend) who is really on fire with her caching today. It was sitting out in the open. I’ve returned it closer to a host and covered it with some barkoflague. Thanks! (And thanks to Bruno for helping iron out some kinks). Dropped off a TB.
This was a lot of fun. I can see how whereigo can make the usual geocaching gameplay a little different.
I bought a new bike recently so I’ve been cycling everywhere. This cache gave me some ideas for some destinations to go past. I probably did all the obvious ones, finishing today in my 8th and coincidentally being quite close to the cache anyway, so I logged it. This was fun just trying to guess where to go, and giving me the motivation to go there.
I enjoyed it so much I left a pathtag and a like.

Out on my bike today doing some more caching. We are going to go to a place that has no caches tomorrow so decided to do one last trip before we leave. Only problem is that it is REALLY hot, and I got badly sunburnt (even though I put on sunscreen every two hours :/) Spent 9 hours going around Canberra to get caches. Good day!
TOTAL HAUL FOR TODAY: 17 CACHES SPREAD OVER 7 TYPES (yay another PB )
Downloaded the cartridge and got to work. There were some obvious ones found and some not so obvious ones found. After a lot of app opening I soon had GZ and headed over for the quick find. In the mean time I will try and get the bonus! TFTC AngelG27 and GreyHams!!

Nice challenge on our Canberra trip! Some of the spots we went to I didn’t expect to be on the list, so we managed to get the coordinates quicker than expected.
Doubt we’ll hit 25 for the bonus this time around though - would love to continue the attempt some day. Will keep seeing if we can get the numbers up for the next few days.
Quick find at GZ. As I approached, I thought I was going to have to go back to the car and put my boots on to get to location, but as I walked around to scout out the location I noted that there was an easy path into where the cords were telling me to go. Spotted something that looked like a classic spot to hide a cache, and within moments CIH.

New cache in place and pencil provided- thanks GLISS for your Xmas gift . All good to go - cache on!
The GeoTeens and I had great fun completing this over the period between Christmas and New Year when there seems to be no-one else in the city / tourist precinct except tourists. Great, though - made parking easy and we had no problems finding eight highlights.
With the GZ co-ordinates in hand it was a quick stop and a straightforward find on the way home. Although we could sign the log OK, regrettably the cache container is badly cracked and would benefit from replacement.
Thanks, AngelG27 and GreyHams - lots of fun and a favourite from us!

A perfect activity for a rainy day. A little drive around the south side of the lake picking off the key locations. One surprise location that I never knew was a highlight was an unexpected drive in western creek. This new discovery is in my top 10 of Canberra highlights. Thanks for the fun!!!
Btw. Cache is a bit wet.

Loved the idea behind this cache, it was the perfect use for a Wherigo! As a new Canberran, it's been a great way for me to see some tourist locations, and seek out new ones. I've slowly been gathering Points of Interest for this cache for a few months now, but have been bad at checking this cartridge when there. I've started putting saved locations on Google maps to remind me, as I do with Adventure Labs, which has helped a lot. Amusingly, I had already found this cache before I even visited Parliament House, having been to enough of the other locations. Cache was in good condition and well hidden. I'm now looking forward to working out where else could be a point of interest, I couldn't think of an additional 17 off the top of my head, so will have to do some research! Thanks AngelG27 and GreyHams!
Out for our weekly evening of caching with nibletricecakes, onieferret and GLISS! TFTC

Thank you

I am officially crazy. Had some time after visiting friends in QBN so drove around to collect a few more sights and decided to collect clues for various multis until midnight before claiming this one as my daily cache for the 7th of May - about day 239 of my streak. I signed the logbook at 0:05 am.
It's a bit eerie walking around here at midnight and I was expecting security checking out what I was doing, but I was left alone.
Found the cache out in the open, so put it back with some natural cover.
I think I am about half way through collecting the locations for the bonus.
Thanks for this interesting WhereIGo.

Solved this one of the last times we were in Canberra. Went looking for it last weekend but couldn't quite get where we wanted to go. It was getting too dark to chase this down so we didn't bother.

With a better idea of how to tackle this cache hide we headed back this afternoon, parked nearby and walked to GZ. Wish now that I had hired a scooter which would have been more fun. This is one of our 12 cache types in one day chalenge. Found the cache no problem and we signed the log in either our names or our initials in some switcheroo form of LP, DJJ, ToC and then returned cache to its hide'y hole exactly as found.

I went a searchin' a cache t'day,
I looked and looked for that cache t'day,
A mystery did I say,
A mystery I did not find t'day
I did not find it in the bush,
I did not find it in the tree,
By this time I was starting to ponder,
could it be over yonder?
So off I went trudging over there,
but I could not find it anywhere.

I thought it was fitting to wrap up my time in Canberra on this trip with this cache. I managed 21 out of 40. I visited several locations that I would have thought significant but could not find the zone to trigger the counter. Maybe next time I'm in the area. For now, no bonus for me. Thanks for the close-but-only-half-a-cigar wherigo experience.

Being a traveler to Canberra I have pulled the app in and out of my pocket over months whenever I got somewhere close to anything I thought. Must do a proper walk around the lake to get closer to the bonus cache as my 11 collected are far and wide on other caching adventures. The better weather will be more of an incentive.
All good and enjoyed it. Cheers KV

This was a lot of driving around with Geodaughter everywhere.. make me tried!!!! LOL..thanks
After an evening of literally driving around in circles, I was please to be able to come and find this one this morning. The lid is cactus, so may need a replacement before the wet weather.
Thanks for the cache AngelG27.

Find #10815.
I have attended a conference here in Canberra and can stay on for two days to explore a bit. Today I hit the Parliamentary triangle, and I find my 8th touristy thingy so I receive the coordinates for this cache.
I like this series of Wherigo's, unfortunately I am not inn town long enough to find 'very much' as well.

Found during a day of caching that started with a walk around the Canberra City centre, along the foreshore of Lake Burley Griffin, across the Commonwealth Avenue bridge, spending most of the day in the Parliamentary Triangle before heading back across Kings Bridge and down to the Airport. Thanks for the challenging wherigo cache GreyHams!
This was a lot of driving around to accomplish.
The day is heating up as well, lucky for the breeze that’s giving us a bit of relief.

Second day of a long weekend caching. Today is all about the ACT. Australia day, so there will be muggles around, but it does not spoil the fun. Focus is on lab caches and whereIgo, but all other close caches were grabbed as well. Up to 12 by now, let see how long 25 takes, I like a challenge!

Day 5 in Canberra and by yesterday I had found 8 locations to meet the requirement for this Wherigo, and luckily I met the CO at the Mount Ainslie event as the coordinates didn't get saved to my "Inventory". Today it was a nice quick find and I even saw a kangaroo near GZ! The lid is in pieces though, probably smashed during the hail storm, and water has got into the cache. Thank you for the fun Wherigo and for your help AngelG27, a favourite! Not sure that I will make it to 25 locations for the bonus but I will give it a shot...
I'd been slowly ticking off locations for this one over the past couple of months whenever I've found myself at a place of interest, and today I finally got enough locations visited to be able to find GZ. As we were in the area anyway, the Geomum and I decided to pop over here and get that smiley before heading back home for the afternoon. After a quick walk over from where we'd parked, the cache was quickly spotted sitting out in the open. We covered it up after logging and returning, hopefully it is a bit more discrete for the next little while.
Thanks for the Wherigo AngelG27 and GreyHams, now only 17 to go for the next one!

Heading through Canberra on our way back to brisbane. The bushfires are having a terrible effect on the town. Cache found in good condition.

Found soon after we had lunch with friends at the Portrait Gallery.
A fun time was had with two different groups to find the first 17 locations. However, the software still wouldn't reveal the coordinates. Thanks to the CO we were provided with the coords for the '8 locations' cache after sending through the evidence.
We subsequently went to another 11 locations over the following few weeks and nothing else would register as a tourist location. After confirming with the CO that at least one of the 11 locations visited (since finding the first 17) should have registered we had decided not to continue as we didn't want to start again with potentially the same issue again. However out of the blue today at one of those places (same spot) the software decided to recognize the iPad cords. So we may eventually find the other 7 locations some day soon. So, maybe persevere if you get this issue.
Quick and easy find at ground zero with some interesting tree drawings nearby to enjoy. TFTC AngelG27 and GreyHams.

Canberra Day 4: Mount Pleasant - Commonwealth Park - Kingston - Parliament - Acton Peninsula
Today’s route was extremely circuitous, given that I was trying to clear up some outstanding Lab caches. So, I was sent Cycling up and down the lengths up Lake Burley Griffin while picking up whatever other caches that happened to available along the way. The views were good, though slightly marred by the haze that descended on the city today. But, a decent haul of 41 finds was had, before retiring at the end of a warmish day.
This is the specific log for this cache:
I had been playing this WIG in my travails around Canberra and I managed to get at least 8 by yesterday, and I was looking forward to picking up today. On the way to the Parliament, I passed by the GZ and signed into the brand new cache. Thank for the maintenance and for the fun WIG challenge!

Logging with permission from one of the co-owners. Today on this hazey day in the nation's capital, I decided to spend the morning visiting some landmarks in an attempt to grab the coordinates for this cache. After some driving around the city and some walking, I managed to grab eight locations and soon enough, I was off to GZ. However - arriving at GZ, I couldn't find the cache. There were some beer bottles submerged in the ground and there were plenty of obvious spots at GZ without a cache. I messaged the owner my findings and I was granted permission to log a find while this matter was investigated - if the owners find the cache, I will happily delete this log and try again another day. I do feel like returning though one day and signing the log though - this cartridge was an excellent idea and was executed really well; had lots of fun with it. GZ is also a pretty great location, asside from the small amount of litter. Thanks AG27 and GH!
I decided to give Wherigo caches a try and this was my second one of the night. TFTH
With KazyT in town, GLISS! free to drive, and me in need of a cache to celebrate day 366 of my streak, it was adventure time!! Caught up with some of the crew to celebrate at Groot’s Grotto and then romp a stomped around Canberra until the wine bar called us. A great way to mark an epic year of caching!! TFTC
My first whereigo. Thank you to gliss! and nibletricecakes for an awesome night caching!
What a fantastic cache. Only the 3rd Wherigo cache I have found. And what a ripper it was. I’m visiting Canberra from Perth. Thanks for the cache. A favourite.

Started this whilst in CBA for the Mega.
Finally got around to finishing it off.
Thanks to the CO for placing this cache for us and others to enjoy.

I started the day really early to get as many as possible, and tackle some of the central city before it gets busy - not the easiest place to negotiate with a camper albeit small! This was very cool, I am so glad at least one of my devices plays wherigoes! TFTC!!

An afternoon in the Parli Triangle got me most of the way there on top of a few disparate sites earlier in the week.
This was klmy second ever whereigo and I am glad these are creeping into the mix a lot more.

Spent the weekend in Canberra doing tourist things with friends. Managed to sneak in a few caches when I the opportunities presented themselves. It's always so nice caching in the ACT! Thanks to the Cache Owners for their enjoyable caches.
This Wherigo experience took a bit of ingenuity and patience to reveal both sets of coordinates. Today I cashed in on the first experience. Thanks for the tour guide of the ACT, Angel27 and GreyHams.

Started this cache back at Easter Time with [@AngusnmumyAdventures](http://coord.info/PRRD6GG) while in the area for Clearwater Mega Event, Got a bit busy doing to many other thing to finish it off.
So here it is and we have finally finished it. I have included some pics of the sights of Canberra.
It was an amazing adventure to do and we are on the way to the bonus one.
We found it, signed it, now logged it, thanks for the cache, Lil Donna

Found a few of the places just driving around the usual areas, before long I'd clocked up 8. The hide itself was surprisingly secluded, I found it quickly. Tftc.
Yayyyy found with Kittykatch and another Wherigo done. I enjoyed this one going around to all the places. Looking forward to getting the bonus. TFTC
Found today with Joolay on a lunch run. Cool and fun Wherigo gets a FP from me.

Today is my 10th anniversary since I joined Geocaching. Closer to the date it was obvious I shall combine it with my 4000th cache.
So obviously I was planning to find some great cache. Unfortunately the one I had in mind was recently archived.
Luckily this cache got into my attention with recent Mega searches around this area. So yesterday I decided to iam for thisone as my 4000th. Partially because it is WiGo and mainly because I love the name - it is how I feel about Canberra.
So yesterday I jumped on my bike and tried to strike few POIs on my way home. Thanks to GC I was anle to go as high as 7. Having all the parliment triamgel left for today I was sure I will get to 8 jist in time. So the only concern was to find two more caches to get to 3999. So in the end the boggest challeng was to find the 3999th traditionsl cache:-D
Bit of a stats. In 10 years, I found 4000 caches on 30 countries with total Cache2Cache distance over 700 000km. This is almost to the Moon and back (1.8x);-)

Day ten in Queanbeyan.
BettyBoo3747 and I got the deadly treadlies out for a loop around West Lake. We were going to try the West Lake Loop Wherigo, but there were far too many caches to look out on the way around!
We have been popping in at all sorts of tourist attractions over the last few days, and finally this afternoon we had enough of a collection.
We have been surprised at the ones that did not make it to the list.
We made a slight detour to collect this final in case we weren't back here for a while.
Thanks for this fun Wherigo.
Thanks, Robmc.

#15663. Day 10 of our 2 weeks holiday in the ACT and surrounds. We are staying at Carwoola.
A gorgeous day to take the bikes in to the city for a ride around West Lake gathering up some caches as we go. We had intended to do the West LakeLoop Wherigo but we decided there was no feasible way we would qualify with all the stops. I did manage to find 15 today (including signing off on the I Love Canberra Wherigo).
This has been fun so far. We were excited to get enough "pings" this afternoon to get the coordinates for GZ. As we were on the bikes we made our way easily to find and sign off on this one. I nearly got run over by a sparkly pink Maserati on the way there driven by an Asian lady who was on the phone. Pink, mind you, a sparkly pink Maserati. YUK!
We have gained a few more "pings" since signing off but I doubt we will make it to the required 25 for the next one.
Favourite point for this one!
Thanks AngelG27

What a fabulous afternoon. I went out caching by myself with the express aim of picking up as many of these as possible. Managed about 18 which was enough to give me the coordinates for this one. Thanks for a great wherigo and cache Angel27 and Greyhams. I will get it finished. SL
On my last day in Canberra, I finally had to bite the bullet and admit defeat on finding the bonus version of this wherigo - only missing by 1 location! So on my way to the airport, I stopped in a nearby carpark and made a quick enough find, at least crossing this one off my list. The other will have to be saved for a future visit. TFTC, AngelG27 and GreyHams. =^.^=
WE needed one more Wherigo to complete one of the UGC caches so we chose this one as we were planning on visiting several attractions today. It didn't take too long or too much driving to collect the required 8. We located the final and then continued to locate a few more by visiting other places we normally do when in Canberra so we are on our way to locating the bonus cache. No doubt we will continue with this one when we are next visiting Canberra.
Thanks for the hide AngelG27.
